There are a lot of very complex game mechanics you have to really know, understand and work on to get good at the game. There's a gigantic Battlefield YouTube community, and instead of it just being full of crazy montages, a lot of it is actually talking about how to make use of the game mechanics. They teach you how to play the game properly. Also, don't call it camping, call it defending, because that's what it is. If you're good enough at the game then someone camping in a corner for the whole game will last maybe 2 minutes tops, because as soon as they kill a person, that person knows where they are, and unless they're using a suppressor they're going to appear on the map and if they appear on the map, everyone's going to know they're there and then they lose their surprise advantage when someone rounds the corner on them. It gains them nothing unless it's an area with a clear view of an M-Com in Rush, or if they're within the cap radius of a Conquest point. ...Or they're an ass hole. Team work tends to come in the form of being given health and ammo by Assault and Support players, more so than moving around in a squad and sticking together. Engineers can repair vehicles and Recons can "spot" people... Like everyone else. If you play on Hardcore mode (go into the server options and filter for it) then everyone's health gets reduced to 60% as maximum, so guns tend to kill a lot faster, health doesn't regenerate and there's also no mini-map, so you have to rely on sight and sound alone, instead of the mini-map, which I passionately detest, it's like a built in 3D wall hack.

Yeah, don't even entertain the notion of buying an 800mah battery, you'll have used it all before the end of the second game. Even I could never make 800mah last me a day and I carried less than 500 shots into each game with me, if you're going to be using multiple high caps and using full auto, you're simply not going to get even half a day out of it.

They have blocked people for calling them out on data issues like this. Instead of addressing things properly they make up a half arsed, poorly written excuse, with made up statistics, that will tide over the majority of people, and block all the people who won't let it slide. I personally have no issues with selling RIFs to anyone at all. If they act like a dick with it, so what? They'd have only bought it from someone else anyway, or bought a two tone and painted it, or bought an air gun. Then they'll be let off anyway because there's a million and one loop holes they could've obtained a RIF through anyway. It is the principle of a defence that I stand by and that stops me from just becoming an underground black market gun launderer for the non-defence holding masses. The need for a defence is an utter waste of everyone's time and effort. But BAC are shitting on that principle by pretending they have all these things in place to legitimise it, when they clearly do not. If they did, then they wouldn't have had to make up those percentages they stated.

You've seen my AK right? My older MP5 videos? Well there you go. I've yet to find one that hasn't been consistent. The amount of air directed into the secondary chamber is both the same every time, and uses air not required to propel the BB. The system is no more prone to leaks than any more traditional design from a design point of view. It's all sealed. Only thing making them any worse than a standard gearbox in my opinion is that they're slightly more annoying to dismantle. The anti-G&G Reddit community have tainted you. I like the idea though, two-zero. I don't see why it couldn't be done with a modified AEG, a thinner gearbox just needs making really, build a hollow bolt carrier around the outside edge of it, then inject the air from the piston into a nozzle and NPAS type system linked to the faux bolt carrier. Only issue I can really see is that the piston and cylinder would be too small for it to work. Considering the size they are now to get the power we need from their air volume, the size they are would need shrinking down substantially to fit the other required parts around them and with that reduction in air volume the power would be too low to really work. Have you seen the TOP shell ejecting M4? 'Cos that's basically what you're proposing, except they've taken it a step further. Edit: Actually, the key would be using a Systema type piston system that moves with the bolt. The trick would be making it propel itself backwards somehow, if you could figure out a way to do that then you'd really be onto something. But I'm not sure it's actually possible.

I have 4 PTS ones I may be persuaded into parting with. Not going to just flog them though, they've been discontinued and are extremely rare. £150 for all 4, basically brand new as the rifle they were for never really saw any use =[

You're not a fan of hop up? What? So you'd rather the guns only fire 15m?
-
Well obviously they're not accurate to acute minutes of angle, but I've hit people at up to 50m with a single shot before, using sights. I don't think that could be achieved by anything other than fluke if anyone did it without using sights of some description. Not every shot will go there, but if you hold on target and keep firing one is eventually going to land where you want it because you can use parts of the sight as reference for the shot path and over time you'll get used to it and see a pattern, so sights help you acquire that hold mark a lot faster than walking the shots on target, and you can also do it without being able to see the shots, if you know the gun well enough. Using the walking shots on target method to work it out also gives your target sufficient time to bog off.
-
What about when you can't see where your shots are going? Like when it's dark or the light isn't good for it, or whatever? Once you get to know your rifle snap shooting without using sights becomes quite easy, but if you want to be certain you're going to hit your mark, when it really comes down to it and it matters, sights are invaluable. I always use sights unless I'm caught unaware. If you find them pointless then either your gun is terrible, or you don't know how to sight them in/or set your hop correctly. A tip for sighting in that I always use, find a big open area and get your hop set flat. I find under hopping ever so slightly is actually better for range because the BB's drop off is more gradual instead of it just dropping out of the air when it runs out of spin. Set your sights on the point where your shots start to dip. For me it's around the 30/40m mark. Then you know that so long as you're within that range you shots will be climbing up to the reticle, so aim up as appropriate for super close range, but anything beyond that and you'll have to start aiming high. Once you get used to the set up it's a piece of piss to get along with.

Any site that makes a point of saying they don't allow filming just screams "Our staff are unprofessional dick heads and we don't want the world to know until after we've taken your money" to me. Fuck them. I don't understand how MoD sites are any different to any other sites either. They're just built areas to mimic real locations but without there being civilians to accidentally kill all over the place. What power does it give anyone to have a video of a training facility? =/

Holy shit, last time I looked on Milspec the RA Tech M4 CQBR was £420. That's a ridiculous price hike. I think I'll just buy a stock one now instead. Though actually, it's still a fairly normal price on TQM: http://www.tacticalquartermaster.co.uk/ratech-customwem4ras-p-1028.html?osCsid=a12f9d8a09cdd5f4852c6b411307fe91 And since Iain blocked me like a child instead of allowing me to talk to him, I won't be dealing with Milspec again anyway. On a brighter note however, I have gone all gas, yeah. Well, I say all gas, I still have my G&G AK but that's only in case something breaks that I can't fix on site with the L85, or if I just want to have a more casual game and hose the shit out of everything with mid caps lol. I use Coleman's propane and 2 full canisters of it last me about 3 game days, it starts to run out a bit towards the end of the 3rd, so I'll always take a couple with me to be on the safe side. I buy them from Go Outdoors for about £7 a bottle, I've also been using .28 Bastard BBs from Patrol Base, which are £12 for 2000 and also last me 3 game days, so on average I spend between £8 and £11 on gas and ammo per game day and most of the time the L85 performs without a hitch, used it in 4°C and it was totally fine, planning on getting some CO2 mags for the winter, all the parts seem perfectly in order. Got some DIY mods on the bolt to stop it from deforming, I've got a spare bolt, spare nozzle, spare trigger mech, even a spare upper receiver and 3 V1 magazines, which were all in a trade for the many many ICS L85 spares I had, so that was a very good parts swap indeed. I think I ought to be able to run it without issues for a fairly long while. My biggest fear is having to dismantle the trigger mechanism, or my mags developing leaks. But yah (Y) S'all good in the hood. I'm actually thinking of selling my DMR since it failed so hard, and with the money I'm going to get a WE M4.
-
An RA Tech upgraded WE M4 will not set you back £600 lol, they're barely a touch over £400. Personally I'd just buy the RA Tech one from the get go, my L85 has RA Tech everything apart from the bolt carrier and it's not skipped a beat. I don't have any doubts that the M4 would be any different and I plan to get an RA Tech'd one as soon as funds allow.

I always just buy in ridiculous bulk, like 36000 BBs per order, usually works out about £80 or so for Blaster .25s, which is almost £3.50 cheaper per pot than buying individual pots. Patrol Base is where I go, but Landwarrior do similar orders for similar prices, never had them posted though.
-
Tbh I don't even bother with the barrel, so long as you don't pour shit down it there ought to be no issues. Been running my AK totally stock for almost a year now and it's no skipped a beat yet. Never cleaned my ICS L85s barrel in the 2+ years I had it either, and that had a 6.01mm tightbore in it.

Is your real name Stewie Griffin?
-
22, 23 in October.
-
You could buy about 5 magazines and put all of them in 1 regular pistol mag pouch?
-
First and Only are dick heads though, don't compare yourselves lol.
-
I thought it was because it can be concealed too easily?
-
I KNEW someone was going to put that on here eventually lol
-
No other manufacturers make mags that will work.
-
DAT RECOIL DOE!

Because they just shouldn't "be". They're like Justin Beiber, or Mylie Cyrus, or Jennifer Lawrence whenever she's not in my bed.

Not bad, y'know? Been editing some videos, scheduling some Facebook posts, keeping an eye open for news. ...But that was this morning. Since I saw this post I've just been casually relaxing, hoping my eyes will reinsert themselves into their sockets after they fled my head, face and brain, after reading your plans.
