  1. Nice looking grip, and lightweight. Advantage of round foregrip is some have removable side inserts for fitting tailswitches on tactical lights, and removable bases where you can store spare battery.
  2. Hersey, but maybe you need some guest Mods who could tidy up the forum a little. Share out the burden. Not me, I am too pedantic and possibly a grammar N**I (I cry whenever I see the English language so badly used and abused by some of our members, and I am not kid friendly).
  3. I have arranged the weekend off work, so count me in as well. Looking forward to it.
  4. But if we get the 3 character search, then HPA will be more easily found . Of course I fully support HPA having its own area. Maybe you should start a new thread for having the HPA sub forum because when you tried searching for it, could not find any threads
  5. Wonder if they do a helmet 'clean and polishing' service as well?
  6. I just used the search function because I can However, I do find that the current 4 character minimum limit is not helpful enough. So is it possible to have the minimum character length set to 3 instead?
  7. Excellent. Now look in General Discussion, there is a Dye i4 thread about 5 or 6 down, and also try searching on word 'fogging' for other threads on i4.
  8. Welcome. Lurking outside in the bushes can have its worth for a close target recce but nothing beats going in through the door and joining in the fun of the forum.
  9. Reading you subject line, I thought you wanted some relationship counselling. Stay with the psycho hose beast or dump her for new girl? Disappointed now, I like to offer advice on non-mental health questions
  10. UK Tactical have 20% of everything until midnight tonight (Sunday). Use discount code WARRIOR20. ]http://www.uktactical.com A universal pistol holster in multicam is only £22 instead of £27.
  11. Handy hint #7 - To save carrying food simply capture some prisoners and confiscate their rations. Best done early in the day so their is more choice.
  12. Yes, they did outclass us but I took my hits . I must admit that I often forgot about the team objective as I was having so much fun learning The Mall, trying out my new Mk23 pistol, and just enjoying the thrill of getting that perfect hit. I may have lost the war but I had a good day out and some great memories of when it went well.
  13. I do tend to expose myself to see if I can clear a room and hope that someone is following me. If only they would and we could hold the gains. Worse part was trying to medic a guy, encouraged by the Marshals, only to find out he was on the other team and I was hosed down from multiple angles, to which the Marshal said whoops sorry. It is all a learning experience, and I am learning all the routes to respawn I would love to play a site with a few more from this forum, because it would be good fun and we could have a bit more banter online because we have actually met and played alongside each other.
  14. UK Tactical have had some issues with their new website design. I recently tried to order some goods online and pay with PayPal but Sage would not process the order and received the error code 5001. I phoned their number and spoke to Sue who was very helpful. I did explain some of the website glitches experienced and lack of stock. Sue did send me an email with update on items which was helpful, although not in stock. When I then tried to re-order and pay via Visa it all worked perfectly, and could use their latest discount code. Now awaiting the order to arrive.
  15. So should we all be joining the UKAPA to boost its numbers and therefore have an active voice in how the hobby/sport is managed. It sounds a bit too much like a trade union where the ruling elite rake off profits from the members, like Arthur Scargill living in the Barbican luxury while the miners bled and starved. The British Airsoft Club (BAC) sounds like a good idea, one represented body for all airsofters, but yet again no support or real affiliation from the sport.
  16. No I do not shoot friends in the back, that is what a knife is for - a pat on the back is a recce for the knife. I do tend to stay low in the dark, so people that look over the top of me and wonder why their kneecaps hurt. I am more geographically challenged wondering around in the dark trying to find my way back to respawn.
  17. Is the haze due to people using the old Mk5 pyro and smoke building up. Down in the UCAP Bunker there is a fog of war as the night progresses with smoke from pyro. The bright 600 lumen does not really help any more than 200 lumen, as like in fog the light just bounces back and the haze persists. Saying that I still carry a Fenix torch with 900+ lumen.
  18. I wear glasses but have yet to find a perfect airsoft set-up for wearing glasses or prescription inserts. I cannot wear contact lenses which would be ideal, so just go without the glasses and play the best I can. I get closer and then have more chance of hitting the opposition team, and in CQB that is de rigueur . I may have had a blue on blue once but the stairwell was dark!
  19. No he is a Spam. A plastic American. Even better. I may be working that weekend but would love to join you. I still think Orange team sucks, better to be green and look for the armbands to shoot.
  20. Sniping is the only way to eBay. If some tw*t puts in 3 bids on the same item I will keep bidding until there is only one bid left, then if I really want the item just offer twice as much in the last 10 seconds. You know what you want to pay so just wait until the end and bid that figure. I think that putting in several bids is a mugs game. eBay love it as they make more money and the item sells for more. Best offer can work except I had a china company offer it and then fail to respond for several best offers, that expired. When I sent an email they said they made little to no profit on the item, so why did they encourage best offer in the first place. Naturally I just went to another company that would compete.
  21. I was looking at some webbing! And confused the brassiere as a shoulder holster
  22. Is that why there were not any Munchkins in the Return to Oz?
  23. I am on the West Berkshire / Hampshire border so a bit far away but within 30 miles of The Mall so could easily meet up there.
  24. IIRC they were numbered 1 to 32, and we just took whatever was going. Then used to swap items, I did try and get the jalepeno cheese spread though as it was a tasty snack with crackers. I still have a couple of the dinners in the garage but not sure if they are any good after 12 years.
  25. As long as I am not working on the chosen weekend then I will be there.
