  1. Usual 60% of retail. It would certainly help the advert if you mentioned where you got them from in case people are worried about fakes. If its from a decent source i cant see them being hard to shift as bolle are a decent brand. Of course as with all airsoft eye pro the onlyway to be sure that what your using is safe is to get your local kickingmustang to pop a round at them point-blank.
  2. Same, lockdown has not done good things to me gut. Hoping covid starts winding down before summer, was messing with the dragonuv the other day and realised how much i missed using it.
  3. think shamal has it, they're both "generic m4" at least in terms of parts compatibility so just pick whichever one you like more.
  4. hmmm, kwc magazine valves seem hard to find.....

Knocker valve for their blowback makarov.

Was trying to figure out why mine kept leaking and realised it had somehow caved in at the front.

Figured if imma try and sell it better to have it as working (well, "worked last time i tried to fire it")

Only place ive found even has it listed is begadi and its out of stock :(

      Nah, totally different mechs.

The kwc is basically a 4.5mm co2 airgun conversion which normally comes stupid hot out of the box (mine was downgraded by the forum member i bought it off). Its not even the same as other kwc valves (particularly the 1911 which is the only kwc valve you can find easily)

Only bought it as a winter gun to stand in for the WE.

  5. yeah that does make figuring things out a lot easier.
  6. is it still blowing all the way back? or is it short-stroking then getting caught because it's halfway through the cycle? also is the gun new-ish or has it been around a bit? i've seen 1911's with worn trigger sears catch on the hammer as the hammer is sitting further up than it normally should.
  7. thing is it's the buyers perspective. it's what people see when they look at that ad. for example i'll walk you through my thought process as i look at that ad: it's an evo, a gun that is known to be a pretty high standard out of the box and in a lot of cases people who attempt to "upgrade" the base tend to end up making it a lot worse. so the first question is what bits are in it? are they better than standard? well i don't know because it doesnt say in the ad. the next question is have the parts been assembled correctly? well that comes down to the skill of the tech, as there's no big name drop of a professional tech (eg if you'd paid someone like negative airsoft or the like to do the work) then the assumption is that you've done the work yourself. so how can i assess your personal competence as a tech? well i haven't got much to go on as i don't know you personally or your reputation. so the only thing i can really go on is the ad itself. of course as i mentioned, if the effort hasn't been put into the ad then it begs the question has the effort been put into the gun? and with a lack of information it's just human nature to assume the worst. this isn't meant to be insulting btw, this is meant to be constructive criticism, to point out where people who might otherwise be very interested in buying might change their minds and decide that maybe grabbing a brand new gun that comes with a warranty and they know will perform to a given standard is the safer option.
  8. Its easier to write the details out and send them to every interested person who messages you than to write them out once in the ad? Cant say i'm seeing the logic. As for listing in different places, well if you cant be bothered tailoring the ad to a particular site that isnt going instill confidence in a prospective buyer that you didnt take the same apathy towards fitting the upgrades.
  9. That is a fair point, maybe put this down as a lower mid range dream? So he wants folk to contemplate skipping the known high performing quantity that is a standard evo for one with upgrades that may or may not have actually improved the gun without listing what said upgrades are?
  10. Iirc isnt the mp5 trigger extended compared to standard m4? If its the same pattern i'm thinking of it wont fit. Thing is the mp5 i was working on was a horrific mish mash but pretty sure the shell was cyma
  11. Might not be the most help but if its the selector plate style i'm thinking off (using the gearbox hole that's the small body pin on an m4) then its an absolute bastard to get in the right position. I'd love to tell you how to sort it but last time i worked on it i'm pretty sure it took about 100 attempts followed by immediately blanking the whole experience from memory.
  12. Not just airsoft, there's a bunch of airguns in the link too. I'm thinking bot?
  13. wow i brain farted hard, i meant the one covered in white tape but i see that's the new one now.
  14. fair enough, maybe one of those "compatible-ish" kinds of things, have you tried the sight on a standard rail now its been filed? might still be good.
  15. thought the DE was standard 20mm just without most of the slots cut?
  16. does come with 3 mags, and looks to be in pretty nice condition maybe mitigating factors?
  17. imma not even ask what's going on with the other piston....... but yeah that's some pretty extreme taper. you might want a little edge chamfer to get the *ahem* protrusion to insert properly, but after that you want a nice tight fit between the (i swear to god this is proper engineering terminology) male and female components with plenty of stroke left (it's just getting worse isnt it) so build up the air cushion. tbh i'd be more of a mind to go for a shit-ton of sorbo. also inb4 all the kenneth williams impersonators: "ooh matron"
  18. generally i'd assume pistol issuance in militaries falls into 2 broad categories: people who aren't really meant to be using them that much if at all (officers, cooks, engineers, tank crew etc, you can say the same for infantry sidearms too because they're meant to use a rifle) spoopy special forces people, who presumably will be so well practiced that using a dot or irons would be as much a matter of personal preference/particular mission as anything else. i cant tell if i should interpret that as you being really bad at hipfiring pistols or really good at throwing stuff
  19. nope, it's a known thing. problem is unlike video games you gotta put some effort into finding the dot, which to my thinking defeats the purpose because by the time you use the irons or part of the slide to get lined up to then use the dot you've lost the time that the dot is supposed to be saving. for precise target shooting where you can hold the dot through multiple targets yeah it makes sense, but for airsoft purposes i tend to split pistol engagements into 2 categories: if they're close just instinct shoot (aka hip fire) if they're far use the irons. if they're too far to hit quickly by hip firing, and too close for you to take your time with the sights, then you'll have plenty of time on the walk back to respawn to consider that you should have been using a rifle at least with rifles you can use the stock to reliably hold your head in the right place, which is where the likes of the pistol carbine kits are useful.
  20. Is it piston slap or barrel pop? Even if the action is silent there can still be a lot of noise from the barrel especially on a shorter barrel. Fortunately thats where airsoft suppressors do actually do a good job.
  21. Now thats a loaded question. Edgi seem to be very highly regarded when it comes to top of the line, but you're talking bespoke craftsmanship. Personally i'm a big fan of the pdi stainless steel stuff pricey but good quality. For a more budget option the zci 6.02 stainless barrels @ak2m4 sells punch well above their pricetag for performance.
  22. can only assume they're closed for the holidays, loads of places taking longer christmas breaks with covid.
  23. i'll be honest, bolt guns aren't my thing, but the mosin was kinda fun, but one of those you gotta be in the right mood to activate hard mode kind of things. the only reason to go for a stronger spring is to increase the energy the gun is putting out (big big caveat that we're assuming good air-seal and getting all the oomph the spring has out the barrel) of course high speed you get premature engagement issues which a stronger spring will solve, however that can push you over the limit so you short-stroke which brings it back down (and also helps avoid pme as well), but in doing so you're limiting the cylinder volume you can use which for a given standard of accuracy limits the barrel length you can use (hence why many stupid high rof guns have short barrels). personally i'd focus on accuracy first, if you want a snappy trigger then a precocking mosfet like a warfet will do a hell of a lot without needing to change out half the bits in the gun. as for speed chasing in an aeg, well my tuppence on the matter is it's an exponentially expensive road that inevitably ends in surrendering your soul (and credit card) to the hpa devil. As @Alimcd says twenty is plenty, if you're sending 20-25 rounds per second downrange and the target isn't calling it then your problem is either you aint hitting shit, or the guy your shooting won't call shit. neither of these are problems having a gun spitting out double the amount of plastic is gonna solve.
  24. as above the 60% rule generally for stuff that's in decent nick (which your's seem to be at least as far as those pics are concerned) that's assuming of course there aren't any notable internal bits (although for the most part "upgrades" don't add value unless it's particularly high ticket stuff like a titan)
