Do you mean like a player who puts their gun down against a tree, throws some smoke getting the attention of the photographer, posing for a photo shoot then ambling along to catch up with the action? I have never done that, not ever, honest

Is it a Status updates or a Facebook post ?

I have some terrible news for you: Forums are social media too -
On signs, disclaimers, web site rules, verbal briefs etc …… nobody pays full attention & you cannot assume. People don’t read the part of the disclaimer that says that you are signing to confirm that you have read it. At our first ever event the site planned to use their standard disclaimer - which was aimed at rental players, not own gunners. So I went through the disclaimer with management & discussed what can and cannot be changed - particularly in the terms of site insurance. I could allow players to have guns in the safe zone - and therefore add all the rules on ensuring they are safe I couldn’t allow players to self fill due to insurance terms on the fill station - which caused a dilemma in complying to a new event organizers collective set of rules which included air safety rules with training - I was permitted to run training, issue passes (valid for a year) and but not allow self fill for the rest of the day (I expected that nobody would take up the training - but they did, and that allowed the next organizer to run a smaller session of only those that hadn’t been to our event) Safety must be covered along all methods - and therefore not be reams of paper and hours of waffle Core rules should be repeated, no matter how many regulars are there Particularly at our events as we have ‘standard’ rules, our preferred rules and also specifics for how we want to run that event or mission - we’re probably trying out a rule or respawn option - we like barrel tags/knife kills & surrenders but there are specifics on what is an enforced rule (tag/knife) and what is an option (surrender) and also in certain formats we don’t allow them such as our Battle Royale format has no surrenders permitted (though I permitted one surrender when two players met face to face seconds into the session rather than force a 2 inch kill)

Lovely officer She reminds me of the police officers who were caught speeding and went to court on the basis of either the lack of correctly spaced miniature reminder signs or that the 30mph speed sign was the smaller reminder diameter and not a full size sign. They got off on the technicality, but I like to think that they suffered other consequences such as a stern talking to on the values & standards expected of the law - without coffee & biscuits

Note that it’s not necessarily failure to take his hit, it’s just as likely to be selected elimination - (empowered) exercise staff will allocate elimination and also disregard elimination for the purposes of an exercise Imagine a game day when it’s entirely up to the whim of Marshall’s whether you’re in or out…….. and try not to say that there are sites like that already ! ….. and on a timely basis note some of the references made to the situation at the time that the video was made, and contrast the current situation with General Breedloves comments about Russian ‘exercises’ that turn into invasions

I ran up to a building once, no noise from inside so I stuck my head in the window At the same moment that a barrel poked out of the window (Just for info - I was carrying a radio with vox enabled) I exclaimed, jumped backwards and took a shot to the chest As I appeared in the safe zone, and told my team mate (with his handset on the bench) what had just happened ….. everyone present let’s me know “we heard” You replied to my reply too quick i was hoping the above tale would merge Another accident tale takes place on camera on our 2nd ever event at approx 0:35: The gunman had in fact been an ‘almost original’ of the team when forming in 2007/2008 before dropping out of the game for life things He played that game in 2010, and we ‘met again’ later that year when Oblivion opened (which became Ironsight) Its thanks to finally getting him on board that enabled his tech skills to put our game ideas into practice

Safety wise, hip firing has a slight edge over sight firing Look down the sight and you’re focusing yourself which could give tunnel vision and prevent you from seeing the dog walkers strolling into shot Fire from the hip and as long as your eyes are open then you’re looking at the area that you’re firing at Blind firing is shooting without looking at what you’re shooting at

My first thought is to wonder what has happened to that cylinder? Are they marks on the neck? Bad picture? Gougues in the neck? Assuming the cylinder is sound, and has a decent life still, then pretty much any HPA gauge. Reputable airsoft shops that do HPA or paintball shops will generally have a gauge The gauges thread will be standard (as long as the gauge is intended for an HPA cylinder on the high pressure side) at 1/8” NPT thread You want the dial to go up to the bottles pressure, so assuming it’s a 3000psi aluminum then you can put on anything from 3000psi to 6000psi If it’s a fibre 4500psi then I’m more concerned about the neck, and you would want anything from 4500psi to 6000psi (You need to stop filling at the appropriate level so that means if you fit a 5000 or 6000psi gauge then you must stop long before the red) I’d say to call your preferred retailer and ask if they have gauges eg Super5ives don’t list them, but Chris is a good first call as he has a background playing in both airsoft and paintball https://shop.super5ives.com/shop/category/8-air-co2.html https://www.justpaintball.co.uk/search?type=product&q=*Gauge* When you add the cost of a gauge plus postage you’re pretty much at half the price of a new bottle itself Avoid unknown random gauges on eBay or from China etc …. and if you do change it ….. drain the air fully !!!!!! Ideally fit to a remote line and leave it open

I would say that either: 1) They used a mode against the rules 2) They are fast on the trigger Bounce, multiple modes etc are/were prevalent in paintball True ‘bounce’ is the physical or electronic double firing per trigger pull: For example recoil, a worn sear or badly adjusted trigger/bolt system cause an occasional second shot With micro switches etc a circuit could still have low power come through and be misinterpreted as another pull Therefore you get a ‘debounce’ setting to fine tune how sensitive the circuit is for the next shot When you restrict full auto, burst etc and the rate of fire of an electronically controlled trigger then when players are up against a semi auto mode or mechanical trigger then a player can pull their trigger as quickly as they like, and provided the bolt etc and next round is ready then a human being can pull the trigger more quickly than a restricted electronic mode In my opinion binary triggers and bounce modes are worse than full auto or burst modes In semi I have to keep pulling the trigger and everything stops when I stop Even in an ‘assisted’ semi (ramping in paintball) I would need to achieve a physical rate of trigger pull, then as long as I keep pulling the trigger then a mode kicks in and fires at a preset maximum rate of fire In burst then for example a burst if 3 shots are fired when the trigger is pulled In full auto a constant rate of fire continues until the trigger is released With a binary trigger you have lost control of your shooting: Pull - it shoots Release - it shoots again I could fire one shot, then see something that makes me stop. I cannot release my finger without firing another shot

This is a question that comes up regularly, but doesn’t get completed The poster on the recent thread below says they will update us as it progresses Legally you can import RIFs into the UK for the purpose of Airsoft skirmishing at insured sites. By law you do not require UKARA membership - that is the best known scheme to document proof that a player is a skirmisher If you are already a player overseas and intend to play at insured sites here then you are legal - but might not be able to prove it Look at the other thread, think of ways that you can prove you are a skirmished, contact Border Force etc, and let us know how you get on If you’re not confident that you can prove it to Border Force then look for other options such as making arrangements with an Airsoft site, shop, an established player (that knows you) or wait until you are here and have played to attain UKARA then have them sent to you

Recommendations for Kids'Face Protection
Tommikka replied to C-Diddy's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
The MI7 is OK, but they are just basic rental level goggles. Hard plastic frame. They are marketed under both Valken, Annexe & Sly brands The Dye I4s have been a favourite in airsoft, and the I5 is the latest iteration These are a premium goggle with a soft rubber frame, and the Dye family tends to have a smaller footprint which can be good for kids, but bad for those with big heads or chins The best thing to do is to try some goggles on I have a pair of the MI7s - which are cheap & cheerful, but they comfortably fit me I used the Dye I3 pros which worked for me, but exposed my forehead, chin and also my mouth when talking/shouting. I’ve been shot in the forehead and mouth quite a few times The I4s are smaller than I3s. My preferred goggle on the market is the GI/VForce Grills. There is finally a new Grills v2 out, I’m not convinced by the ‘new features’ to consider the v2 a better option, as opposed to just a new version. The grills design has been around for many years and has stood the test of time well, they usually have a whole range of colour combinations which often meant good discounts as new season releases were announced. The v2 could mean a price drop on some v1 stocks The best answer is for him to try some goggles on and see what feels good to him -
I think I may be able to translate this into English: Creating edited videos with sight target hit markers is as bad as shouting “You’re hit!, you’re hit, I say marshal, that chap over there is hit and is playing on” and also as bad as playing on once you have been hit & eliminated ….. and … discuss ….

I’m going to say no, because: 1) I don’t think that mesh is safe at all, due to the nature of mesh 2) You then have the issue of trying to secure mesh ‘lenses’ adding the new problem of total failure by knocking mesh out of the eye hole Respirator lenses can be replaced with suitable lenses provided that the replacement meets appropriate impact standards, is the right thickness for the eye holes, and is securely fitted whilst being able to remain in situ during any impact A ‘compromise’ is to fit impact lenses or mesh as well as you can to the respirator plus to always wear suitable impact glasses type eye protection under the respirator which introduces new problems of enough space between face & respirator, mangling your face with glasses on and trying to put the respirator on, more steaming up and being uncomfortable

Based on this they were rivals https://radiocontrol.fandom.com/wiki/Tokyo_Marui But that doesn’t mean that there wasn’t cross collaboration, identical supplier factories, blatent copying or takeover of elements Even further back in the early 80s I was building the original Airsoft model kits Some of them still exist in the attic at varying states after hard use

I have retailer loyalty, based on the relationships I have with retailers. But I still use multiple retailers and shop around. A retailer that attends events that I attend, provides customer services and technical support etc ….. and fits my wallet I’ll avoid a retailer that just sells, undercutting those who add something that I value

Taiwangun Shipping Disruption (Brexit Related Content)
Tommikka replied to Speedbird_666's topic in General Discussion
Her core business is in collectables/niche items, so the buy/sell at 0 is a ‘no loss, loss leader’, ensuring that she has that item for her regulars She may also be taking those items new and holding them for when the collector market ups the price once they aren’t available Theres no intention to sustain at zero profit, but to sell her main items for profit and keep building the customer base. -
1870 as a date may have some context from that being the time that firearms licencing began in the UK, as well as it being a time that general design was changing - which means there are those that look ‘modern’ and precede 1870, but also those that look ‘historic’ and were still developed after 1870 Its self preservation by the seller to require a VCRA defence, which does not necessarily have to be UKARA As long as you are an adult you can buy any airsoft gun - but they may only sell in bright colours

To quote a friend during a Super5ives tournament at Ambush as airsofters arrived to play in the woods …. ”They have women in Airsoft now???!!!”
