I’ll spare the full run down unless someone actually wants it, but I officially think I’m ‘there’ in terms of my ideal kit. Took a lot of trial and error to get there, but extremely happy with where it’s ended up. Swapping between AK and AR is a simple case of changing placard on the chest rig.

Can't use it til next weekend, but am VERY excited!
TM MK23 , with the usual internal gubbins upgraded.
Running 0.45s on red gas @ 1.14J. No MED.
Range with rangefinder is a solid 70m, although can reach out to 80m.
350 round drum mag.
It's a close to an automatic sniper as I've ever used. And it's very quiet.
I don't think I have ever been so excited about using a toy gun!
I can't thank @rocketdogbertenough for the drum. Simply awesome, as ever! Thank you X infinity!
If happiness had a picture in the dictionary, this is what it would be.

Thanks to @axerite for this high RPS build beauty!
Few little extra red accents on it and it’s looking MEAN!

It's finally done and I test fired it a few times to see how quiet it was. I still can't believe just how silent it is! It blows my mind and I think it may be quieter than my VSR, but I'll have to test them side-by-side this weekend to confirm that. I'm so happy so far and looking forward to obsessively tuning it this weekend and I'm hoping to be hitting out to 60m accurately. Targeting 1.14J on .32s with maximum effective range and maximum air efficiency.
And yes, that's a long line coming out of the stock, as I will put the tank in the stock pouch, though I do have a line and larger tank that I can use if I need. I think this might be my magnum opus airsoft sniper rifle build. The worst part about this is the quality of my camera, because my phone is about 5 years old

Got the B18 to fit and finally got around to sorting the paracord on the stock. It could certainly be better, but it could equally certainly be worse. Have a B19N and RK-6 on their way from the Motherland, and a PBS-1 replica to throw a tracer in. Loving the build, but my wallet is very much looking forward to it being done.

Lol, definitely my style, last time I played serial 20 at Hythe ranges I attempted to vault a fence while at the same time trying to not damage my TM m4, managed to emulate a well known film star 😏

So I get a lot of stick from my airsoft mates about my window breaches.
Yes sometimes the go wrong but other times they are graceful and tactical as F!
What do you think?

Joe142 reacted to Crazy_Crystal in ASG MP9 vs TM MP7
Both SMGs are actually pretty solid little performers so if you prefer the look of one or the other then go for that one.
I personally use the TM mp7 as a sidearm in a holster but still the range and consistency you get out of it stock is very impressive. (I use it with green gas out of the box and it does fine.) In fact it's a really snappy little gun to shoot. Just be aware that it is a 90% size replica as that may bother some people.
As far as the MP9, they look like really solid options but I have less experience with them. Just be aware that they'll need the 1J CQB bolt in them if they don't already have that.

I can’t speak for the MP9, but the MP7 really is a mini MWS performance wise.
It’s also extremely intimidating noise wise which is only amplified if you’re indoors.
Has good gas capacity and holds 40rds a mag.

I’ve not got any experience with either but that bearcat does look very appealing 😁 I run a WAS carrier and love it

Joe142 got a reaction from baku911 in Chest Rig Recommendations
Personally my preference for a decent chest rig would be the Hayley strategic DC3RM along with the drop down pouch, I run that along side a shooters belt and am able to run 5-6 m4 mags comfortably along with a few other necessities, sometimes I’ll also run a flat pack if I need to carry a hydro pouch and extra ammo, but obvs all depends on budget as it can be a rather pricy setup 😂

Joe142 reacted to SSPKali in THE TM MWS thread
Others have found that it gives higher power.
I have used a RA Tech NPAS in a TM nozzle / bolt and found it pretty good at dropping the FPS. You need the black one, as the silver (WE) one is too fat to fit.
I would check what is in the G&P nozzle to start with as they might have used the 3 position valve stopper (or get one for £9 from Firesupport) as this can be used to alter the FPS too.
A spare nozzle and nozzle spring would be the minimum, I usually take a spare complete nozzle (easier to swap out) or complete bolt (even faster to change)
Other than that taking the AEG as insurance might be a good move. I have found the MWS to be very reliable but if you have travelled to the other end of the country and still have 23hrs of game play left if would suck to not have a rifle!

Joe142 reacted to dagga333 in TM G22 upgrades Help
Thinking about spending a few £s on my g22. she is currently completely stock and could do with a bit of love.
Current known issues are that the mags are no longer gas tight and the gun fails to cycle completely, slide is a bit sticky on the return.
So was thinking new o rings for the mags as well as new gas route seals.
Pistol its self I'm up for suggestions.

This is something I kinda put together. I wanted to combine what I like about plate carriers (elastic cummberbunds instead of straps, and after market support) with what i like about chest rigs (they don't need to have plates in them). In the photo I have it set up for use with my LMG so I have two box mags in the front. If I want to switch to the M4, then I clip in the other bit to the side there. Its still a WIP but I think the proof of concept is there.
Bullgear hydro bag
Viper elastic cummberbund
Panda tac GMR-style 40mm bandolier
Viper mini chest rig with FMA kydex insert and viper elastic inserts + cellargear dangler for timed bfgs
MCx custom gear GMR-style minimap + hw holsters timed bfg holsters
Some velcro back pads I got off ali (forget the name)
