Pre “bubble bursting” pricing here

Ive seen these change hands for circa £500 for a similar package

Must be the “it’s just not selling” price to tell his other half he’s trying!

Holy shit. I'll have some of whatever he's smoking please.

Non-descript M4 listing without a brand & model.

Seller wants £200 where the only photo is an M4 being used at Skirmish Wycombe but nothing to hint the listing itself is legitimate.

Bank transfer only because he's allegedly been scammed. Really confidence-inspiring. ?

In the words of Whitney Houston, "crack is cheap".

Also running at 260fps. Assuming that's with a. 2 it clearly needs work done too

So he now wants only £180, bit it's the trade comment (yes and all the other red flags) that tickled me, like, what do you want to trade?

FPS is "bang on the AEG limit" but the video shows shots at 1.14J and 1.15J.

I'm going to defend the lad here, that looks very much like a genuine aimpoint. It's not an M2 obviously but it's genuine, new price of one of those is about 800 at the low end and about 450 used. Painting it is a shame and the price is still too high, but it's not quite as ridiculous as first impression might suggest

That's the real issue bro has: he's built his dream gun, which has value to him.  He's likely reduced the value of the components.

Given he mentions the forend costing £100+ so it would stand to reason if he'd dropped quadruple that on the optic it'd be worth mentioning in the ad?

The paint job as always is a marmite thing, regardless of how much it cost to get done for many buyers it may well be value subtracting as something they'd immediately want to remove.

Where was that price pulled from? I've seen those go brand new for about £400 both this year and in 2023.

Its the Magpul branded one that been out of production for quite a while. Whether that justifies the price is another question

If it's the genuine magpul, I've seen them up for as much as £650 s/h, Rocketdogbert was a particular fan of them if I remember?

So did I. He really should have asked for an appraisal first.

At least he listened and dropped it to £60

Still optimistic at that price, given that it's two toned, and the nimh model with anaemic performance.  Lipo transforms them, and you can get the lipo-ready CYMA CM.127 from PatrolBase with free two-toning for £65 plus the postage that he isn't even offering.  Remember that we're comparing used and unknown condition to new.

Still optimistic but way better than the as new price he wanted

Edit: I just noticed the type of batteries. I didn't know people still used those so it's definitely still a bit high

And two batteries and one mag is the wrong way round.  The first thing you should do with an AEP is convert it to lipo one way or another.
