Good thing to get is a can of compressed air like the ones they use to clean keyboards. Give all the vents a good spray you will be suprised at the crap that comes out

Right.i.have lived.in.canada.and.im.going to being living there for a year in november. What i suggest is that you contact canadian customs. Canada is like america in that different provinces have.different laws. Where are you going.to.be living?? Find out the laws on airsoft there and what standard their guns have to be at. When are you headed over. -
He only has to prove if the police come knocking and they are only gonna come knocking if he has used it in appropriately. Which by that point it wont matter where he got it. The law doesnt state how many times you have to have been to be a skirmisher. Also the vcra law is to do with the sale, importation and manufacture of rifs & ifs not the purchasing. This is why the ukara was set up to protect retailers. It is not illegal to buy a rif with out ukara or such like. Simply being a skirmisher is proof enough. Just difficult to prove. If an offence is commited they have to prove you commited an offence and that you sold it illegally. As sites recordbwho plays there then thst is enough proof. If his friend knows hes been to a skirmish then there is no offence commited as he has bought it for the intended use of skirmishinģ.

Both of the above are wrong. It is illegal to sell a gun not buy one. If your friend knows you which i assume he does as hes your friend and knows you will be playing airsoft then that is good enough defence in terms of the law. Its a thin line but buying and selling between friends who play isnt illegal as the selling party can prove they know them and that they play which is all th defense you need. As long as your mate can prove you play then its legal.

Well they use it in a CQB enviroment. Its been tested in one so sound be fine. I will be seeing it in a CQB enviro so i can def clear that one up. For people who are un aware i used to be in the army so i can give a fairly accurate report on its sound. Obviously theres will be some questions they might not be able to answer but i will get as many technicals questions as i can. So far i have. Its sound Weight Different variations. Peq boxes Fuel Release date Cost Volume control. Apparently i will be the first person outside NZ to see it in action.

Ok so some of you will be aware that im in New Zealand. While here im going to meet with B.L tech. The makers of the airsoft gun sound simulator. For those of you who dony know its this. http://bltech.co.nz/top-secret/ Already had some good questions about it. Just thought it would be easier to have a topic about it to discuss and put forward any questions.

Right people im set to meet B.L. Tech on the 10th of June, from the sounds of it i will be full on testing the tech. I will prob have the chance to ask some question, that being said if you have any good questions let me know.

Travelling from canada to new zealand. Time difference mind f*ck. I arrived 34 hours after leaving!! Hope to find aome airsoft here. Although its just turning winter i hope.they are hard core.

FPS doesnt always equal distance, the hop is important on that front. the fps behind a good bucking should mean that it gets to that distance faster and can put heavier BBs faster. what sort of distance are you expecting??

Yes highly frustrating. Im of the opinion that there is no need for a Law governing the sale of toys. Instead of finding an alternative to UKARA people should be getting behind having that section of the VCRA repealled. People are talking about trying to get .22 sport pistols legalised when i think the law is very clear on that.

Buying a gun with a friends UKARA defence?

Are you over 18?? Obviously your friend plays and you play with him. So you can buy it from him as he knows your a player and just being a player is a valid defence just hard to prove to people so if you already know him and skirmish with him then he wont get in trouble. If HE buys it with HIS money then sells it to you as you as a skirmisher wihout UKARA then there is no problem. Fact. That is legal. As long as he can prove he skirmishes with you then there is no law broken. -
