  1. yes the point was the gun was meant to be cursed, not the whole image! meanwhile browsing gunfires catalogue: the g&g pcc45: https://gunfire.com/en/products/pcc45-submachine-gun-replica-black-1152229408.html "i may have mixed too many bloods" the src GGH0401 https://gunfire.com/en/products/ggh0401-pistol-replica-silver-1152215508.html for goldfinger's lesser known, not quite as evil cousin two finger the am006 https://gunfire.com/en/products/am-006-submachine-gun-replica-1152208286.html to quote the prophet "a creature from the AWB lagoon" the gpm92: https://gunfire.com/en/products/gpm92-pistol-replica-hunter-green-1152222228.html the new guy behind that presumably was immediately fired and sent back to Lamborghini and the HX20101: https://gunfire.com/en/products/aw-hx2101-double-barrel-pistol-replica-1152215370.html because a normal double barreled 1911 is simply not garish enough.
  2. so the a4k7 is heretical, but i think the bow will stand well at the witch trial.
  3. i can only assume that you have, but your mind has wiped the memory for the sake of your sanity.
  4. inspired by this thread: figured we could have a thread to take a long hard look at some of the more *ahem* questionable gun design choices out there in the hope of helping us appreciate in these troubled times that things could always be worse....... so i'll start off with a couple: the krytac SDP: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/krytac-alpha-series-sdp-aeg-black-p10693 for people who think you can apply the principles of a sawed off shotgun to anything..... the g&g pirahna: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/pistols-c42/g-g-airsoft-piranha-sl-gas-blowback-pistol-silver-p11776 just because you can, doesn't mean you should. the g&g prk9: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/g-g-airsoft-prk9-rks-aeg-rifle-with-etu-p11482 forgive us father Mikhail, for we have sinned. the lancer LT-33: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/lancer-tactical-lt-33-enforcer-proline-night-wing-skeleton-gen2-aeg-red-p11073 just because california compliance exists, doesn't mean the rest of the world has to deal with that crap umarex race gun: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/pistols-c42/umarex-elite-force-racegun-co2-pistol-p10751 i can't think of anything witty for that.... tm scorpion mod m: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/tokyo-marui-scorpion-mod-m-machine-pistol-aeg-p8980 an answer to a question no functional human being was asking the g&p m870: https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/shotguns-c46/m870-shotgun-medium-de-p6639 at least airsoft guns don't recoil..... the FN 5-7 https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/pistols-c42/fn-five-seven-co2-pistol-p6451 every great band has to have that one song nobody likes the ak21 https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/nuprol-delta-ak21-black-p5769 for once i'd rather they'd not bothered and just made another m4 instead the desert eagle 10" https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/pistols-c42/tokyo-marui-desert-eagle-50ae-10-inch-barrel-gas-blowback-pistol-p2690 if Pinocchio was a gun...... the g&g crw cannon https://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-rifles-pistols-c38/electric-rifles-c45/tr16-crw-cannon-dst-blowback-gen-2-p1515 i mean i suppose at least they're not just glossing over the necessity of the buffer tube on an AR i'd go to a different shop and keep going but i just don't have the mental fortitude left.....
  5. please tell me that box has a whole rif in it, because that would be such a beautiful mockery of their "firearms declaration" procedures.....
  6. it's true though, when you look at the reviews of a product you don't care how many 5* "good buy" reviews there are, you go straight to the 1* reviews because that's where people will be putting the information you care about.
  7. i think its mostly the short mag, i understand they're somewhat rare for the vector.
  8. me too, i think it's mostly because i hate gyms so a day lugging around a heavy pew is my substitute arm workout. although i reckon the jg might even be heavy by the time lockdown has withered what little muscle i had to begin with.
  9. owch, sounds like he's bitten off more than he can chew. i've never had a problem with them including phone calls/emails going just fine but then i've not ordered anything in the past year.
  10. i mean surely that's an easy question to answer
  11. don't get that as much as the old "he's not taking his hits" accusation from people that assume that because you can send .48's over to hit them, that their .2's will be able to reply.....
  12. i did quite enjoy borrowing a mates mosin and running around with just that and a speedloader. none of my own guns are stock admittedly....
  13. keep the stock gears, fit a gate warfet and set up precocking. will deal with the trigger response nicely. losing some energy with the hop on is totally normal, how much depends on the style of hop, for example a g&g green bucking is going to lose more energy hopping a .3g than a maple leaf macaron.
  14. not to mention the well served budget ak market, and i'd argue when things get to that stage the ak platform is much easier to work on than an ar variant. also that picture is an absolutely perfect example of not needing camo or webbing kit.
  15. as much as we might have sympathy for the shops, maybe we should be hassling them about all this, if only to make them see how bad the problem is and maybe switch couriers?
  16. can confirm, a good set of boots is an absolute must, damp or aching feet will absolutely ruin your game day. yep, you want to be sure of your eyepro, personally i'm a bolle fan but other brands are available. i'd say if you're going to skimp on anything skimp here, camo does help outdoors (caveat being if you know how to sneak properly), but you absolutely can (and plenty do) just run regular clothes, something weather appropriate, long sleeves (until you get the hang of how much bb's can sting and if you wanna run bare arms) and reasonably tough (ie it's not going to get pulled apart by brambles, kneeling etc). however what you do want is gloves and something to cover your ears, both places that can sting and especially fingernails...... as above your choices are 2-tone or serving your time. i'd recommend going the time served route, not only do you skip the 2-tone thing but it'll also allow you some time playing, make sure the hobby is for you, and give you a chance to see the variation of pews out there giving you a flavour of what style of gat you fancy going for as a first purchase (eg do you prefer an ak, or an m4, or something else). ordinarily i'd point out airsofters are generally more than happy to show off their kit if you ask politely, but COVID might make that kind of thing a bit trickier for the forseeable. once you've done that, do a bit of window shopping online, if you find something you like the look of come back and ask before buying, if only to be sure there isn't a better deal or similar gun from a more reputable manufacturer etc. personally, whilst there can be some cracking deals second hand, i'd advise new for a starter. it's the sad truth that secondhand gats run the very real risk of something wrong internally, either from wear or more normally tinkering gone wrong, whilst a new gun isn't guaranteed to be flawless either at least you get the "just send it back to the shop" card to play. agreed here is where the secondhand market is a good shout. you don't need to jump into covering yourself with kit, it is entirely possible to play just fine with a spare hicap and a bag of bb's stuffed in a pocket, indeed it can be quite fun to run around super lightweight every now and then. it's a very easy trap to fall in to is loading yourself up with a bunch of unnessecary weight, carrying gear you never use in-game. although once you reach this point it becomes a lot of personal preference.
  17. think it's a standard ar selector, the 2-finger trigger is so you can semi-spam faster than most guns do in auto but it's fine for cqb because it's "single shot only"
  18. i think the idea is low bore offset, with no recoil you can have the stock angled and get your face right behind the reciever and aim it basically like a shotgun with no sights.
  19. correct, this is g&g's speedsoft gun. it's the airsoft version of playing Fortnite competitively......
