  1. “Now what you should do is covert it to an SBR…” doh🤦‍♂️
  2. Good luck with the UKARA. Can be a while to actually receive it. Happy hunting when you do! 👍
  3. Where airsofters think their skill level is…. …. and where it actually is.
  4. It would be great if “The Chieftain” would review it. Does he fit in an airsoft tank and “oh my god my propane powered tank is on fire” test.
  5. As Google fight isn’t a thing anymore, I give you brothers being shits (Parcel Force is Royal Mails sibling).
  6. Bic tactical do them. You have to supply your own duct tape as they don’t come with a solid mount. Make sure you used correctly threaded tape as CCW duct tape will damage a CW barrel thread. Alternatively there is the MagZippo’s version. Some people like them but they tend to make it barrel heavy. I wonder what happened to the lad who wanted to build an airsoft flame thrower user a petrol leaf blower? I’m sure he used to play at Ulitmate Wargames. Anyhow this is why we have November the 5th burns unit 2 for 1 special offers. 😉
  7. Is it me or does the the phrase “If you’re looking for a weapon which doesn’t just look unique you’ve found it” not even make sense? Apart from the fact it’s a pile of John Bercow’s cast off knob cheese.
  8. Bungee. To the dump pouch so they put themselves away… Better yet a pair of G18’s on a hat with a cord you pull with your teeth. Gun Jesus has probably reviewed a real one. My almost practical set up was to sometimes carry 3 or 4 at certain urban games, no long gun. Specifically tight indoor/breaching at (CSU for example), especially if allowed a shield. 12 common mags to the lot, handgun on each hip so as to reholster and change shield hand, draw on new side. Back up in front vest mag pocket, easier to get with opposite hand than cross draw, or inside the shield. Tried a gun on the back as well, mostly for buddy carrying the shotgun.
  9. Well I do…. I just fire a lot of it. 😘
  10. Check the flash hider isn’t loose or not aligned. They make a nice ring when they vibrate.
  11. Green tick load out for early 2000’s. Old school holster works fine. 😀 Y-harness, belt and mag pouches are miltec. Okay build quality. Clips a bit meh, mag pouches are way larger than issue easily hold 3 polymer mags maybe usgi 4 metal body ones. Modified with cardboard dividers. Belt pad is kip mat and para cord. Holster, canteen, ruck & aid pouch are issue. Belt compass is old TAS early molle gen.
  12. Dog Tag seems to be a reasonable site to get into the general Sunday skirmish and Drivers Wood is also close so local options. Plenty of people running around in jeans, check shirt and trainers with a plate carrier. I just use bdu’s and a fairly minimal chest rig for mags and frags. Gone are my days of Paraclete Rav and lid thanks! Although I did just buy a large Alice pack. Oh no I’ve started again. 😱 I must stop waking up shouting “Inokatsu M60”. It’s starting to alarm the wife.
  13. I’ve got some mid cut regatta boots that were on sale for £27. Done me the last six months just fine, very lightweight so should be good all through the summer. Had all sorts of fancy booties over the years, low cost does me fine unless I have a specific theme kit on. Even then running (whatever that is) in a pair of Lowe Mountain boots is not on my to do list. I did love my Odin OTB’s but they were pre new balance so no longer around. Sold them for more that I paid, the only bit of airsoft kit that was an investment!
  14. Well there are “genuine” urban ghillies suits like this, you just don’t see them! 😁 Great work, just watch out for pyro and I hope you can ditch it fast!
  15. Is that not every Saturday night in Colchester? Anyway what you need is one of these: https://blackfencer.com/en/one-handed-swords-synthetic/46-basket-hilt-broadsword.html And a Mad Jack Churchill load out to go with it. 😉
  16. I favour the ones travelling away from me.
  17. My nearest site is £25 as a walk on. No food though. You can get a half day for £15 (but these are usually bought up) which is usually two games, initial long game woodland hike plus variable second one depending on how much dragging of feet there was at the beginning…. I actually think the sport is relatively cheap to get into. You can have a skirmishable AEG, couple of hicaps, a spare battery and eye-pro for £200-300. You don’t actually NEED any of the other tat to have fun or be effective.
  18. Best to use large bars of Kendal mint cake in the plate pockets. That way if you are forced to flee a zombie outbreak you can survive on it. Also GENUINE Kendal mint cake has been proven to be capable of stopping 12.7mm AP. It is vulnerable to mice however.
  19. Well if you have Russian kit it might go up in value. A lot of it seems to have holes in it now, especially the trousers. In order to avoid controversy probably best to wear the Magdelene Nun load out instead of playing as a Red Dawn extra.
  20. Binary triggers, yep pile of wank. I can see having ammo limits especially in cqb as beneficial to play. The higher capacity mags on a very compact fast firing gun means a single player can lock up an area. So I can see the logic. Although I suspect it’s more the “aesthetic” in this case.😁 As UCAP have run some sci-fi themed games seems odd to ban painted two tones. I guess a RIF painted up as “spectre gear” would be fine. 😘 As to knocked off kick. Well shit t&c’s, crap recruitment policy, piss poor management and awarding medals for stupidity will get you there. Just my personal experience of course. 😡
  21. If you really get a sweaty helmet then a sanitary towel may be the answer….
