LVOA-D
If you are opting for scope perhaps a budget range Vortex? Love all my Vortex products and they also have lifetime warranty. The Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 is 150 euro's here so not too expensive. Immortal and RoninHun

Crazy_Crystal
another suggestion that floats around every once in a while is the vision king short dot which might also be worth a look at. it just depends on what you are looking for 🙂 Immortal
Davegolf
If you want an all round usable range for the MWS abilities and Recoil, I've said before - the Nikko Stirling Diamond 1-4 is a short dot that is way nicer than the Vision Kings etc at the price point. Seriously the clarity, field of vision and eye relief is incredible. https://www.uttings.co.uk/p122015-nikko-stirling-30mm-diamond-1-4x24-ir-rifle-scope-ndsi1424/#.XL4K1YF4XYU Ive owned a few ACOG reps and this one hands down the best clarity etc, and the fibre is really good. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Woltis-Style-Optical-Illumination-Source/dp/B01GFSFFY6 If you game style is faster paced and you want a red dot then whatever really for reps, personally I'd buy a RS red dot Or add a doctor to the ACOG/Shortdot I love the Spectre DR but not found a decent rep, most have off axis sights, poor adjustment etc. Immortal
Immortal
Thanks for the tips and links @Crazy_Crystal & @Davegolf. I'll check them out too. 👍 I'll report back when I pick something. No doubt with some gun porn... 5 minutes ago, Davegolf said: https://www.uttings.co.uk/p122015-nikko-stirling-30mm-diamond-1-4x24-ir-rifle-scope-ndsi1424/#.XL4K1YF4XYU It's just reminded me I have a Leapers BugBuster that may work... I'll have a think about that. Davegolf

LVOA-D
@RoninHun Cool man! Have not installed it yet, still need to get my hands on the SixG super nub and some external parts which are on their way. Want to do it all at once during the weekend (provided everything arrives in time). But the more FPS the better, as I will only be using it for shooting targets with a few mates. LVOA-D
@RoninHun If I can get my hands on a chrono I will let you know, should really get one but it's at the bottom of my nigh endless list of stuff I need (want). Maybe I will try and borrow one or test it in the gunshop near me. Will update in this topic of course

PopRocket123
Out of curiosity how many of you run a heavy weight buffer? I enjoy the felt recoil so run a steel buffer but something has to be said for the snappy response of a lightweight setup. What are your preferences? LVOA-D
@PopRocket123 Before my airsoft break I had a GHK for recoil, and an MWS for speed. I sold everything though and I'm currently also contemplating what I am going for. I did order an aluminium buffer though. It's the G&P one which can be made heavier (it has 3 weights included) but I am not exactly sure how they work...and how well they fit. If they will be bouncing back and forth inside the buffer itself it will stay empty. Other than that I am slightly worried it will break the MWS one way or another. Internally I've only changed the bucking and nub, the rest is stock (externally I've only changed the stock). I like the idea of heavier recoil but I'm happy with the amount it has as stock. I don't want to damage or wear anything down prematurely so I've avoided heavy weight buffers (same with my GHK AK, minimal upgrades - I'm more for accuracy than anything closely followed by fast trigger response). Wo1f
@LVOA-D the G&P buffer comes with the weights and a soft plastic tube. You put the amount of weight you want inside and then cut the tube to length to take up the slack so it’s all solid. @PopRocket123 I’d avoid running the angry gun heavyweight buffer. I ran it and while it increased the recoil, it also made it really sluggish. It will also increase the chances of your buffer tube cap coming off and hitting you if you don’t have the angrygun milspec buffer. The angrygun ‘speed’ buffer or the G&P ones are probably the way to go.
LVOA-D
@Wo1f All clear, thanks Santa keeps coming! Delivered today are the G&P Buffer set, a PTS Adapter ring and a Guns Modify Spring Set 😀 RoninHun, Cipher-032, Immortal and 1 other
Cipher-032
Got my SixG super nub. Was about to have a heart attack as the envelope was torn. Thankfully it was in a plastic bag. LVOA-D and RoninHun 1
LVOA-D
@Cipher-032 Close one! I'd probably have the same reaction. Mine should be on its way soon hopefully 🤞 Do let us know how it functions. I probably won't be installing mine until I have all the external parts aswell(depending on what arrives first).

Had a test fire. Running stock barrel, Mod Tan bucking and my shimmed hop arm on ASG 0.28's Shoots well, but the bucking is still breaking in. Might need to go back in and tweak the bucking alignment. My garden is only so long so longer ranges I cant account for. But short range its shooting like a laser.
