Gonna be expensive then but could be very nice. I've always felt there's few options for normal AEG systems with higher end bits out of the box. I know there's a comparatively small market for such things, but it can work out costing quite a bit more to get a normal/mid gun upgraded by someone who actually knows what they're doing and with good parts compared to just paying the higher price to start. Obviously a good chunk of that is the fact those original stock internals you've paid for then replaced aren't worth much even if you do spend the time and effort selling them. Personally I've been after something nice with 762 sized mags and I like a bullpup, pretty intriguing.

It used to happen quite easily, the plastic has gotten better over the years. The 'joy' of not-shiny plastic will usually be quickly lost through the annoyance of lowered performance. Unless you seriously know what you're doing or get very lucky with airsoft tolerances.

I saw but when was that happening in use? The only thing I can think of is mono-pod'ing off the mag which I've never seen with an SMG. Still better to fix it if all else remains equal, no denying it, just wondering how the problem came up.

This isn't apparently but comes with the protector you need in the package which is the main thing. Very much the standard type style/design for Holosuns and Sig optics these days so doesn't scream airsoft aesthetically. Presumably good to go on rattle-y guns like the MWS given the price - that's what I'd expect from a TM production anyway. Whether it uses standardised T-1 mounting holes so that you can use 1000 different mount options remains to be seen.

I'd agree with the above basically, I don't know what thread spec they both use but I think most VFCs are standard outer barrels (haven't touch an ARES). Don't get an ambi selector for the best feel, they're worse as a rule. I just had an E&C M16 arrive this morning with a very nice selector on it, nice externals overall, no idea on thread spec on the upper and I'm not taking it apart, but I'd presume they're standard AR AEG outer barrels. A lot of G&Ps have weird tapered chamber areas on their OBs and a proprietary upper thread to boot. Believe ICS and G&G are pretty standard but there's better stock externals for sure, probably the same for Krytac, KA and anything cheaper.

Which colour, attachment method and retention style? Rough budget? Generally you want '7.62' pouches, they'll look wider and shorter than typical 556 or AK pouches. If it's a fabric pouch and fits G3, M14, M110/SR-25 or SCAR-H it'll also work for the FAL mags. The hunt for that ideal multi-use holster continues.. I think a couple of folks here have experiences with these and hopefully can help me out. I'm quite liking the BH Omnivores for guns with lights, but the non-light version requires the pistols to have pic rail (not all of mine do), the little widget you have to use is both ugly and not conducive to moving between guns, and I had this design drop mags on me for the first time since I was a new player with a mega cheap fabric holster. The SF site isn't great on describing the variants of the holster bodies for the 57x line though and I've watched a lot of videos but I'm not sure even the reviewers actually realise there is (apparently) multiple sizes all with the same base model number. Looking at the pdf fit guide it really doesn't seem all that universal to me. I currently have 1911s, a G17 Gen 4, P226s, M&P and maybe an M9 on the way and by the looks of the guide I'd need 3 of these holsters to fit that selection which completely defeats the object.

Should be able to go ahead now if you like. It's not cheap coming from the states unfortunately so it might be worth doing the maths on the cost of this with postage price plus the 20% VAT and courier robbery fee vs buying the full fat version from Tactical-Kit. You can maybe off load the Tubes too for £10-15 in the right tactical gear sales groups.

You crazy suns'a'bitches you did it.. Honestly pretty bonkers the amount of options that have been coming out the past few years. So much so it's getting hard for airsofters to say 'JuST aNoThEr m4'. That's gonna be a logistical labour of love, possibly looking at a dedicated chest rig setup with something like Spiritus mutant pouches or other more old school LMG pouches to carry extra drums and bb mags unless you don't plan on shooting much. Presumably need a good supply of bulk propane, 88grammers or whatever HPA weirdos do to keep themselves fup-fupping away. But on the flip side you obviously get more shots of GBB fun-ness than just about anything else per game. Credit where it's due they've come up with all the feeding options one could reasonably ask for from a new release, hope everything is well made.

Yeah I was yellow too, I probably did see you at least I recall a father and son pair and the lad seemed to be playing right which is always a pleasure to watch compared to some of the drug-up little... annoyances, that get sent to games just so their parents don't have to deal with them for a day. Don't know if we're talking about the exact same bloke, but a little while after he was blatantly cheating while talking to me he was wasting the time of 2 marshals complaining about a red player for something; it's always those types.

I've probably been meaning to go to Ironsight for 8+ years or so if I'm remembering correctly and actually got around to it yesterday. When I was walking in to chrono and saw a kid coming the other way wearing a Dye mask, beanie only partially on his head like a nipple and super short AR with a Supreme sticker on the stock I said in my head 'oh no' when I noticed the HPA filling stations right after. Luckily with the large majority of the site not having a roof over it it's not actually conducive to try-hard sweats shooting their hoses from the hip at all, but it is the only site I've personally been to that has an air compressor setup available for all customers to use so it's only natural it'll attract HPA users (which don't all look like hype beats fortunately). The things I really care about these days: -Car park is really close to the road and not an off-road experience bundled in with the skirmish ticket 👍 -Toilet block one of the very best I've seen, clearly is actually maintained and cleaned and isn't 25 years old. -Safe zone/s well covered with more table space than was even needed (no idea if player count was lower than normal admittedly), though a definite shortage of chairs to go along with the tables overall. -Safety brief wasn't tooo long, just right really. Game briefs were super quick which was nice in a way but maybe could be just a tad longer for some clarity. -Unfortunately I didn't partake in the pizza that's on offer so I can't comment. The shop is fairly nice inside, not a ton of actual airsoft product but I don't go to sites for that stuff anyway. Seemed to have enough in terms of food/snacks, drinks and consumables which is the main thing. Personally I only had good experiences with hit taking but I also heard the most shouting and arguing I think I've ever been witness to, though I get the feeling an awful lot of it was the result of less than 3-4 particularly large 40+ man-children (the one female playing and all the actual kids seemed really good). It made me laugh (inside) when one routinely confrontational cheat caller proceeded to embarrass himself in play, then when shot walk back past me and whisper "psst, there's one right in xyz location" like what the actual fuck mate.. I've never been anywhere where dead men talking was allowed; the classically ironic hypocrisy of it 🙄 The first game split the site in to 3 areas with unlimited attackers and 1-life defenders; really good overall. The game after lunch was a smidge stale-matey sometimes but I got to participate in some very fun attacks and holds of ground. Unfortunately just before lunch we got basically spawn camped for around an hour, one of my more disappointing experiences. Finished out with a pretty interesting little close range blast fest inside one of the tunnels and they even removed the block on automatic. Generally pretty good staff overall, nice little site.

I don't know of a better value than an issue black holdall, assuming they're still made half decently since mine's really old. Best things is unlike almost all other surplus 99.9% of people who've not been in won't know that it's military kit. Nice advantage for any car parks in sight of a public road or those who don't drive. The backpack straps aren't amazing compared to an actual backpack in terms of staying where you want them but they are really thoroughly padded which is surprising; did me well when travelling there and back on deployment when it was stuffed to bursting.
