  1. November 2nd. If you have Faceache, then https://www.facebook.com/events/1541804889799628?ref=newsfeed
  2. Hang on - are you zeroing the scope off the gun then mounting it and it's no longer central?
  3. You know, not everything is a conspiracy to rip off consumers.
  4. This is the parent company of Warhead Industries: https://www.ko-technologies.com/ both they and Warhead are pretty open about how they OEM for lots of other people. It's ENTIRELY possible that a lot of other brushless AEG motors are being made by them but in no way does that mean they are the same.
  5. You sure about that? Warheads parent company is literally a motor manufacturer!
  6. If you buy one through Novritsch then all the UK warranty repairs are handled by Negative Airsoft.
  7. for describing the condition of ones RIF when it returns from the average "site tech" - FUBAR - Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition.
  8. Didn't this get answered on another thread last night? oh yes, there it is.
  9. Bear in mind that the flash hider on that goes inside the handguard. You'll need to make sure that whatever tracer unit you get is no bigger diameter than will fit inside the same space.
  10. Thrust bearings don't come that slim. The bearings on spring guides aren't that size either, bearing guides are made in two/three parts that are threaded together, the inside diameter of the thrust bearings on them is nowhere near 11mm. It's more like 6-7mm which IS a size you'll find. However, you won't be able to fit them to your fixed spring guides. If you have a bearing on the back of your piston head then you don't need one on your spring guide anyway. Personally I wouldn't trust any bearing that you can buy from AliExpress for a few pence anyway! This is most likely the sort of price you'd be looking at for something half decent https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/p504954/F8-16G-Budget-Single-Thrust-Ball-Bearing-with-Grooved-Washers-8x16x5mm/product_info.html
  11. Ares Alpha is more than just a map though. It's particularly good if you have a team/group of mates or are playing a Milsim type event where many of your team or squad all have the app installed. It works as a Blue Force Tracker, can me used to issue movement commands, manages the heirarchy and even has an SOS function if you've managed to fall down a hole and you need assistance. As to your question - for your average Sunday skirmish? Probably not but if you're on a new site then maybe. For a milsim/filmsim/battlesim then yes, maybe you would for all the reasons above.
  12. I sold a couple of guns to a buddy (including an old TM SPAS 12). I'll be reacquiring them along with the rest of his collection as he's moved to Australia and the guy that was looking after them wants the space in his shed back!
  13. It'll be lack of staff to clear items. How does it stack up cost wise with all the added fees and tax?
  14. I have the CA MP5K and MP5A3. They're both bombproof. The K is a lot older and more basic but the A3 is relatively new and now comes with a Mosfet (basic but functional). Both great guns and I would personally choose them over others as they still make guns with SEF lowers which is clearly the superior choice. Clearly.
  15. I don't have a 553, but given the locking lugs on them I'd suggest looking at G36 mag pouches.
  16. Love me some Tiger Stripe! Red Alert on Sunday.
  17. Yeah, he makes test equipment. https://www.waynekerrtest.com/index.php
  18. What size was your nozzle in the end?
  19. Have a look at the AXL adaptors if you want to mount placards https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/axl-adaptive-vest-placard-avp-for-jpc--airlite-spc--molle-carriers-33314-p.asp You could also do a lot worse than Whisky Two Four for placards https://wtfidea.com/accessory-panels-placards/
  20. It's a shame to see any retailer go that's been around for as long as they have, but they chose to invest a hefty chunk in a new showroom at just the wrong time. Add to that the location not being cheap and airsoft being rather a luxury, the current economic climate was sure to have an effect sooner or later. To be perfectly honest I was more upset when ProAirsoft shut down.
  21. Great day at Red Alert yesterday. The threat of bad weather seems to have put a lot of people off but numbers were good enough for balanced teams and good gameplay! The rain didn't actually appear until around lunchtime then promptly buggered off just as we were going out for the first game of the afternoon. So that was nice.
  22. Airguns and airsoft are two completely different things. If you're after airguns, you're in the wrong place. The Umarex Legends M1A1 is an AIRGUN not an AIRSOFT gun.
