  1. So this is my current configuration. Can't believe it took me this long to figure out that the rails are standard picatinny size that you get on most rifles, rather than the pistol size for Glocks etc (sorry I don't know all the RS technical terms). Now I know why my Surefire X300 Clone and RMR Red Dots were loose! Anyway pretty happy with it. Although for weight distribution a smaller sight would be much better, this is all I had in the cupboard. My actual question is, can I use a stock in combination with the Black Mamba kit?
  2. Also as feedback, you may want to re-evaluate that bulk deal on Nuprol 3.0. You're going to struggle to find someone willing to invest £390 as a lump sum on gas. Especially as it works out £15.60 per a can and the individual price is £12 - £15.
  3. Right, I'm bored of this one now. Who can we pick on...err I mean help next?
  4. Also Border Force/UPS have had my SSX23 for a month now ? So be prepared to wait...and of course make sure you have an appropriate defence.
  5. If it works, it works. Leave it be.
  6. Be thankful it was sent back. Border Force could have just seized and destroyed it. What did the seller describe it as on the customs paperwork and/or package? I can speak from experience when I say being UKARA registered doesn't save you if they put "toy part - $10". It actually needs to be declared as RIF for UKARA to come into play.
  7. Are you in possession of it?
  8. With 0.20g Bulldog BB's! What's the American equivalent of JustBBGuns4less?
  9. For a DMR? IMO, 0.28's are just right for a sub 350fps general rifle They'd be coming out around 280 - 290fps. For DMR's which shoot circa 440fps on a 0.20g, I'd use a minimum of 0.32g's. I've probably got it wrong but something about lower speed projectiles being subjected to less drag, plus the increased weight should be that little bit less affected by wind (light breeze) etc. I will also add that providing your gun can lift them, you can of course use a chrono to check joule/FPS and ascertain which weight is most suitable. For example the previous rubber and nub combo I used, caused a big drop in FPS as soon as I adjusted for a heavier BB. In those cases I would say there's no point shooting a 0.43g at 1.5J compared to 0.32 or .36 at 1.8.
  10. Don't, I tested it yesterday and my DMR was hopping 0.43's with ease (several clicks left on the hop wheel) at a very consistent 300fps. Can I justify it? ?
  11. Interesting, does this apply to all GBBP? ?
  12. The original lyrics are "Will Smith"....I did look through the thread for other two syllable usernames!
  13. Could just be someone who's not really involved, trolling. The real Andrey Shady should really stand up though. Rogerborg don't gotta lie in his ads to sell RIFs Well I do, so fuck him and fuck you too You think I give a damn about a scammy Half of you 'softers can't even stomach me Let alone stand me
  14. I mean I wasn't going to do that directly, haha. He's already commented on the FB post, saying it was all covered by the T's&C's. Edit; Pretty sure that was just another person joking and it went over my head.
  15. Negative Airsoft YouTube. I just thought it was amusing/scary that I nearly bought that on here.
  16. Maybe we should have a scammer of the week thread?
  17. That's hilarious, "Manufacturer painted" .......He knows Mr. Marui personally I suppose. Because we've seen time and time again how little TM care about the international market. For this guy, they apparently get involved in helping comply with VCRA. I Love my Gold Match but if anyone wants a non two tone one, I'll let it go for £600, £750 if you want me to include a spare mag ?
  18. As has been mentioned, it's not your fault arseholes like this exist. On a lighter note: "Airsoft is a game or sport where those taking part eliminate their opponents by hitting them with non-metallic pallets" Just using one wrong letter turns that sentence in to quite the humorous image!
  19. Once again I would like to remind people not to drink and buy....

On a completely unrelated note, I can recommend both:

Looks like someone is about to get an extra-judicial visit from their friendly neighbourhood Gunforcers to get their Thinking Checkes.

  20. Are you trying to buy RIF's? Do you have UKARA or other defence?
  21. I sell international Airsoft permits. £5K for six months. PayPal (F&F) only please.
  22. I guess site rules on the website and signed waivers "should" cover their bases on that ground. Maybe they are all just aspiring comedians after all.
  23. Yeah I'm just thinking of the time I had to tell an inebriated off duty police officer, that they couldn't smoke on the coach. In response to me also pointing at the "No Smoking" sign, her defence was "If it goes to court, I'll argue I'm blind and that's discrimination!"
  24. I can't speak with certainty but I would imagine that verbally stating the rules and safety advice is an insurance/liability requirement. I've been a part of and lead heavy/oversized cargo lifts. Health & safety rules state that you actually have to go through a proper induction process. You can't just say "check the board"
  25. Yeah most airsofters are like "how do we make our pistols heavier and rifles have stronger blowback!?" From memory @emilianoksa doesn't actually skirmish though. So assume this is all down to how it feels in the hand.
