  1. Why do you think I ordered 2 x DE M904's + CYMA Platinum 097D (which Negative Airsoft is starting work on today and may well make a video on) back in December, when they first announced this.
  2. Yeah the "350" I've had from them dances around the 340 mark, so perfect for most of us.
  3. With a battery in, put it in safe and pull the trigger until you hear a long beep. This signifies that you have reset to factory settings, so you'll need to re-do trigger sensitivity etc too.
  4. Told you we were all bored and spoiling for a fight 😄
  5. Haha, arguably George Lazenby was a better Bond than Sean Connery or Roger Moore though.
  6. It's the answer to the riddle: When's a sidearm, not a sidearm? Definitely a case of limited production and gimmick appeal leading to impulse purchases. Seems like the kinda thing that get's bought on a whim, then sold, bought on a whim then sold, rinse and repeat.
  7. I feel like that's the sort of "IF" that's traded from one trackie wearing teenager to the other. Every time with the line "Bruv, cost me nearly £270. Will take £250 tho"
  8. Imagine having £1200 to spend and using some of that on a Raven 1911.
  9. How may do you get for £35? Also are these the Battleaxe ones which are usually £7 new?
  10. It really depends what kind of a person you are. Sounds like you're not confident opening the gearbox but would you enjoy the challenge? I'm much the same but immediately regret trying to do any teching past changing a barrel and bucking. If you're like me, maybe be worth reaching out to a proper tech? If you're more adventurous, hopefully someone with more experience can guide you.
  11. Let's all just get along and take anything on here with a grain of salt, for mild amusement at best. One of the reasons I like airsoft is escapism from politics and stuff that actually matters and I've seen far to much of both on here recently.
  12. Also Socom have literally just had their JG restock.
  13. @Ujustgotsarged- The only one I've tried is the "DMAG M4/AR15 20/70rds Variable-Cap Magazine" I picked-up from Taiwangun but that's just for chrono and I haven't upgraded my motot etc.
  14. THIS ADVERT IS 'UNCOMPLETED' - THIS MEANS THE ADVERTISER HASN'T BUMPED THIS LISTING, BUT IT COULD STILL BE WORTH CONTACTING THEM.

This arrived yesterday, which was a bit surprising because in all honesty I had forgotten I'd even ordered it, it took that long to arrive. Also a bit frustrating when I checked how much it owed me after paying delivery, handling and import duty. Firstly let's address the proverbial elephant in the room, it's not a several hundred £££ TM base build. However it does look pretty damn good for the money if you ask me. Good points *The description states "CNC slide" and it's one of the nicest things about this gun, almost worth the whole price alone....almost. It has good markings and slides very smoothly. * With the frame stippling and flared magwell it feels very nice in the hand. * With ZEV, Glock and Boresight (OK if you want to be pedantic "Quoresight") Solutions, markings it really does look like a high-end piece. If I don't sell it for enough to cover myself, I'm very tempted to make a box frame display case for it. The errrmm not so good * Sometimes the trigger doesn't drop the hammer. Guess anything can be fixed with a bit of work but I have found just re-racking does the trick. *The hop wheel is very loose. An o-ring under it may solve this but I don't have any to hand and can't be arsed to order some. This leads to erratic BB trajectory, so I'd recommend sorting even if you want to use as a plinker. As always with me, stated price includes PayPal fee and trackable courier delivery. Although at this price please don't expect same day dispatch and arrival the next day. Hell I paid like £25 for delivery and it took bloody ages! Don't worry though, I can usually have it with you in circa 3-5 days. Please PM any questions as I don't get notifications of anything asked on the ad.

    £80

  15. If you want something cheap and fun, you can do a lot worse than an ARP9 and drum mag!
  16. Yeah, either they're trying to get around ebays no RIF policy but intend to send the gun or they're trying to trick people in to buying an empty box. Either way you wouldn't be protected by ebay, should the seller not include the RIF.
  17. So disregard the above because I bought an M4 stock (M904E) as well. Also added a ZCI 229MM 6.02 barrel, 60 degree maple leaf, one of the @ak2m4 soft omega nubs and a ZCI CNC hop chamber...which took a it more tweaking than the plastic version but now feeds beautifully, giving a slight boost in fps and above average consistent chrono readings. That's all I'd recommend doing to these for anyone who's after a primary they can pick up for the price of a low end pistol and yet get decent in game results. In all honesty I felt a bit silly watching my friend have tons of fun and loads of kills with the £110 (OK plus like £40 in upgrades on top) gun he borrowed from me, while I was having serious issues with my £600 scorpion evo 😑
  18. Another Double Eagle Honey Badger...because well why not!?
  19. Doesn't that "Currently Located" slogan get you hyped for what's inside!
  20. Unprotected, not even once! Did a quick chrono yesterday, with a cardboard box filled with packaging material and even a towel as the backstop. One of the shots ricocheted and smacked me right at the bottom of the brow bone leaving a sore welt. It goes without saying had I been positioned even a CM to the left, that could have been a lot worse!

@Steveocee Having spare eyepro is a must. I keep one of mine with the BBs and gas as a reminder to put it on before shooting and another set is strapped to my plate carrier lol

@Steveocee - A disappointing 315, when it had been 340 with the previous setup!

@Callsign.Raptor_ - I have two pairs sat by the chrono. As a child I had a bike nicked while the chain was wrapped around the seat...I was reminded of the senselessness of that approach yeaterday.

I keep at least one set by the table saw, one by my dremel station, one in my airsoft area, and one by the lathe/milling machines. A BB to the eye sucks. A metal shaving is worse...

  21. Am I missing something on this one? £160 pistol which looks "well-used" plus an extra mag. Includes some gas (can you even post that?) and a holster for £80 more than the RIF retails for new? If the holster is worth loads, I'd assume it'd be worth splitting instead.
  22. Mind your own business! Not unusually for me I've owned two of these and sold both on shortly thereafter. I personally don't think they're anything special on either front. Of course they're handy for CQB in conjunction with the drum mag and plethora of modular attachments but you hardly need to be able to shoot the wings off a fly at 100M for that purpose. Between one of these and your MK23 you'll need to add a full-steel 1911 to your collection in order to remind yourself what a nice pistol replica should feel like. These are also very "toyish" in the hand.
