  1. Don't think metal body=better. The better plastic guns can still handle rough treatment of a game and cheap pot metal easily breaks. Also the weight difference can really make a difference towards the end of the day
  2. Wasn't there an incident years ago where someone had been using glass bbs and some vehicles ended up with broken windscreens? IIRC for ages afterwards the forums were full of debates about how dangerous they were Edit: it was bioval bbb max
  3. Glad I've found this thread as I'm planning on going to a night game there next month. Would you say a weapon light is essential or just recommended?
  4. @EDcase that's a pretty good match, had me fooled till I read the post, imo it just needs the hook to finish the look. I really like the SPAS but find spring shorties underwhelming. Why TM haven’t made a gas SPAS12 yet is a mystery to me.
  5. Posting the pic would help. Also bear in mind that some of the real kit can be expensive
  6. In the past they were the go to brand for reliability, but fortunately for us poors the ACM manufacturers have upped their game in terms of qc. I agree their gas guns are great, but some models can have issues (I'm looking at you FN57 and R870)
  7. Depending what it's a replica of, you could try reenactment groups or forums. A picture of it might help
  8. Thanks. I knew it was somewhere around there, just wasn't sure of the exact figure and Google wasn't helping
  9. Not the usual fare for Mack's, but something tells me he might be waiting a while for a working PEQ box at that price https://airsoft-forums.uk/classifieds/item/22587-looking-for-a-peq10-or-small-working-peq-box/
  10. What is the legal power limit for rifs in the UK?
  11. This. Along with sending a letter to trading standards
  12. This. My E&L hasn't seen a cleaning kit in years which has given it the look of a gun that's been sat in a cave for a decade. I'll post pics later
  13. Kind of related to the post above. Have you thought about your playing style? For example I like the look of the G3 but found, despite mine having decent performance, I couldn't get on with it as I like to go sneaking through bushes etc and the long size was a hindrance
  14. I've got one of those mp5ks and managed to snap the stock too. Luckily Ive got an old busted one which I nicked the end cap from. Id suggest another mp5 as you won't need to buy new mags and pouches
  15. https://www.rt.com/news/452086-mbs-golden-gun-pakistan/amp/
  16. Tht sounds sooo many shades of wrong Otherwise known as watching for where they get shot from so you know where is the other team are😁 Tbh yes you'll probably ache the next day or two (I know I always do), but the good thing about airsoft is that you're free to play at whatever pace you want so you don't need to be charging around all day if you don't want to
  17. Or say "you didn't give my grandad this much hassle when he came over in 45"
  18. 😁😁😁 Bad jokes aside that's a nice looking gun. Glad to see you managed to salvage something from the fire
  19. Probably knew they didn't have a leg to stand on. I wonder how many people the thieving cnut has had to rip off to pay that off
