It was my first time using the leaf suit and was a blast. I had someone about 3m away staring right at me.

Like I said elsewhere most sites cant organise a decent days skirmish with 100 players why would we expect a bunch of magazine editors to be able to run a decent game for 400 people in a site they dont run?

This is the thing for me. There's a huge difference between trying to complete a loadout and walting and it seems that most of the people getting all hot and bothered about "stolen valour" aren't actually servicemen at all but wannabe try hards. I mean yes, there's the whole "don't wear something if it has to be earned" like a commando insignia or whatever but if ANYONE tells me that they think a 14 year old kid or some overweight, middle aged weekend warrior is honestly trying to make out that they served by wearing an SAS badge to a Sunday skirmish then they're being bell ends. The old boys covered in gongs at remembrance services or people trying to pass themselves off for a discount or special treatment are the problem, not a few airsofters looking to replicate a 90's Delta operator!

I assume anything being sold second hand and remotely is for spares/repair anyway.

Best bet is to load the Python module on the Arduino as it is much easier to learn than C. Then get yourself the “Automate the boring stuff with Python” book and online course.
 
I have developed a basic airsoft target game with a mini Arduino runninf C (with help from a friend who is a software dev) - those are two weeks of my life I am never getting back!

think my initial point has been missed , I’m commenting on the sales you see where perceived condition does NOT match the description given by the seller , if a gun is supposedly unscurmished and as ‘new’ then you wouldn’t expect there to already be broken/missing parts and very noticeable marking on it ? to be able to claim ‘as new’ none of these should apply to the item for sale should they ? 

I’ll spare the full run down unless someone actually wants it, but I officially think I’m ‘there’ in terms of my ideal kit. Took a lot of trial and error to get there, but extremely happy with where it’s ended up. Swapping between AK and AR is a simple case of changing placard on the chest rig.
 

I was talking with Luke at Battle Lakes and he had the DSG MP5 he built himself to prove a point. One pull of the trigger to demonstrate the ROF and somebody immediately sprinted around the corner, asking how much to build one for him.

Update: was offered a refund 4 weeks ago.  
Had no reply since and no refund.

That's what most people do. Stand by it, looking wistfully at the pile of frayed nylon and split seams wishing they'd bought something better.
 

When I raised my dispute, they said I was the next order to go out, so I foolishly closed it. 
 
PayPal don’t want to know now, I may never see the belt or money again.

Its actually firing hot at around 330fps on .4g bbs! That’s like 500fps on .2g bbs 😳 on a blue (mid fps) nozzle.
