Bit of a long trek to respawn, was it? Welcome to the forum. We're all perfectly normal in here. HoNeSt.2 points

Alternatively wait - Brownell's usually does sales on every single US holiday, last time round they were giving 30% off on all magpul stuff, which would make things a little more palatable.2 points

Surprised none of you are talking about this, do you all hate it already? I want one! Particularly interested in the customisation options.1 point -
Red Alert Battlesim lite, 28th July 2024
Lozart reacted to Skullchewer for a topic
Another of our increasingly popular Battlesim "LITE" days is coming up, on the 28th of July. Looking to get in to sim days but don't know where to start? Wanted to try a sim day, but put off by the camo restrictions? Enjoy sims but find them a bit intense sometimes? A Battlesim Lite is just what you need! Usual skirmish rules apply with the following changes: The day will consist of morning and afternoon gaming, with a break for lunch. There will be fixed point and rolling objectives given by your team commander. Three teams will be designated with tape/armbands, there will be no camo restrictions like there are on full Battlesim days. There will be no weapon restrictions or ammo limits, as there are at full Battlesim days, however guns must use the magazines designed for them, for example: no mag adapters or drum mags except on LMG's. Days Schedule: 8:30am - Gates Open 9:00am - Check In & Chrono from 9.00am 10:00am - Daily Brief and Start of Morning Game 1:00pm - Lunch (included) 1:45pm - Afternoon Game Starts 4:30pm - End of Afternoon Game, Return to Safe zone for debrief. More details about the themes and missions of the day will be released on social media over the next few weeks. £30 for the day, with lunch included. So come get your sim on! Well he does have a moscart launcher. I think they called them Very pistols back then. ? Hard to tell if it’s two tone though… ? I try not to have more than 10-12kg of gear for a hike. Knees are now fitted backwards anyway. I might just weigh a little more than the average soldier too. ? ??1 point -
170 ish but be prepared for lower offers, they are abit behind the current gen of rifs available as @Rogerborg mentioned1 point

I ran into the same problem when I was working on an updated website earlier this year. It's perfectly doable, just need extra time that's all. Maybe FS didn't want to pay for the export/import work, but for me carrying over that kind of information is quite important. If they couldn't do that at least leave the old website up in read-only format so customers can check past orders.1 point

Can you not order from someone like WGC shop or JKArmy and have them ship it directly to SA? I'm not sure what the import rules are for SA but presumably no different to your sister trying to bring it in person on the plane.1 point -

Oh my god it's awful. I can't find anything anywhere as easily as the old website. And my wish list was huge - I would frequently use it to list parts for projects, ordering when budget allowed.1 point -

Generally 60-70% of retail (based on the lowest current retail price) for the gun, if you want to shift it. Parts and accessories, you're lucky to recoup half the price. One thing: while the G&Gs are decently made and a known quantity, their spec is way behind current basic guns from (e.g.) Specna Arms and the prices have gone through the roof, so you might find yourself getting lowball offers.1 point

Most hop rubbers are not silicone. Some are, most are rubber compounds of varying degrees of hardness. Ambient temperature will absolutely affect a hop rubber in that heat will soften it so you will get more hop for the same setting and less when it's cold and it hardens up.1 point

Gbb / hpa lmg
MirrorMan reacted to HuttArmouries for a topic
Well the reason im hpaing it is because the base gun I have is a we g3 gas blowback rifle XD. Its literally just a matter of putting a hpa adapter in the mag. I mean once all the parts are made I might start selling kits. We will see how it comes out. Im just working on making the handguard at the mo and have done a few test bits for the belt feed mech. I mean ideally it would be great to have an onboard gas supply but I dont really se a good way to do that1 point
