  1. To the mag release if it's a thin walled, brass one.
  2. Yes. The WE is a Marui clone. Some other brands are marui colne too but I would need to google those up.
  3. And this is their customer friendly way. A few years back they didn't tell you the cost of postage until you payed for the product.
  4. Don't get the scoped one. Not very useable. You can put much better scopes and red dots on the railed one.
  5. Just a quick search http://www.milspecsolutions.co.uk/we-m9-and-m92-series-magazine-feed-lips.html http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/REPLACEMENT-MAGAZINE-FEEDING-LIPS-M9-WE-AIRSOFT-MAG-LIP-/221595959830 http://airsoft.tiger111hk.com/p18107/WE-M9-Series-GBB-Magazine-Lip-%28Part-Number-%2315%29/product_info.html
  6. As I read the VCRA, it should be a defence. However as far as I know, site memberships usually have the same requirements (3 games in 2+ months).
  7. It's not 6 months. The first and the last game must be more than 2 months apart, and there must be at least 3 games. So it can be done in 2 months and 1 day as a minimum. Or get a site membership, that's defence too.
  8. Do you mean Umarex vs SRC?
  9. It depends on the seller. You can buy it with the mains adaptor, or without and with different connectors too - from ebay that is. And there is the B6AC too as Lozart said.
  10. You know I would. But seriously, milsim is milsim because the players try to immerse in / simulate this military thing and for that things like this do matter. If the fat guy gets the order to patrol the area and can't climb up the hill, or he can't climb into the APC or there are tiny soldiers shouting like on a playground that will ruin the game. That's the same as not allowing high caps, or face masks. On an average skirmish, everyone is a spec ops operator. On a milsim, you are infantry. You don't need to do 1000 press ups, but you might need to carry your mate. Don't get me wrong, I respect and welcome kids on normal airsoft events, it's just about the milsim.
  11. Hi, Does anyone have some useful info on this site? Me and my mate have just booked for Sunday but never been there before. Cheers.
  12. If I set mine to wide, it does the same. On narrow, sometimes there are some radios that can't hear me. But usually only picks up the next channel when the radios are close.
  13. I think it's because it's MILSIM as in MILitary SIMulation. And unless the scenario is set in the middle of Africa, child soldiers aren't valid for the simulation part.
  14. Yes. EG700 is a Tokyo Marui motor type.
  15. I wouldn't do this. You'll fog up as soon as you hear "game on".

You are right about the topic being derailed, it's just this very bold statement to shoot 95m with 290fps that got the animal out of us. I can shoot 50 meters with my pistol. I can't shoot 90 meters even with my 500fps sniper gun unless shooting way above the target and it's a good gun. I also heard many times that it will be proved with proper test and video, but never heard back from those guys. Actually some of my old fellow airsofters are doing a test day this Staurday. They rented a 100+ meter empty warehouse and doing some properly documented airsoft mythbusting. They will write an article about it, and if they are okay with that, I'll translate the results to bad English.
  17. If being waterproof is not a requirement, this looks awesome: https://www.varusteleka.com/en/product/sievi-swedish-combat-boots-m01-2nd-class/31005
  18. A photo would really help here...

With hitting 90 meters at 290 fps you already broke the laws of physics, so just bend the lightwaves and you can clearly see that far.
  20. *cough* I'm about to sell an Umarex one if interested. *cough*
