That website has had a makeover it seems. I stumbled upon it in December last year but thought how odd it had the same adverts over and over or perhaps people kept bumping them up. Or whatever.... Suffice to say I’ve not bought anything off anyone on there...

Let's face it, at the end of the day there are bigger things to worry about then extra VAT or customs duty on airsoft supplies! Whilst everyone has mentioned some valid points it's all comes down to what was agreed during the trade deal and how individual countries or even vendors will interpret it all... these things will take some time to make sense of... As @Shamalhas said life will still go on.... we will buy more British milk, British meat and British veg.... oh and let's hope our fish get's cheaper now! In theory domestic airsoft products should not increase in value, if that is the UK suppliers buy from the Far East.... of course if European 'middle men' are used then that may well be a different ball game entirely....

Original Marui nozzles are like rocking horse poop! The only place you will find them are in HK or Japan. It took me a while to find mine and then they went out of stock quickly.

I had a jamming issue on mine a while ago as you all know... I used Nuprol RZR bbs and the bbs jammed somehow and ripped the rubber and buggered up the nozzle. I solved the problem by getting a new nozzle and new hop rubber (TM) and Geoffs BB's. It's not jammed since... Moral is don't use shite quality BBs.
Oh and don't pull the charging handle back a few times either coz you chamber a round each time!

Marius primary market is Japan ergo the demand for products is determined by what the local airsoft community wants. The desire to be ‘like’ US special forces or US anything as a matter of fact determines Marui’s product line predominantly. The AK MWS was an interesting release though one which I think many of us did not see coming. The fact that we have not seen anything more of it believes me to think it’s not been popular.
It’s likely that a 416 variant will be on the cards as that makes economic sense as no doubt it will sell in numbers. However the current economic climate may just scupper any plans. Also the supply of anything Marui is becoming scarce to say the least. I’m not sure how long that will last though....
Do we have any Japanese speaking members here? If so ask them to get onto some Japanese forums and see what the lay of the land is like. That will possibly give some insight into what to expect here in the West

Any folks using the Madbull XG02 propane adapter? It's the one which has the silicon oil reservoir in it..?
I was thinking of using the Coleman propane gas bottles or Mapp gas bottles for my mags going forward... Any pros or cons of either or should we just stick to the off the shelf gases from Abbey & Nuprol etc..

For me it was a toss up between a TM FNX45 and the TM HK45. Then @Lex Danglercame along dangling he's HK45 at me which frankly was a great deal (thank you sir) and I couldn't resist. I blame @herosharkfor swaying me towards HK porn
If I could grab a FNX45 in black (with a suppressor I'd have pondered that as I've just heard such good things about them ....@Lex Danglergrab one dude and then when you get bored of it, I'll have it off you.... but in black not that Hasbro tan colour <insert throwing up emoji>

One of the marshals at my site has one and he let me have a wee go and fire off some bbs. The recoil on it was pretty good, certainly stronger than my next gen recoil, but and here is where the big but is.... the sound of the gearbox just sounded too 'scratchy'. Maybe it's a proprietary GBLS sound? It just didn't feel that special to me... The range seemed on par with my recoil though.... but then again mine ain't really a TM anymore

Crikey that’s a lot of money to spend to change ones mind a few days later. Nice bit of kit though. Strange thing Is there have been quite a few of these come up as of late.

I was playing around with a TM HK45 yesterday. Goodness. Incredible to hold and the blow back was strong. But more importantly the range was exceptional. And that’s just stock. I may chuck in a flamingo 50deg bucking and see what it does.

The only bucket I know that fits a big mellon is the FMA maritime helmet. They do it in an X/XL size. That will easily fit a 58-60cm head with room to spare.

G&P tend to run a tad hot. Well my stock G&P carrier bolt group did. That’s why I got the G&P adjustable valve to tame it down. I’ll get round to doing it once I muster up the enthusiasm and report back.

Not unusually for me I've owned two of these and sold both on shortly thereafter. I personally don't think they're anything special on either front. Of course they're handy for CQB in conjunction with the drum mag and plethora of modular attachments but you hardly need to be able to shoot the wings off a fly at 100M for that purpose.
Between one of these and your MK23 you'll need to add a full-steel 1911 to your collection in order to remind yourself what a nice pistol replica should feel like. These are also very "toyish" in the hand.
It does look very Hasbro and plastic. You’re right I do need a full metal 1911. Just come across this geezer with an AAP-01 and a drum mag... I'm kinda speechless in a good way! It's like a mini support weapon. Not sure what the range and grouping would be like though? Any insights anyone?

Got these two bits from Redwolf in HK. A spare Marui nozzle (rare as rocking horse poop) and a G&P valve. I’ll stick that into the G&P bolt to see if I can tame it’s it was running way too hot for my liking.
Postage took 4 week using airmail so didn’t mind the wait. Cheap as chips too using that option.
