I have basically an insatiable appetite for looking at people's gear and loadouts online, pretty much regardless of whether it's the type of thing I'm interested in or not.  You may think there's loads on here already but by my standard.. no.. I eat through it all mega fast.  When I first made an account on Airsoft Society a couple of years back I spent heck knows how long going through thousands of pages worth of gear/loadout/gun threads; it's an old and dying forum now but one of the few archive 'gold' mines I hadn't tapped in to at the time.

Facebook groups aren't much good for it in my experience but I really like to see the albums and other picture dumps that various pages run by skirmish sites/weekend organisers post; usually on a sunday night or monday after the weekend's game.  The sites I (occasionally) actually play at don't really post many pictures at all so I'd like some recommendations for good places to check out if anybody has them.  Ta.

My local has recently started stepping up with the photography. There's been some really nice shots these past few months. A little over 1500 here for you to scroll through. Updated weekly.

Red 1 Chislehurst has plenty of photo albums you can scroll through!

And if your lucky you might find the ones with me in...?

Have a look at the Legion Airsoft page (milsim/skirmish/battlesim etc etc etc) organizers, they have some pretty decent photographers attend events and  have a plethora of photos online on their facebook and instagram.

Survival airsoft based at Torrington post pictures pretty regularly of the games. Plenty taken on Sunday so should be up in a day or two. Well worth a look.

Nice topic... I've been looking for good airsoft photos since last week, as I am thinking about helping out a local site by taking photos for them (and I need some inspiration as to what works!)

MacDonald & Simpson Photography do some photos for The Depot in Glasgow.

Alternatively, what I've been doing is just a search on Flickr

Can honestly say I do not have a pinterest account, I know there is a small amount of 'tactical' stuff on there but 99% of it seems to be FB and IG (obvs YouTube for videos) so I've never bothered with any other networks.

Yeah been on IG a few years now but the vast majority of the loadout posting on there.. not really a fan.  After a couple of years and the 10,000th posed shot of someone in badly adjusted gear with an EG smoke going off in the background... it grates.  Just my personal experience and obviously I've not seen every account there is to see, but apart from anything I'm 90% on PC and FB albums on computer just work way better for what I myself am trying to see (which involves a lot of squinting for all the details and playing the gear guessing game).

There's LOADS of tactical stuff on there but there's also a lot of pics of Dan Foofighter endlessly reposted! :D

All the gear but no idea..

I often wonder why people would buy something and then not make the effort to make sure they've fit it correctly, especially when they're trying to look all gucci for the camera. Is it just ignorance?

Mostly.

But then if they wore it all set up correctly they'd get accused of taking it all too seriously and being a gear whore so....rock - meet hard place.
