Generally you should be able to expect an expensive gun to out perform a cheap gun (and why not ?) , that’s why your spending more on it . Yes I agree a LOT of players are happy with a cheap gun and cheap kit and have a great day out with it , me my self I have some really cheap gun and some very expensive ones but for me my criteria is I must like the look of the gun to own it , if I don’t like it I just won’t use it so it’s a wast of money no matter how cheap or expensive or how good the gun is(classic example for me is the Evo everyone raves about it but me ? I detest the look of them so I’d never have one immaterial how good it is)BUT I’d put money on it that if the players with the cheap set up could pick up a high end gun and a full set up of pukka kit for not a lot of beer tokens they’d be on it like a tramp on a dropped kebab ! If people where like sticks of rock and you snaped them in half then just like a stick of rock there’d be a message in the middle , only difference is it’ll say “greed and envy” 😉

Another chancer trying to slip a rip off in amongst some other fair prices ? asking 250 for a 170 gun because it’s got some unknown scope and rail on it ? I think not .😉

Some of the best gaming fun I’ve had has been at short timescale limited type of gun to use games . When you’ve only got pistol mag and shotgun shell capacities being used by everyone at the game it certainly gets the adrenaline flowing ! 🥵🥵😂😂👍

If it’s for a ‘pistol/shottie’ game night then yes definitely get a cheapo springer for it . l’ve got a TM KSG which is awesome in CQB BUT I also have just as much fun with my 30quid cyma and double Eagle springers as I do with the TM . 😁 The secret to ‘tromboning’ a pump action shotgun is push the gun away from you with your trigger hand as you pull the pump grip towards yourself with the forward hand , it doubles the power you can put in to it and with a bit of practice you’ll be loading nice and fast . 👍

‘Why is gas stored in the magazines?’ Because it keeps leaking out when you try to store it in your pocket .

There was a full wood kited L1A1 for sale a while back that had been two-toned . just let that sink in , the player had paid extra to have the wood kit fitted THEN had paid even more to get the same wooden kit painted puke green !

I do agree with this comment 100% , what ever your selling is worth what someone is willing to pay for it . BUT I think you’ve missed the point of my post , my point is there are items for sale that have been up for sale for mths or even years that NO ONE is ever going to buy at the asking price but the sellers blindly refuse to drop their asking price at all , that’s what my post is about . 👍

Was often called a ‘Brecon Re-load’ due to using this technique on the live fire range up at Sennybridge , you had to really speed through it and you just didn’t have time to try and cram the mags back in the pouches so you just lumped them down the front of your smock .👍

About the only gun that could get me interested in sniping , I’ve tried several different platforms but none really got my interest in playing the sniper role to last but a Lee-Enfield ? Ooh ! Suits you sir ! 😍
