  1. You only have the option to change dwell. The lower it is, the higher your chance of feeding issues however mine happily feed at 40rps with settings I've mentioned. I mean.... 35rps is heavy handed, the "fun" of a super brrrrrrt disappears when you end up changing mags after every trigger pull.
  2. I have a Jack in an SR series receiver so very similar, I run a 200mm 6.05 inner barrel and I run my dwell at 45. I think you could probably get yours down to 40 and then fine tune it from there. There isn't really that much to tune on a jack, get the dwell to the point FPS starts to drop off and bump it back up by 2 points.
  3. Wider generally offers more stable flight, tighter gives higher FPS. As you're running a mancraft you'll have volume for days so go wide. Orga 6.23? I personally run a PDI 6.05 in everything I have.
  4. My main battle rifle is perfectly happy running 1J with 36s, it’s am expensive approach but it’s almost the best of all worlds.
  5. Totally derped and dropped this one far earlier than normal
  6. I'd been wanting to play with you for so long. I've seen you've played proving grounds a few times and we are both SRS owners so was looking forward to this. Little did I know it was you. So much damage in our sport although I'm glad you are on your feet and at least reflecting on the incident, the ribs will be a bummer but hopefully you're not out of action for too long dude. When we pulled up in the car park as well you were the first person I saw, beaming smile and a "Good morning".
  7. Jack is a great choice for an all rounder build. Yes the F2 will be a bit better for consistency with closed bolt. Also to take into account is efficiency, my jack this last weekend rinsed off a 3000 filled 48Ci down to 900 after putting 5 EPM1's through it using 3rnd burst for every trgger pull set at only 80psi on the output reg. They are quite hungry but even more so when going full on brrrrt. Fine if you have means to fill between each game though.
  8. SRS felt like cheat mode yesterday. Like I had aimbot activated! Cheekily taking shots I shouldn't have been trying and landing them. Awesome day at YTA Borderlands.

@Steveocee you were at Borderlands?? In that case, my heartfelt apologies for your loss of gameplay! Which team were you on? Did we actually talk to each other without knowing who each other was?

Also please don't apologise, number 1 rule of Airsoft is safety, whether it's eye pro, gameplay or ensuring players are catered for. Not a problem and glad you're doing better.

  9. Starting to get stuff together for Sunday. First sniper day for a long time and it's feeling good!

I do enjoy a bit of sniping / DMRing for a change of pace.  It's an elegant toy for a more civilised game.

Right there with you. SRS is lubed and ready to go!
No idea what the site is going to be like, but I remain hopeful 😄
Hope you have a good day dude!

  10. This thread is what the internet was made for. Some over compensated moron bearing the cross of righteousness belittling an entire community into doing something they believe is right because it has the best of intentions and then getting super salty when people don't share the same belief. Where's closest? I'll send my hi capas as well and that way the enemy will run away as they won't want to get speedy boi'd.
  11. Awesome vid dude. Keep them coming like that!
  12. Double helping! Midweek test fire and some gameplay
  13. They look pretty amazing and transferable experience on a capa going lightweight BBU, you'll get a lot lower recoil as well as faster return to battery. I think the remaining insides of these being made of chocolate will always be a sticking point though. You're out of the box upgrading the hammer and I'm seeing more people needing to replace the knocker lock now as well (cough @leadly cough).
  14. Depends is the answer. Some sites near me have normal battle rifle - full auto limit at 350 (0.2 obvs) and DMR at 400, at which point I'd say red dot is fine but then the more spread out sites tend to have the DMR limits at 420 or 450 where I feel disadvantaged with a red dot (hence investing in a short dot with adjustable 1-6). Even with my BASR I never tend to go past 5 times so yeah, maybe a 3 times magnifier or just grab an adjustable and have a single unit?
  15. Been a funny old week. Here's a video though
  16. Small channel update this week, not too keen on these things but hey ho.
  17. Celebrating the opening of MI3D's webstore with prettying up my plastic build.
  18. Little bit of goold old TDM this week.
  19. 5.56 DMR and I don't care what pistol it is but it needs an M4 mag mangled onto the bottom of it. Would properly legitimise the bulk of the Airsoft community.
