On the TQ side of things, interestingly enough, first aid courses are starting to bring them into mainstream education slowly. There have been a few mass casualty events in the last ten years where first aiders understanding what they can and can't achieve would have made a real difference along with the risks and limitations.
On a side note my personal pet hate is decompression needles that seem to come with so many IFAKs... Now they creep me out. 😅
