Thing is with most ‘Joe bloggs’ players realistically how often do you use a pistol and at what kind of range ? Me personally it’s only when it’s a tight space or my AEG is just too unwieldy to use(dense cover)there by the ranges are going to be quite ‘up close and personal’ to say the least ? So I’d say yea I’m with you as long as I can sling a mag full it to a couple of targets I’m more than happy with most pistols ?

I ordered a set of SOG Para shears from a seller in the states on the 6th of Jan I’ve bought from them a couple of times with no problem orders always arrived with in about two wks . SO still not arrived tracking info says ‘left distribution centre for destination country on the 8th’ , and has continued to say the same since then ! Contacted the seller yesterday comes back to me about 2hrs later to say my order is in a distribution centre in Switzerland due to Brexit ! WTF !!!! apparently USPS is Send a big chunk of there UK bound mail to Switzerland so Swiss Post then deliver it to the uk ! ?

That’s vaguely bearable but the other with a fibre fore blade and the micro Red dot ? Sorry but that’s just a fucking abortion .

Me personally I think it comes down to you’ve got a lot of well established players on here and a good few are of an older age group than you’ll normally find on Facebook groups/forums/etc so a phrase I definitely don’t hear being used that much any more applies to an awful lot of us on here , ‘piss taker’ there is a LOT of piss taking on here (why I like this one)but I’m sorry to say these days there’s also a lot of people who just can’t handle it . Time and time again I see or hear someone moaning and complaining about being offended/bullied/victimised/picked on etc the list goes on and on , I look to see the cause and all I can see is what to me is just banter , piss taking or man talk . My take on international sales now we have left the EU is there’s a price on the web page for the order , you then add the P&P which gives you the retailers final delivery price . You then bend over the kitchen table with a large jar of lube at hand and wait to see what the F*uk it’s going to cost you in the end and who’s going to buttf**k me first with ‘taxes/charges/handling fees/‘ or what ever other scam they can think off as I haven’t a scooby do what’s going on any more ??‍♂️

Only 2 extra if you don’t including the one that actually comes with the gun ? had quick look around and i could buy new for only £14.38 more than the asking price , hence think sellers being a ‘bit’ hopeful with there asking price ?

You may or may not be aware just how many players out there that think Zero1 and Patrol Base are literally the only retailers in the sport ! Over the years the numbers I’ve come across who didn’t have a scooby doo about other places to buy from is mind boggling ! So a lot of the time when you see a very silly price there is a very good chance the seller was absolutely butt f*cked by a retailer over it in the first place and really does think there worth XYZ 2nd hand .? OR of course there just some scumbag trying to rip off some unsuspecting Fool ? ?‍♂️ AND to prove my point this has just appeared , I’m leaning towards hasn’t a clue and NOT scammer , but still ridiculously over priced and miss advertised. Not discontinued by any stretch of the imagination , and you can get all that’s listed for a lot less even in the UK !

Many fair points indeed BUT equally I’d also say AW have an above average amount of brain damaged monkeys working for them so you can’t blame everything that goes wrong with your order from them on Brexit/coronavirus ?

One of my biggest reasons for buying most of my kit from out side the UK is the shit service I’ve received over the yrs from most of the uk retailers I’ve dealt with , wether it’s zeromong getting paid for up-grades that they then proceeded to do with used parts , airsoft world sending an obviously 2nd hand gun as new and then saying “of course it looks used we had to test it first(how’d you test it take it to a full days scurmish?) ! Or airsoft armoury sending an order to the wrong address and saying tuff it’s been signed for over to you ! so me personally I’m more than happy to take the risk of buying from foreign retailers over UK ones if I’m getting a substantial saving .?
