  1. One of these off Monty Kombat Tactical Fleece Hoodie in OD.
  2. Hey all, after a WE Gen 4 Glock in November, and my dad's looking at buying a new one soon as well. I want to make sure we're keeping them in good condition. I appreciate this has probably been a commonly asked subject, although I couldn't find a similar thread. I was wondering if any of you guys could give some good advice or a guide on basic maintenance, as a lot of us are very experienced and I know it's good advice. From the videos I've watched before on YouTube it seems there are conflicting opinions on what should be done / what should be used, so the videos aren't too helpful.
  3. I'm not sure, but even if it could, it would be longer than the barrel on an L22A2. Doesn't it have RIS anyway?
  4. Pretty sure they're actually based in the US but they use a UK domain.
  5. I appreciate they need to make a profit but from €100 or so up to €300 is a bit of a steep increase. Was gonna order a Glock or two off them but not going to bother anymore. They've got 16% off them at the moment so you can buy one for only about £67 but then there's £15 postage on top of that. I'd rather just pay a bit more and get em from Patrol Base. Off on Thursday
  6. Whilst there isn't exactly anything amazing stock, you can definitely start off with a good platform to upgrade. There are four in my opinion worth taking a look at. Stay away from most WELL and CYMA snipers, because a lot of the internals can be off spec and not compatible with third party upgrade parts! I have an A&K M24 which comes with some nice parts out of the box. I'm yet to do a review of it, because I haven't skirmished it yet and also I have no other sniper rifles to compare it's performance with. Secondly, there's the Tokyo Marui VSR-10 or it's clone, the JG BAR-10. Both are great, especially the TM of course! TM's go for ~ £160+ in the UK whereas the JG can be bought for around £80-£90 from continental Europe (TaiwanGun in Poland, although they recently put up the price at which you get free shipping from about £65 to over €300!) Loads of upgrades and lightweight Finally there's the WELL Warrior L96 (MB-01) Also cheap, and doesn't need many upgrades to be an effective rifle. When you buy one remember to budget for a scope too because I still need to buy one for mine which will be at least another £30 and up to £50.
  7. Always liked Engineer in BC2 and BF3. I think Support or Assault / Medic is probably my favourite in BF4 though. Not sure cos I haven't played it too much.
  8. Midway UK is incredibly expensive. I swear Tactical Tailor MAVs or something are like 60 quid on there.
  9. Usually it's fine to import parts like that. But with sh*tty ITAR I think it's different. I don't think you can even order it anyway as in I'm not sure you even have the option to ship to the UK from Magpul's website. No idea why they restrict stuff like that. :| I dunno maybe if you can order off another website it would be okay or something? I mean there could be the arms trade regulations but if the company shipped it maybe it would come through alright. Doubt our customs would stop it.
  10. IMAX B6 https://www.coolcomponents.co.uk/lipro-balance-charger-imax-b6.html?gclid=CjwKEAjw8O2hBRDKur2lseLW6C8SJAC-r1J3fF61fmGT34d8cQJjb-TUFZzz356e1kmhnmmOalAtwRoC37Pw_wcB#.
  11. Surplus Peltor ones. Got em from Patrol Base for about £6
  12. Not exactly my correct loadout, need to sort out lower face pro. Also put a double mag shingle on the left of my chest rig after I took these. My softshell looks a bit stupid because the arm length is too long (says it's a medium though) Probably going to buy a Kombat Tactical Fleece Hoodie in OD. Boonie Patrol Cap Tactical Cap
  13. I've gone to my local indoor site a couple sites with a mate who sort of wants to get into airsoft but is put off by the price and doesn't know much about it (he isn't in to it as much as me that's for sure) Most of the time I'll just go with my dad and you can talk to the other people there who are always a laugh and friendly.
  14. Anybody done a review of one of these?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tactical-Recon-Full-Zip-Hooded-Fleece-Jacket-Army-Hoodie-Security-Police-Hoody/171252460779?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=20140122125356&meid=551c99285b9e421cbb39b86b055775e8&pid=100005&prg=20140122125356&rk=1&rkt=6&sd=141405798155&rt=nc I know a couple guys on here have one

yeah - £15 for ups shipping unless you do about £250 or 300 Euro - not a good move I think on their behalf

Gunfire still doing free shipping from 69 Euro or use loyalty points - taiwangun stopped the points too but was faster delivery than gunfire - oh well good job I did a big spend last month

I really want one too since it's such a good price but I've already got a sniper rifle and there's no way my dad is letting us get any more guns ( except new pistols)

  15. I've heard of them before. It's a night vision sight though, who would want one? People just buy replica NVGs.
  16. Will King Arms or CYMA mags fit an Umarex (S&T?) G36?

Don't see why not, should all be the same style. Obviously there may be feeding issues like any other mag though

  17. Holy shit yeah, awesome photos mate
  18. In the UK? I've had a look and can't see any on eBay. I know you can get them from Tactical Kit for £110 though.
  19. I don't think there's a need to spend £100. I know there's a good Strike Systems one for about £20 some people will reccommend but I don't have the link myself. You could also get an Element Surefire replica flashlight for £25 from Asia (Ali-Express or somewhere like that) up to about £60 in the UK. Finally I'd also reccommend the Nextorch WL10 Illuminator. It's a real steel light for pistols but you can also use it on a rifle, NASH Airsoft did a review and they are only £39 to £50 or so over here. Hope this helped EDIT - ah sorry just noticed it's got to be with a pressure switch :/ I need to read things more carefully I think the first two come with pressure switches, there's also another torch I may be able to find by Nextorch which costs around £55 or £60. Patrol Base used to sell em and it's called a WL6 R8 set or something
  20. Hmm it shouldn't be under performing, everyone says they should just as good if not better than more expensive guns. As Lozart said. If you want more range then it's gonna be different stuff you want to do to than say upgrading it's rate of fire.
