Personally I'd get a little more experience and buy some of my own kit/guns before going, so i'd be used to it all- but if you're sure you'll be ready by August then that's great!

Sounds great however the rifle was sent to me having been sprayed in tan already, and I don't have a can of paint in that colour. I've got a 3/4 full can of black so I'll just add the dots to it. edit: Man this stuff dries quick

Ok, cool, just wanted some opinions on it will have to dig out the black spray paint once the brown's touch up coat has dried. Thank god it's hot today!

As you bought it before the introduction of the UKARA, it doesn't matter if it's in RIF form or brightly coloured. In selling it the only thing that matters is if the buyer is over 18 and a regular skirmisher. Having a UKARA registration isn't the only way they can prove they are a regular skirmisher, a site membership no. and a call to said site to check their databases works as well. Hell, as far as we know having photos of you actively skirmishing on your Facebook profile can count as well.

Fair enough- but wouldn't an ejector port flush to the receiver work just as well?

I've seen that before- I like it, however I'd prefer it if it had the magwell cut off and it was just a flat section of receiver in it's place

Out of the box Cyma guns do pretty well. Crazy fps, decent hop, nice nub- but will probably need downgrading and AOE/shimming correction as the GBs are loud as fuck. Making loud screechy noises 'n stuff. As is with Cyma guns the GBs need cleaning and regressing as they grease the GB with something not unlike a cutting compound used for metalwork

I've seen pics of RS LR300s used by law enforcement with that setup as well!

That LR300 is niiice....but what's with the rear sight's position? Is it easier to aim with quickly?

He doesn't seem to understand the value of the guns & gear he's given either and he's usually given ridiculously high spec guns by retailers, such as airsoft GI, for absolutely free. That sort of unawareness and almost ignorance really annoys me

We get a lot of new airsofters down south- the facilities are there as many sites round me do U18 game days- however because of this influx there are more kids who turn up with JBBG special 2tones, who then need re-education in professional airsoft consumerism.

....Then why did you post you were thinking of giving up airsoft?
