To me it seams to be that people will take the piss out of whatever group its fashionable to at that time. Not long ago it was milsimmers and geardos, who knows who it'll be next

Geardos 😂😂 sounds like an almost extinct species. 😂😂

Oh $hit I wear MTP in woodland. But luckily it accidentally got washed with a green shemagh so now looks almost woodland DPM now.

My loose understanding is that Mack’s is predominantly to prevent, or at least try to, the sale items which are over priced. Not to try and drag the way some folks play the game through the mud. One of these things is fairly objective, the other entirely subjective.

If this doesn’t line up with your opinion we’ll have to agree to disagree, which again, is fine.

Aye, we can agree to disagree....

We both use Mk23's and G17 so we agree there.... ;)

I have seen an alarming amount of cases of folks where I genuinely cannot figure out why airsoft is a hobby they continue to engage with.

I’m aware as a public forum there will be a variety of opinions shared here, some matching mine and others conflicting them. And that’s entirely fine, it’s what keep the game interesting and keeps innovation/iteration moving. People like different things, people want different things... and that’s ok.

And no, that isn’t my sale 👀

People play airsoft for a variety of reasons whether it’s going out for an afternoon stroll to the polar opposite of engaging in seal team tactics. And moaning is all part of the social interaction of our hobby. That’s part and parcel of why Mack’s exists to right the wrongs... well attempt to.

Is a gap between the upper and lower receiver normal?  it’s only small like 0.5-1mm but from a certain angle I can see the trigger mechanism through it.

Yup that’s normal. It can’t be helped. Also in time the gap may increase a little bit more.  Don’t worry about it.

    Yep same as mine.

Have done the TDC mod but not the crazy jet barrel.

Best part is that I can use it in the garden without the neighbours panicking and the squirrels dont know what hit em.lol

    Regards

I swear squirrels were speed softers in their previous lives. Little #censored# !!!

But yes the MK23 with the suppressor is perfect for that ‘leisure activity’ 😂

    .

That reminds my my bits arrived from Skirmshop and I need to apply the mods.

Is different to an mk23 barrel. Just need to widen one of the lug cuts on the barrel iirc. Those are the routes. Lee's route shims are on his shop.

I have a spare 50deg flamingo bucking. Is it worth sticking that in? I assume that will allow me to hop heavier ammo? Also will any of the Hadron upgrades work in the HK?

  7. Wait till you put a manhood extension onto a MK23. It’s viagra on steroids 😂

i thought we established it was the magic dust lowering the drag coefficient by 75%?

    Shhhhhhh 🤫🤫🤫

  8. Blimey here’s a topic which will cause much debate. But let me start with one at least.  Oh, any pistol should reach out to 30m stock. It’s what happens after this where the fun begins

    1. TM MK23 SOCOM pistol. A non blow back affair. Stock it’s great out of the box. But  with a few minor upgrades it will hit out pretty far. Better than most aegs too circa 50m and beyond.

9ball routes and lees precision engineering route shims too. Remember you don't need the hk45 spec barrel if you are reasonably handy with a file. You can use a 125mm inner barrel in the threaded outer barrel.

    Do you mean this?

Also CJ do a 120mm inner  barrel and I assume I’d need to file the outer barrel like with a MK23?

  10. Well I bagged a black HK45 Tactical off one of the members here so that’s something to look forward too when it arrives.

Don’t think there is much you can do about upgrades to it other than a hop rubber and barrel. I believe it shoots splendidly well out of the box.

  11. I admit I’m intrigued after seeing the review on AATV. However it would be great to see some user reviews from our community first after people have used it for real on the battlefield ;)

Incidentally, patrolbase’s Black Friday deal on this was good at £149 that’s for sure. I nearly pulled the trigger but thought I’d wait to see other reviews first.

  12. We do have youngsters playing at our site too as a matter of fact. I think the youngest is 8 (my mates kid as a matter of fact). He was on our team (of course) and he famously held off a flag capture point single handed. Although he was shooting at anything that moved regardless of which side they were on. The point is he had all the proper protection as us big boys use and he enjoyed his day. Oh he did lose a mag or two and some how managed to lose a slide of a pistol but that’s nothing in the big scheme of things. Well not to him anyway. He’s dad thought otherwise! Lol

That tracer unit looks a tad off to me unless it’s just the pics? It seems to be angled a wee bit downwards?

But tracer aside do the co2 capsules work well in the mags or will you be switching over to normal gas mags?
