  1. Ah yeah forgot about them. http://www.airsoftworld.net/jg-g36c-assault-rifle-g608.html Just in your budget too By the way when you say G36 I'm assuming you mean the G36C?
  2. I really don't recommend the Black Viper G36 or WELL. I think WELL make some okay sniper rifles, but their AEGs are not good quality. The range and accuracy won't be great, and cheaper guns like that are never compatible with upgrades. For example two or three of our regular members on here bought some cheap orange AK from JustBBGuns once and found that CYMA gearboxes and things like that would not fit at all. Those "bb gun" websites also lied saying it had a metal gear box, which actually turned out to be completely plastic apart from one gear. Their customer service is usually terrible as well - just read the JBBG thread! You might want to take a look on Zero One's website, they two-tone FOR FREE and also you get a free skirmish voucher! I'd look for an Umarex one, I think they are usually about £120 and should come with a battery and charger. I don't think there are any cheaper than that which are really any good, so the Umarex is the cheapest one you could get which is not too bad. Or look in the Classifieds section to see if there are any second hand ones available?
  3. I have a feeling from the description that you're looking on one of those "bb gun" websites. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, as you can see from the JustBBGuns thread here they are pretty bad to say the least. I think other airsoft retailers such as Zero One or AirsoftWorld for example would sell the same gun for around the same price, with much better service. Z1 also gives you a free skirmish voucher AND free two-tone too I believe? Usually you'll see retailers charging £20-£25 to two-tone for you. From what I've heard, the WELL / Warrior MB-01 (L96) is a good rifle, but every sniper rifle on the market needs aftermarket upgrade parts to perform as you'd probably expect from one. Out of the box you're looking at them probably doing the same sort of range and around the same level of accuracy as your standard AEG. So you're disadvantaged against most other players. They are fun and satisfying to use, once the performance is improved. Thing is buying the new parts alone can easily cost twice / three times the price of the gun itself. Oh and needless to say orange is a terrible colour if you're trying to stay stealthy - just a thought for if you wanted to properly skirmish it. I can imagine the L96 must be around £100-£120 new here in the UK (I know overseas would be cheaper, but not possible without a defence) For the same price you could get a very capable, good quality AEG such as...yep the G&G Combat Machine. Just make sure to avoid guns that are any cheaper, or anything else for that price as a matter of fact. There's a reason we all recommend em, really nothing around that price is as good. Apart from maybe a CYMA AK? (My dad got one on sale for £120, but then again it was on sale from £190) FPS limits are usually 350 for AEGs (basically anything full auto) Then 400 for DMRs (semi auto, but with a 20M Minimum Engagement Distance) and 500 for snipers (bolt-action, 20M MED) Although some sites will be different, for example as low as 328 or up to 370 for AEGs. Hope this helps
  4. The Ainsley soup tho hahaha
  5. What helmet do you mean? Have a look on Ali-Express and AirsoftPeak (both Asian retailers, AirsoftPeak are great, I've ordered from them three times already, Ali-Express not as trustworthy as it's individual sellers) Emerson FAST helmets go for ~£30, and they're around £60 here in the UK. Alternatively you could always look for one second hand of course.
  6. If you have £120 to spend on a pistol, yeah definitely look at Marui. I think Airsoft Zone seems to stock a lot of them. Or alternatively something like a WE Gen 4 Glock. I'm looking at getting one from TaiwanGun (a Polish company) for £85 + an extra magazine for ~ £18. They recently increased how much you have to spend for free shipping but the gun has 17% off right now.
  7. I can't remember if the general limit for DMRs is 400 or 450 but check with your local site. I think the 20m MED applies to them as well and it has to be fixed to semi. I'm not sure exactly how you do it but you will need to do other work and upgrades to a DMR to make it any good. AFAIK an out of the box DMR is nothing special, just a normal AEG internally.
  8. I've seen an Element M600 on Ali-Express for £24/£25.

  10. PMAGs don't work in G&G M4s, right? Just wondering how much I should expect to be able to sell a couple for when I get one in the future and have no use for em.

  12. Don't forget you need to pay tax and import duty and everything on top of that
  13. Aren't Tokyo Marui parts compatible with it? If so maybe try eagle6?
  14. Sound advice from the guys already, best option for ya at the moment would be either a DE tri shot shotgun or second hand rifle / pistol then save up for going to games and at some point a good AEG like the combat machine.
  15. You'll need to save up a lot more to be honest mate. Unfortunately it can be quite an expensive hobby but the cheaper electric guns (like anything under £100) are really bad quality. A good pistol can be bought from about £90 up to some of the most expensive around £150 but they're only good in close quarters indoor places really, and not outdoor when people are gonna be a lot further away. You can get guns from continental Europe where they are cheaper, but the problem is you will need a UKARA defence first.
  16. Budget and what length? I guess if you want a bag for gear just a normal kit bag from a sports shop, it'll be cheaper. A Condor or 5.11 kit bag is like £50-£60 I heard those deployment packs were pretty shitty, Ian? There was a thread on em ages ago or something
  17. Hmm might buy from them again after all. I'll see if there's anything else I want, because if I'm just buying the pistol alone there's no point (extra fiver to pick one up from Patrol Base and I don't need to pay postage on top of that) Wish I could buy the JG BAR as well
  18. Classic Army guns have a CCW thread...right? Don't know why my KX3 won't fit on it, and yes they're both 14mm

  19. I've heard they're kinda meh. You'll have to see what everyone else says - they're okay but not great IIRC. Besides at a guess you're looking at about £220 when you add shipping, tax, import duty, handling fee onto that. For the price, you could get a G&G Combat Machine + charger, battery, extra mags, a case / gun bag for example. I think it'd just me a bit more for a G&P too. In terms of magazines, the MAG box set gets recommended quite often. I think you get eight for £55? Try Airsoft Supply Drop or eHobby Asia for em (I know you can get the MAG MP5 magazine set on eHobby for £33 shipped compared to about £60 shipped from Airsoft Supply Drop) Or there's the (new-ish?) Airsoft Systems 85Rnd Polymer magazines. You get five for 30 quid. I know you can buy em from armysurplusandtoys or Redwolf UK.
  20. Snoop Dogg BBs In seriousness what about the Blaster Devils?

  22. I think it's a re-branding by Gunfire.
  23. Best boots for like £25? I know it's been asked before, so I'll look for those threads but any recommendations?

I got my Lowas on eBay for less than a tenner, great boots, comfortable, and despite being grade 2, they're still fine after 2 years.
