  1. umm yeah ok whatever you say mate
  2. What's Cerberus Airsoft's 'The Outpost' like?

  3. The CYMA Glock 18s (CM.030) are pretty popular. I'd imagine quality is the same so yeah should be good as a first pistol http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/airsoft-pistols/asg-glock-18c-electric-airsoft-pistol.htm#.VSpsLfnF-Ps
  4. WE Glocks are good - http://airsoftzone.co.uk/airsoft-guns/pistols/g17-gen4-pistol-gbb-we Downside would be I think they are really common (like how a lot of people all seem to buy G&G Combat Machine M4s) Tokyo Marui pistols are worth considering. They're above budget ~£120+ and you sacrifice some realism (Plastic slides, not metal) but get much better performance and gas efficency. It would cost more in the long term for green gas / propane compared to an electric gun. Also for skirmishing it would be better to have a rifle before a pistol (Unless you are going to be doing indoor CQB rather than outdoors)
  5. I completely understand your reasoning behind buying something cheap, a lot of people don't want to spend loads and / or want to see if they enjoy it (You should go to a skirmish a few times and hire, could get UKARA whilst you're at it?) It also gets pretty confusing with the choice of stuff and legalities (VCR Act, UKARA etc) I realise it's only for target practice, but I don't think a spring rifle is worth spending £50 on. I doubt it will be sturdy and reliable either and it's definitely not a good starter gun. It's probably worth mentioning we don't actually rate JustBBGuns very highly as you can see from thread in the 'Places to Buy' section For that price I'd recommend taking a look at the DE tri-shot shotguns which are pretty decent and skirmishable as well. In the UK the least you could spend on an electric airsoft gun would be £100+, something like a JG G36 as already mentioned, CYMA AK or G&G M4.
  6. SAS / SBS in Afghan would probably be wearing either walking style trousers or Crye G3s depending on the role at that time. There was an article on UKSF load outs not too long ago in AI or that other one
  7. AirFlex Combat Kneepads
  8. Welcome mate
  9. Can't give any experience but I'd take a look at TRMRs, no pin or spoon to get lost like the others. Uses shotgun primers rather than 9mm / 12g Blanks so it's cheaper to run. There's at least two new BFGs coming out soon though as well.
  10. Eh ffs they didn't avertise the Halo Mill sale this year :/
  11. Mil spec Solutions last time I checked £275 for one + NPAS is included as M_P said. Pretty sure upgrading a GBBR wouldn't be hard anyway though? I don't know what fitting the NPAS involves but must be easier than modifying AEGs
  12. How do you know this? Anyone have any info on release date or price?
  13. Crye Precision AirFlex Knee Pads
  14. Where'd you get the Sordins, Qlimax? And can I ask what radio because you can't use commerical PMR 446 radios right?
  15. As above, they're very good from my experience. Ordered 2-3 times from them
  16. Yup.
  17. If you have UKARA - http://www.taiwangun.com/en/bar-10-jg-2?from=listing&campaign-id=17
  18. Haven't had personal experience...but they're ok apparently. This is IMO you might as well buy a G&G Combat Machine CM16 for another £30-£40
  19. Ferro Concepts THE RECCE Beanie (Covert Green) Ferro Concepts All In One Padded Sling (Coyote Brown) Tactical Tailor Fight Light Removable Operator Pack (Coyote Brown) ESS Ice Glasses Surplus M81 BDU Shirt Bulle Recon Harness & Warrior Assault Systems pouches (OD) Bulle Digital Woodland Trousers 5.11 Double Duty Belt Mil-Com Desert Boots Unknown Kneepads (OD) CYMA Blowback AK (CM.028?)
  20. MAG are good yeah
  21. Both not very good tbh. Just BB Guns are terrible but unfortunately end up being the first thing that comes up when you search airsoft. The MP7 might be okay.
  22. You can't get your defence in UNDER 2 months, not within 2 months. Also, SeniorSpaz, 5000 BBs for £24? You can get 3000 0.20 Blasters for £6.
  23. Nice one! that's a right deal What have I bought... M81 BDU Shirt (surplus) Ferro Concepts RECCE Beanie
  24. An ASG Mk23 (or the TM one if you really want to drop that much on it) You're not really gonna be able to get a silent AEG, at least out of the box. I'm not sure how effective 'silent' gearbox parts actually are. But you'd probably be looking at replacing a lot of internals if you did this. A GBB can't effectively be made quieter either, I've heard a suppressor won't make much of a difference. If you built / bought a P* / Wolverine SMP then they can be suppressed as far as I know. Level Cap Gaming on YouTube has a video of his suppressed Polarstar...check out his most popular uploads I think it's one of those. But I think for the kit alone it's gonna be £350 + £150-£200 for the base gun. Look for some second hand and you might be able to do it - 500.
  25. Shit I never thought a simple site membership would work as a defence... So you're saying you could get it straight away as well? I guess it's not as good as UKARA though since nowhere online is gonna accept it for buying a RIF. I wanna see if it would work at Patrol Base with my Halo Mill membership now... (When I'm 18 obviously) want a Tippmann M4
