That's a long winded way of not really telling us anything apart from who sponsors you

What is reasonable wear and tear for an airsoft RIF?
Cannonfodder replied to AirSniper's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Having seen the way some players abuse their kit (me included) if I were a retailer I'd probably laugh at you for wanting a refund after 6 months of use as well This. And get you a nice little chat with the police, meaning you'll end up with a broken gun and a criminal record -
Absolute Airsoft in Reading. What Is it Like?
Cannonfodder replied to Groot's topic in Skirmish Sites, Stories & Reviews
Going by his bullshit excuses for why stuff hasn't been posted I swear his granny must've died about 6 times -
Even worse when it's an old battlefield. On a uni field trip to Cyprus we stopped at a place which had a tank berm along with trenches and a bunker. One not so bright guy decided to pick up an old rusty cylinder about 4 inches wide and 3 inches long and asked me if I knew what it was. He couldn't understand why I told him to put it down till I mentioned possible unexploded ordnance. To be clear I had no idea what it was so didn't want to risk it

If that's the case then it's bloody stupid and puts me off. I can only imagine how many problems would be caused by it getting in places it shouldn't

Shame they don't still do the MP5s with the skinny foregrips

Playing Pew Pew like a kid when I'm 51...
Cannonfodder replied to Daddy Foote's topic in New Players & Arrivals
Welcome to the madness. I'm not quite your age, but I've been playing for years and still ache in places I forgot I had for a couple of days after a game day (it's not the age but the mileage). One good thing about airsoft is that you can play at whatever pace you prefer, let the kids jacked up on monster do the running around if you want -
Imo that's how AKs look best

I've always liked the MC51

Well that rocket did launch, in several directions at the same time

Looks good. As others have posted, the best way to get a worn look is to use and abuse it -
Heads up - proposed changes in Highway Code alert
Cannonfodder replied to AirSniper's topic in Off-Topic Discussion
So basically don't drive like a dick and you'll be fine. As for idiots deliberately jumping out in front of traffic, let them. It'll thin out the herd by removing the terminally stupid -

In my experience that moment usually arrives about a week after having a clear out, or when I've forgotten where I put them. As for the bungee cord, it's turned out to be the best sling I've used. Every other way of carrying it has resulted in the gun either being a ball ache to get off my back, or flopped about getting in the way -

Not so much made, as used a simple solution to make a sling for my sawn off which doesn't have sling mounts

The 'How Did Your Airsoft Day Go? Thread
Cannonfodder replied to Skara's topic in General Discussion
A great day at Apocalypse just outside Royston on Sunday, despite the kurtz deciding to throw a tantrum and decide to work fine on the range but not in game twice. I ended up spending the afternoon running around with just the gas shotgun and a training knife, the 4 knife kills in under 5 minutes was a nice bonus -
You sure they haven't banned you for that?

FYI second hand sellers should be asking for your defence too

Welcome to the money pit that is airsoft. I swear a crack habit would be cheaper. I can't really recommend any sites as you're a bit far away from me, but as others have posted, don't be afraid to rock up on your lonesome as the majority of airsofters are a friendly bunch and will be happy to show off their kit. Also I recommend renting for your first few games as it'll help you work out what suits your style of play. You don't want to shell out a large sum if money on a gun or other gear only to find out you don't get on with it (eg I prefer SMGs and carbines over full size rifles)
