My Hermes are just useless. I ordered a part for my lawnmower that was dispatched the same day. IT TOOK HERMES 3 MONTHS TO DELIVER IT. By that point i had given up, bought another one and fixed the bloody mower. 😤 Sorry for the rant I really hate My Hermes
