Similar’ish sort of scenario for me , not that I have an excess of beer tokens just I have a low limit credit card(750)that I have for exclusively ‘none essential’ purchases , if I buy something with it it’s not used again until that item is paid off plus I know I can always pay it off within 3mths max out of the ‘leftover’ money at the end of the mth . Ive always been of the mind that once a gun is paid off that’s it and I’m not going to sell guns to buy new ones , if I do sell it’s because I don’t want it for what ever reason simple as that for me .

I’m definitely in the “both sides are trying to screw us over” camp . on the one side you have the U.K. Gov(and I don’t care wether it’s the tories or Labour in power they both would pull the same stunt) seeing a new ATM has opened up and they don’t need a card or an account to draw as much money as they want out of it , then on the other side you’ve got the EU who are desperately trying everything they can to stop Brexit having any kind of success no matter how large or small it may be simply because they know if there is any benefit out of it for the U.K. then their whole house of cards will come crashing down and the dream of one super state ruled by France and Germany is dead in the water . having spoken to a few different European nationals over the past year or so about it who’ve said how much they want Brexit to work so their own countries can do the same and get out I really do believe this is the EU’s controlling powers game plan .

Oh yea I love this one too , not how it works , I ask a price , you offer an amount AND then we keep going till we reach a price I’m happy with . just tell them “ok I’ll take £120 for it” they say “go on then” you then come back with “great ! so that’s £120 for the XYZ , AND with fees plus P&P Added , oh that’ll be £150 then .” 😇

Basically what the title says , not just on this forum though but it’s pretty much on all sales forums . You’d think when their ‘100% pukka seal team 6 3/4’ers chest rig’ still hasn’t sold at their asking price for mths and mths that the 5watt bulb would start to flicker ? but nope not a chance , week in week out these sellers just keep on reposting it without dropping the price and refusing to accept lower offers for it . if it hasn’t sold at the price you think it’s worth after 6/7/8/9ths/etc (Christ there’s one seller on zeromong who’s got multiple items that are on3-4 pages of bumps because he won’t drop his prices) so don’t they think it’s time to either drop the price or give up tormenting them selves with unachievable prices ?😳

Can’t argue with the horses mouth ! 😂 never seen one my self with a ris on it hence the disdain for the way it “simply ruins the looks !”😉 always thought the Ruski’s only ever used side mounts on older guns , so that didn’t help either ! 🤦‍♂️.👍

Obviously cant comment on the current stuff but I used to love my old zoot suit on exercise , a mate managed to ‘acquire’ a F’off big yank drop chute(was very similar to the USMC pacific camo)and the whole section chipped in to get a tailor near Sennelager to make over the head hoodies and trousers from it ! Still got the hoodie (not that it fits my fat frame anymore 😢) 😉

Wondered what the hell a Cierzo shirt was so I googled it , now I know ! back in the days of DPM we used to call this kind of clothing made from nicked parachutes ‘zoot suits’ ! 👍

Was simply referring to the descriptive title of DMR not the application as OP asked for a base gun for a DMR build , which by recognized definition is a semi-automatic long arm firing a standard issue caliber round(5.56/7.62 etc) not a bolt action which on the whole use a none standard specialist caliber(.338 Lapua for example)round . We’re Just moving in to the realms of silly semantics when we start talking about a pistol being a DMR in airsoft , it’s like claiming a HPA’ed drum mag on a hi-capa makes it a support gun ? Only trying to keep OP on the right track .👍
