I know that you aren’t too bothered by it but if some twat where to put pictures of my partner and kids on fb for so imaginary vendetta when I had called out their BS that person would be getting a visit. This guy in isn’t an arsehole, c**t or dick because they are all useful. Maybe he should test his helmet whilst he is wearing it then @Druid799 can send us the pictures so we can all laugh and award him the Darwin trophy of the month.     I think you rightly bought attention to a sub standard product that could endanger people. Most other products have to go through vigorous testing In order to go for general sale. This clown is simply making a quick buck and doesn’t give a shit about others. Doesn’t justify personal attacks but I wouldn’t take it to heart he is probably about as tough as his shoddy helmets. And he is a helmet.

      Several factors honestly. Most people arent going to want to pay 130quid over retail even if it has an added scope. This is even more true if its a GBB. Then the market for GBBs is generally smaller than that of AEGs, so your crowd of potential buyers is smaller. Next, GBBs as DMRs tend to be less accurate than their AEG counterparts, so people looking to field it are going to be turned off by that. This is compounded by only having one mag - people are going to need to buy more if they want to field it (and the mags arent cheap - an extra 50 quid a pop adds up fast). Any gun once used generally drops in value by a third, so at best you should expect to get about 675 by following only that rule ((860+165)*2/3)(though that can vary wildly based on availability, desire, etc.). A collector is just going to buy new, as they will want a perfect condition version, and brand new that gun plus the scope would only cost about 1020 quid. Id set it at 800 open to offers, and see what comes along, expecting to get between 650 and 800 for it. Theres no major issue leaving your starting price that high, but most people are going to ignore it with that high of a price tag, even if its just a fill-in.

      Great advice, I knew I was being a quite optimistic at that price. Will drop it and see what happens. Being honest I’m more hoping for a swap but we will see what happens.

      Funnily enough I’m in a bit of an eastern block themed mood at the moment my self , but to avoid going Russian I use Ukrainian patches on my kit .👍

    Personally I can see both sides of the argument however like I have said on here before I have spoken to all my neighbours and let them know that if they ever see my with what looks like a firearm it’s a airsoft Rif but I also make sure they are out of site when I load the car up to transport them to site. Personally if the police did come round I would have no objections to them coming in and checking. I also think that teaching children that firearms are a tool and to treat them with respect/safety isn’t a bad thing. Again firearms aren’t a big problem in this country but like anything it’s about education and a balanced view then people have the toolset to make their own minds up. Kudos to @Johnyboy1976 for enjoying spending time with his kids and let’s face it I’ve seen a lot worse on the pad estate.

    Sadly when buying second or third hand it does rely on trust. I think we’ve all been burnt before and put it down as a lesson learnt. However reselling your mistake to someone else is jack af.

    yeah some one with more money than sense. Honestly i would say beyond the two tone parts. Lube it up, test and then decide if your going to keep or sell. I reckon this would go fairly quickly

    I think you should sell it to me for very good price 😄 Can't say i know too much about the GHK M4 but this looks in good condition maybe just replace the the stock and get a new front hand guard.

    NPF Bassetts Pole is a fairly big wooded site. Can social distance quite easliy. Games can be a bit generic however if your like me and let the young'uns run into the breach and bimble up the rear then its quite a decent day
