Looking for people to play with in NE London

I said what I said, although in your defence, I walked it there in the morning and then only as far as adbridge on the way back as I said fuck this, and called a cab.... -
Looking for people to play with in NE London
Jaylordofwaargh replied to calymd's topic in General Discussion
I figured it was a postcode thing as there is no NE post code. That border is also pretty close to Essex. @calymdany thoughts on mayhem? Shortish walk from the central line. Sidcup on SE rail to Chiselhurst isn't a bad shout either, but then I am much closer to the river to cross it. Don't worry too much about kit/pew carrying gun bag and backpack of correct size and you are a gooden. Hardest I have found in summer, is carrying enough liquid/water. Other than that. Have fun -

You need to ask yourself, how far are you willing to go to shot people.... When would your local sites and your kids games/training align? Or just enjoy the weekend and get a roast from somewhere
-
I mean, could just F&F you game fee over to them instead- unless you are one of the lucky ones to have a great time previously.... Check out a couple of threads here for more info Welcome back, don't be shy rocking up solo,

(Interim) South East/London UKAPU Player Representative
Jaylordofwaargh replied to Asomodai's topic in Latest News
So which other positions are available for us to take over ukupa? As we now dominate the east coast..... Uzah -
Exactly so. My two games were Oakham to shoot with a particular group of arseholes for a day and Newbury to shoot with family. Now I could have maybe gone to a "London" site two other times balancing family and work but choose an extra day with family instead of 3 hours on a bus and maybe a decent skirmish.

Once this year, was meant to be two but train strikes and working in hospitality. Twice last year.... More next year guaranteed as my kid turns shooting age

I hope so, I just got ? Best is super subjective, some would say the ISC full metal split gearbox is best Others, the galaxy mpk5 TM do a NGRS which simulates recoil CYMA have a couple of ranges at different price point and mixtures of performance. I guess what I'm asking is what is your best?

Win some lose some. The difference the leadership can make or break a milsim/filsim. Snipers in rolling respawns, a pet hate I have been fostering for some time, you know the one, marshal with flag will be 5/10 behind last player. The convo goes like this "but my sniper, Gillie suit....... They are mostly white noise by this point "sure bud you have a med, you also have a secondary...." Mostly the same thoughts here, you quickly recognise who will be in the fire team of immediate affect. Might just be that single engagement or you might end up shooting/moving with that person for the game or morning. A salute to those that sit/cover angles of attack, and full confession, I did used to think "you could get closer" but then found out the hard way what happens when no one is on over watch for the objective

But why? I mean, surely for Airsoft (and milsim/larp) you need it as light as possible, unless of course it doubles as your gym membership... -

I have two M4 variants, I don't want another so I guess my (wish) list has shrunk down to one of each platform - mp5 or close - short pointy AK - a useable "Cutlass" (m92 long barrel, it's a 90's kid thing) - then on the more unusual in the G14 G33 (both g36 variants) and a p90..... -

This was definitely a "want the built in character" offer.... -

Most don't fully (or partially) realise the depreciation this is likely a 90-95% of new to recover the initial cost of a bad entry into the hobby. -
K, so hold on to your hats every one. I actually have one of these, and yes you will need a riser for it or sights of this style if you use substantial eye/face protection. As far as Parallax is concerned, it would have to have Parallax to have bad parallax. It is a decent wide eye relief sight if is budget soft you are looking at, realistically I'd save another £25/30 and something else.

I couldn't help it, had to have a punt at it. Thought the £40 I offered was very reasonable.... -
Who's using Bacs and not pp g&s...... For sales? It is an interesting one given the op's posting history

I for one, would like to see the whole thing publicly. My FB entertainment has fallen short of my low expectations so I need some sort of boost

You are clearly not taking into account the patches that are adding value. That coupled with the total blackness of the fabric (or the piss poor quality of photos) is obviously enough to add stealth points and some ££... Good find, still a dreamer -
But you also have a working gun and a ton of extra knowledge right?

The take down and first time "trouble shooting"
Jaylordofwaargh replied to Jaylordofwaargh's topic in Electric Guns
Battery is fully Charged. Spring is stock was shooting at 345on 0.2's. I have put in a new motor and it is still! Not cycling fully. It is likely I have over shimmed and tightened to much but that will be some thing to look at this afternoon. If after all of that, I may just go and buy another battery to see if that works.... Ok so. Reshimmed - check Gears engaged and spinning check, well - Kinda - Now seems that the trigger (and attached parts) are the issue.... If I lightly engage the trigger, it will behave perfectly both in semi and full, if I do a full trigger pull too fast then it doesn't engage fully and will do the skipping shots thing. So as of right now I am going to leave it alone and take it to my next game day (when ever that is), crono it and see what happens for a game or two. -

Laziness or a trip down to bbgunz4u4less with the sales commentary of "bro just one more gun bro, I've got to show you bro, how cool ,bro would you look, bro? With all da guns bro, just hold this one bro." Now they have taken them to a game and discovered they are shit he wants to trade up.....and that's how they ended up on Mack's.....
