PopRocket123 Posted February 11, 2020 Share Posted February 11, 2020 When I first saw this my knee jerk response was "crap another fear mongering story" but actually the story itself has actual information about Airsoft guns including the correct name of the gun and technical info that explains that it's a toy! The quote is not ridiculous. In the picture he does appear to be holding a gun or a replica. The article also gives a balanced & to the layman, an educational view of airsoft. He was suspended for the idiotic comments that he and his friends made with regard to teachers in the school. The article knows it's a ARP-9 they could of said "it looks just like a SMG" but they act like it could be a SMG in the picture when they know it's not. To the uneducated it's like they are saying they THINK it MIGHT be a ARP9 but it might not at least from that line. It's the only bit that really bothered me in the article.
