Dunno if its best to keep this to its own thread or for it to be moved to the relevant topic i dunno where it should go, ill let mods decide I want to start off with my original review of Gunman Airsoft Tuddenham that can be found on google reviews , Visited on the 30th , overall a good site , good marshal's and chrono practices...Unfortunately that's not what ruined the day...That was a group of 3 people who segregated themselves from the main briefs and subsequent game briefs, I had a game interaction with one who was taking the game a little too seriously and was becoming salty , this was brought up to one of the marshals but escalated throughout the rest of that game with him breaking MED causing my friend to bleed from the chin and other subsequent nonos of airsoft calling people out for cheating and overkilling and shooting dead players ,on the turn around for that game all 3 singled out and confronted my friend and mocked him for getting hurt when he was isolated from the rest of our friend group. And i believe they decided to continue to break rules for the next game out of spite for content as they all had recording devices for there social media, the next game was a disaster resulting in re chrono for all bolt action users. the 3 group packed up and left pretty fast after game over .Its a shame i have only heard good things about this site but it was tainted by the small minority that don't respect what airsoft is . EDIT : i always give sites 3 goes so hopefull my next two visits will be exemplary Response from the owner a year ago Sorry to here this Harry, one thing we can't do anything about other than encouragement to play better is people's integrity. The fact they went home quickly says a lot. Did you bring up the bullying behaviour with a ref? Hope you will give us another go. This was on the 30th September 2023 and i think since i have completed my 3rd visit it would be worthy of me to keep my word with the edit i made with my opinion on my other two visits and a more in depth to the first one . The basic outline for the day at Tuddenham is two games , lunch then two games , They are usually the reverse of the first game , so for example the first game will be a point capture game in the woodland area , Then the second game, Teams switch start position and we play that same game in reverse .This is fine and is probably common all over the country for all airsoft sites. And this is where the problems start , because the site does not change all the regulars have their favourite spot that has an advantage over first timers or non regulars ,Again this is a common thing for every site and you can have them but they have to be well defined and you have to have someway of uprooting that person from that spot with either flanking way that the spot has no overwatch over or over exposure with a lack of cover so there's risk to using the position but also a reward if you can defend or use it well , The woodland portion of the site has minimum effort for its set up , the tyre fort is in some open ground and has only been placed there because its open ground , the other is the standard pallet constructed ''village'' just as a reference point for people to respawn. the woodland portion consists of thick bushes mainly bramble up to shoulder height and 50/50 clear view below the knee so most of the skirmish time is mostly walking thru pathway to be shot by regulars laying down hidden away in a spot, and a few funnel and choke points, and this leads to people going to the boundary limit to flank around. This leads to the problem of people just leaving the boundary area going along the the edges and popping back in to the game area, the woodland area has so much potential but is wasted with doing the minimum that is required and just leaving it very disappointing experience, Putting more effort and time to trim back some of the more overgrown parts of the woodland site would go along way to improving it, adding defined site limits and removing choke and funnel points with line of site blocking cover adding better defined objective points and overall maintenance and elimination of regular favourite spots would improve the experience for that section of the site . The other part of the site is along the metal road and incorporates a trench system on the right and buildings incorporated in woodland on the left with containers and other assortment of cover on the right , and when people think of Tuddenham this is usually the area people associate with as the site, This part of the site is definitely layed out better but has some shortcomings that make it disappointing , those include allowing people into the farmers field on the non building side when attacking to just ignore all the placed cover , same problem with the woodland ,the orientation of the containers in my opinion is poor and does not allow any benefit ,there just put there without any thought put in as to why they put them there. The spawn for the attacking team is in a good place , gives a reasonable time for defenders to reposition or move ,the defenders spawn tho is in a terrible position the only reason why it is there is because its opposite the attacker one and can lead to spawn killing if the attacking team is overzealous. Saturday 30th September 2023, is the first time our group of 4 went to Tuddenham and ill pretty much parrot what the review said ‘good marshal's and chrono practices’ I generally go by site rules sites chrono ,The marshals were visible and about, i want to say that for probably just under 80 people on site they had 5/6 marshals that day and there was a presence that if you couldn't see a marshal one was nearby. ‘The group of 3 people who segregated themselves’ This was Ninja ghillie assassin, hutch , and a third, in the third game hutch had been called out for not taking his hits by some regulars and was getting rowdy and at one point started to stomp towards me and our little group to start a confrontation, the marshal was called and told about this but didn't follow up that's when it escalated and either him or Ninja ghillie assassin or both broke MED and caused one of our group to bleed , We all know getting hit is part of airsoft but losing your rag and causing assault is not and should not be tolerated, during the change over Ninja ghillie assassin and hutch with the third stooge had closed in around one of our group and where mocking him saying ’’we wouldn't had to make you bleed if you had face protection’’ ‘’how does it feel to bleed without face protection’’ and general mocking and laughing at him , i overheard them doing that and asked them what the problem was and they got very defensive about me stopping them from mocking him , The start of the next game a similar thing started to happen to me and i got dinged at 80m on the top of my head and split open at 80m , so i call a marshal to explain that he might be running hot for my head to be split open at 80m , the marshals response was idiotic he said ‘’i can go and pace it out and have a talk for you’’ ,and my reply was along the line of’’ if you go and have a talk with them now you wont catch them running hot because you will give them time to change whatever needs to be changed if they are scrutinized for running hot’’, i also had my range finder with me and offered to the marshal but that was ignored , all bolt action shooters where re cronoed but hutch ,Ninja ghillie assassin and the third guy had all left early. Now this had soured our groups opinion but like the reply to the review says ‘’one thing we can't do anything about other than encouragement to play better is people's integrity’’ And this is true. We were not perturbed to try the site 2 more times. 28th September 2024 was our second visit but we were a group of 3, we had a friend that had not play much airsoft and we were bringing him along to experience something different , chrono was fine, safety brief was fine, generally everything was going ok until half way thru the first game , at Tuddenham they have the rule 2 lives in the field then back to hard respawn and your two lives you move back 15m to the nearest friendly and respawn off of them , pretty simple , my experience with this on this occasion was woeful dreadful , first encounter i was hit walking back 15m with my hand up by my own teammate decides to light me up ‘’dead frendy’’ my reply is i need a regen , I'm ignored and he hurriedly continues ignoring me, ok little strange not wanting to medic your own team , another teammate is behind him ‘’hey can i revive off you ‘’ the confusion on his face in the fact i was asking says to me something was wrong in the safety brief for the game rules or there was some misunderstanding either way i got my revive and carried on , later i come across a team of guys taking cover behind a bush , i moved up and asked ‘’ where you taking fire from ?’’ one of them turned around looked me in the eyes and ignored me, i asked again and was ignored a second time , so i thought they are probably a team from a different country visiting and English is not there first language (on my local field we would have people that English was not there first language but we would be able to communicate thru universal hand gestures and pointing) nope, they were regulars i was just being ignored after this it was clear there was a very elitist attitude lingering ,other problems i noticed from the day were people abusing HPA with ROF people just spraying in the general direction of people and shouting take your hit when they didn't hit anything, there was a huge lack of hit taking, it was nice when people called there hit with the first shot , 75% of the hits i got i had to shoot a second time for them to call it and over the course of the day this can be frustrating and was . The general opinion was of disappointment this time around and just the general elitist attitude of some of the regulars combined with non hit taking made it a very unenjoyable experience where doing a 3rd visit was not gonna happen .i did notice the lack in marshals this time with two playing then after lunch the two playing would swap with the two that were marshalling i have come to the opinion that you do one or the other if you are marshalling your there to marshal and not play. 11th January 2025 The 3rd visit ,Very optimistic new year maybe something has changed it was -2 throughout the day and about 60 people turned up ,to my surprise nothing had changed over the course of the day only 4 people took their hit, everyone else was either T1000 or would do the sly thing of forcing a trade and only calling hit when they have hit you the lack of visible marshals was also noticeable and raises questions over safety reasons , i went back to the safe zone about a quarter way into the third game i wasn't willing to waste money on people not taking hits pretty disappointing day . After speaking to friends and others in the airsoft hobby that have been to Tuddenham it’s a pretty mixed bag, everyone mentioned the regulars bad hit taking and quality of the marshalling to be mixed ,in my opinion Airsoft Gunman Tuddenham is the toybox of the head marshal which allows him to play out his favourite movie / tv series /action film / sci fi , with the airsoft coming second and the money 3rd ,As another friend said its not worth the drive and i tend to agree i am definitely expecting to get a ban for this but to be fair I'm not missing much.

Seriously, get over yourself, as has been pointed out it's a pre built template, it allows for small mods in order to give it "character" etc for the subject it's used for, but doesn't have the flexibility that a dedicated website would have, surely you can understand this being a software engineer god ? 😏 No one has attacked, merely pointed out that your clearly overly sensitive, maybe in your day job you're the lord of all you survey when it comes to your role, but here your the same as the rest of us, just be grateful to have this platform to discuss everything airsoft, I know I am, I'm an airsofter first & foremost, & only help out here primarily to deal with the spammers & scammers, if I can help members with anything else I will, or point them to someone who can. As explained previously, no one is making a penny here, so your comment regarding doing nothing unless there's profit involved is downright nasty, & more akin to a personal attack against the mod team, & apparently some of us are arseholes too ?????? I'm locking the thread before things really do get nasty, feel free to pm me if you want to continue the name calling & baseless accusations, & if you really think this place is so flawed, maybe you should consider using your obvious skills set up your own forum for like minded overly sensitive souls who occasionally ping bbs at each other. You have a nice day now.👍

Hey guys, I know we already have a dedicated section but it's mostly used for site reviews, which I love reading from down here, especially Asomodai's ones, but I reckon it'll get more visibility here. I'm interested in hearing how your day went, whether it's a simple skirmish, a full day themed event or a hardcore milsim! In particular I'd like to hear anecdotes, something in particular that made (or broke) your day, or even just some venting because of one or multiple unpleasant events, maybe a super long range shot or if you snuck so close to someone you managed to tap him on the shoulder. These kinds of things Lemme start this absolute shitshow by telling you (I don't care if you don't care, you sit there and read) my day. So, today was the first game after the summer pause, it gets quite warm here in summer and people prefer to roast themselves on a beach rather than play with toy gnus, I was very excited as I took my new specna for a spin. Due to the relatively low numbers we invited another club to play with us (which from now on will be called "cheater club" but I won't bore you with the explanation), we ended up being 18 people, 12 of us + 6 of them and some randoms thrown in. The day started well, with the two first games being a little slow paced due to "the others" playing for the first time in the highest part of our field. Hit calling was generally good until the last three games. The first one of these three saw me sneaking up to 4/5 metres of an enemy sniper, who was unaware of my presence as he was focused on pinning down my teammates. Flick the gun to semi and let off a couple of shots into the only visible part, the head. Both BBs impacted. And this is where it all goes to shit. The guy visibly flinches, turns towards me and ducks into cover, to pop up later with his pistol, but I'm still there waiting, this time with the fun switch on, and let off a small bursts that gets him right in the forehead. Still flinches and dives back into cover. At this point I'm pissed, I hold down the trigger to keep him down while moving to the side to get a better shot, as we were separated by a small ridge. At this point half a flash mag has been dumped. When I get really close to him, must've been 2/3 metres at best, he pokes out of cover and lets off a nice full auto burst from his CO2 pistol in my neck. I'm not Shouty McYelly, so I call my hit and walk away. Game ends and the guy comes out of his little trench, bleeding with visible welts on his forehead. Didn't feel bad for a second about it. Also quite a few people were watching the scene so I didn't even need to say or do anything as it was pretty obvious what happened. The game after I'm on defense, I set up an ambush on a small side path on the left hand side of the objective and spot a 3 man squad coming my way, I let the first one pass and unleash hell on the second and third guy. The second enemy dives into cover while the third, a good 10/15 metres behind the other two, is still in the open, so I instantly direct the fire towards him. Now I'm not 100% sure I hit him as he was a good 40 metres away, but my gun does reach up to at least 55 metres, I was shooting down from an elevated position and the spread was still torso sized. Nonetheless, the target at first stands still in surprise and then runs away. Meh. Follows a nice exchange of bbs with my club's president (the first guy) but then I'm overran and eliminated. Still a bit puzzled by this "incident", but again, might have misjudged the distance but it seemed like I did reach that guy, as when the game ended he told me my bbs were zipping past him. The magic of airsoft and round lightweight ammunition. Then the last game of the day, we send the whole cheater club to defend a small chapel, we as attackers have two advantages. Range, because we are starting from the high ground, and terrain knowledge. We split up in 2/3 man teams as we always do, my mate and I decide to go on a huuuuge flanking maneuver that gets us behind the objective. At this point it gets ridiculous: We emerge out of cover right next to a girl who was looking at the opposite direction, none of us saw her (new nickname, Eagle Eye lol) until she moved a few branches. On the plus side she somehow didn't hear us. Great, let's spread out now so she doesn't fuck both of us up with a single sweep. Slowly creeping towards her, I flick the gun to semi, wait for my teammate to move a bit and then I pull the trigger.... Nothing, fuck's sake, the gun locked up. She notices us, turns around to shoot us but we're already behind cover: me in a dip protected by a bush, my teammate on the opposite side of the very tree she was using as cover. I draw my pistol, pop out of cover and fire 4 shots, hitting her in the side of the mask (from 3 metres, clearly saw the bbs hitting) as she was looking at my teammate. I dive back into cover, she turns around towards me and my mate puts 4 bbs in her side while she lets off a small unaimed burst between us. Note that this took some seconds so she had the time to call the hit, but she doesn't until she took my mate's balls (lul). The hit was called, but suddenly she starts yelling that she hit both of us and ran to cry about it to our club's president. I stare at my mate, he stares at me, we both shrug and keep playing. We both end up being taken out by her boyfriend, who got himself into a really cheeky position and was almost invisible from where we were (imagine a huge bush with the tiniest of tiny holes in it and a barrel barely poking out, good luck spotting that), good play by him and we complimented. A rollercoaster of a day, which started with the best premises but ended in disappointment. How did your day go? Did you have the same bad luck as me? Did you have a great time?

Happens, airsoft will be airsoft. Starting to get a bit worried about the graveyard I'm starting to amass though... I think the 'mosfet' is more of a safety enabler for 11.1v than anything else - as it doesn't even function on 7.4 or 9.9. Will have to brave taking the thing apart to fit something else up-front but I think I'm gonna try and get my UTR working again first, as fun as the MCX is and all. Miss that thing, even with it's dumb-ass mags the size of skyscrapers

I think we lack a thread for the more creative and technical side of things like homemade accessories and 3D printing/CAD. So... what have you made? Or, are making right now? Can be anything from cutting and filing some mask to suit you, to more grandiose projects like making your own ghillie suit, or some 3D CAD model of yet another M4 handguard. Concepts and ideas are cool too if you have something to visualize it. I guess I'll start: Made a lightweight outer barrel for an M4 from scratch in fusion360: Gonna make a lightweight handguard to pair with it and then print them both in a bronze/copper finish. Dramatic weight losses inc.

Hi First off, I know that GBBs aren't the best choice as a beginner gun if you want to play airsoft, but I am currently more interested in just playing around with the gun in my garden than participating in actual games. That is why I am going for GBB - I want the realistic feel more than anything, and don't care much about performance (at least right now, maybe I'll get more interested later). My main question would be on what exactly I need to buy? What tools, what gas, what oil etc. For your information, I was thinking of buying the TM MK45 - it's kinda pricey but I heard the quality is worth it. Currently planning on buying 110PSI light gas and KINGS ARMS x SWISS ARMS 0.25g BBs. Thanks for any tips and advices!

ICS CXP-MARS Komodo S3 Black Airsoft Rifle AEG. I love this gun and it might actually be one of my favourites, however my collection is getting silly, and as good as the ICS Mars might be I have others that are more unique than do the same job. Gun is mostly stock however I have upgraded the motor to a high speed motor, upgraded the nozzle and disabled the ebb function as it doesn't really do anything apart from use extra power. I have also replaced the flash hider with a sound amplifier, I'm not sure it does anything but it does look alot better! Gun firing just under 350fps in .2 so is legal and ready to play. No battery or may supplied I'm afraid but it's standard M4 mags The M.A.R.S. has a full metal CNC machined receiver giving it an aggressive look and geometrical surfaces, a design that complies with the standards of AR-15 components. The MARS Lightweight Keymod Handguard is a modern-looking design built in high-quality aluminum alloy and engineered to handle the hardest and most demanding use of tactical and competitive shooting. It is also CNC machined and coated by hard anodizing for added durability. The MTR-S1 Stock features much more space for battery and it’s a single piece molded stock made of high strength engineering plastic. Its TPR butt pad offers an astonishing amount of comfort, antiskid, and durability. In addition, the butt pad is easy to remove without the need of tools. Single shot and full auto fire modes. New electronic trigger that allows programmed 3 round burst mode and voltage check. Adjustable Hop-Unit. Electric blowback system for added realism. Fitted mossfet for increased trigger response and electrical reliability. Ambidextrous fire selector and magazine catch. Fitted single point sling fittings. The internal diameter of the RIS is 36mm so should take 35mm silencer£230

This was more an inquiry about what the difference between the two different models rather than anything to do with the price.

Dragon Supplies Field Trousers (New Crye knock off?)
TheFull9 replied to AirsoftTed's topic in Latest News
There's very little manufacture of tactical clothing in the UK and what there is is expensive, so I'd be very very curious where these are made. The 'G3' pads look exactly like typical chinese airsoft copies of the Crye pads. Not saying anything without evidence, but even though the trousers are just a G3 Combat pant knock-off with no R&D expenditure that price is still surprisingly low. -
I checked, t is certainly not that. It doesn't really go full auto, it just short strokes by itself after the first 3-5 shots without actually shooting anything. It usually happens at the point the pistol gets extremely cold, regardless of the previous temperature. If I insert a fresh magazine at that point I can fire for another 3-5 shots before short stroking and venting gas again.

Pulsar H I have seen a lot of hate towards the gate HPA systems and yes they can perform horribly if they are not setup properly so thought I would make a little post to try and help some people. I started off with a Pulsar S which I could get to work but not work well mainly with BBs curving left, right or up everything but straight as much as a raged and blamed the engine, gearbox, hop up hop rubber it ended up being the alignment. Gate seem to have a issues with the nozzles on the Gate pulsar series (not so much the D or H ) but the S has them in abundance. During the setup no matter what hop up your using make sure you are using the nozzle sleeve this just helps it keep centred a little bit better. Alignment This is the big thing with the pulsar Series the alignment has to be good there are many ways to do this, but I would recommend grabbing a cheap gearbox like a specna arms orion and tap some bolts on the left and the right hand side just below were the tappet plate runs this will help you centre the left and right of the gearbox. If you want to pull the gearbox up tighten the buffer tube, then the pistol grip. If you want to lower the gearbox tighten the pistol grip, then the buffer tube. THESE is the most important step. The pulsar H nozzle is vastly better then the standard S and gives you more room for error. When you are checking your alignment, you want to grab a small endoscope camera 6mm so you can push it down the barrel and see how the nozzle is sitting in the hop up. You want a black ring around the nozzle even on all sides. Also make sure you’re doing this with the magazine in as this could slightly change your alignment. Once you have got this figured out you are in great hands and the fine tunning on the settings for FPS is a lot easier. Settings As odd as it sounds if you’re using a gate titan or aster make sure you reset it and put the mosfet into HPA mode. For some unknown reason everyone I know has had a better tunning when they select the engine as a single solenoid engine instead of a pulsar S or H. Don’t ask me why I have no clue. Once you have set your PSI for about 1.1j on a 330mm barrel on the S I needed about 70psi on the Pulsar H due to how the nozzle and increased chamber size I needed 90psi. Fine tuning the consumption is easy and the same as all other HPA engine set the dwell time on the Pulsar H I found around the 4m/s with a refresh of around 10m/s got me a great consistency with a deviation of +/- 4fps. People have found if you are having issues with fluctuation changing the RPS to 24/25 helps to solve this. The Pulsar H is recommended to not push past 35rps, but I have been fine with either 1 with not too many issues. Hop Up and Bucking When it comes to hop up and bucking, I ran through a decent amount the main thing you want is a bucking that has a good lip as this will cause a lot of issues. The common consensus is 4auntum and MP super macron bucking are the best. Due to the extra force from the nozzle if you have a hop then has something that help stiffen the bucking lips like the silent industries this helps with consistency. Shooting anything under a 0.3g BB isn’t going to work they are too light with the force generate by the nozzle you’re more likely to get fliers. I run 0.32g or 0.36g and don’t get many if any fliers once the bucking was broken in. The hop I tried were the Gate Eon, Maxx M4e, retro arms and Silent industry alpha. They all work well if you have the alignment correct but for my gear and m4 body I found the silent industry gave me the best consistency, hop and deviation then any other setup up whilst using the MP super macaron bucking. From a 3000 48ci tank I’m easily able to get 3000 shots if not more and they will be spamming the trigger in binary and auto. So, a full day of shooting it going to be easy depending on your playstyle. So, it’s efficient and once you have the alignment setup properly you have a good engine that does have its quicks as it does play up a little bit in the winter. Verdict From a stand point of setup this is by fair the worst wolverine, polarstar f2 and jack or even the backdraft are all easy to setup and align mainly down to they just having better nozzles but the stand out feature is the mosfet being able to update all features on the fly and having more options then the stand hpa fet does set it apart ( can still suffer from the same issues ). I would learn towards another brand but if you are upgrading from a Pulsar S the H is a lot better to install and deal with then the pulsar s. If Gate spent some time fixing the issue with the nozzle that allowed for easier alignment and slowed down the beta release of software and had more stable releases the pulsar system would be fantastic but until then would really recommend if your already in the ecosystem with a S then the H is worth the upgrade if you just getting into HPA go for the wolverine, N7, Polarstar and deal with less issues.

Gun fires great, haven't had any issues with it, outperforms almost anything but HPA players, selling due to wanting to go into GBBRs. The gun can fire 30 rps and has great range with tight groupings as it was upgraded by Dave's Customs Airsoft. Happy to ship the item if buyer pays for the shipping. This gun was converted to a non E version of a CYMA which put the battery to the stock as i preferred that form factor after all. I can provide all the parts to convert it back to an E version along with all the parts that were originally in the gun before it was upgraded internally too. Included with the gun is the below. I started a project a while back to make a copy of the Black King rifle seen in Netflix's Shooter and it led me down an autistic rabbit hole of early 2000s precision shooting that I have to post somewhere. It's an ugly rifle but in that unique way that is way too memorable to leave alone. I started with my TAC-41P as a base. For no other reason than it's what I have to hand. It's not accurate to what's seen on screen but it's a solid base. I planned on printing most of the parts out of carbon fibre reinforced ABS with a few off the shelf screws and metal parts holding it together So let's start off with what it is I'm trying to replicate. The rifle seen in screen is a D&L Sports MR30PG. Which is an issue since as far as I can tell they're custom build rifles built to order. Which has led to me finding at least 4 distinct rifles each with different details. These were M700 long action recievers clamped into a solid aluminium chassis. This gave an immensely heavy rifle perfect for long range shooting with minimal felt recoil. It also gave a solid interface between the receiver and the stock, something that was hard to achieve with the more common wooden and synthetic stocks of the time. This was in the late 90s-early 2000s, when the only precision rifle using a modern chassis system was the Accuracy International L96 so most rifles in the US used for competition were basic polymer stocks. These would have to be reinforced and bedded with glass fibre and metal inserts to avoid shifting zero under recoil. The MR30 gets around this by replacing the stock with a big lump of metal. Not an elegant solution but very effective. It eliminated the internal magazine so it was a single shot. This is often done by long range competition shooters to avoid bending the cartridge as it is pushed out of the magazine (It's a whole other argument if this even makes a difference but we're talking about people so anal that that will load their own ammo and only use bullets and brass from particular batches as certain dies have slightly better results than others). The distinctive carry handle simply made it easier to lug this overweight beast between your truck and the range. Having such an adjustable stock was something of a novelty at the time, allowing for cheek height, length of pull and even shoulder pad height adjustments as well as the rear monopod. The barrel seems to have a lot of variation between rifles but the one used on screen is a fluted 20" bull barrel with a unique spiral muzzle break drilled into the barrel. All of this worked. In the only video I could find of one actually being shot, a random YouTube video from 13 years ago it barely moved when shot and made easy hits at 1000 yards. So I know what I'm making, now I needed reference pictures. That's where things got tricky. Screen grabs from the show were basically useless, too low quality and at unhelpful angles. After finding out the name I was able to find some more examples, mostly old listings of ones being sold second hand. Of those only one had all around shots and up close detailed looks at different parts. https://www.gunsinternational.com/guns-for-sale-online/rifles/benchrest-and-target-rifles/d-l-sports-mr30-professional-grade-precision-rifle.cfm?gun_id=100897224 I also found a rendering done by a 3d artist in blender. That had a lot of useful angles but was made by an artist, not an engineer, so while the general shape was usable, the details couldn't be used than anything more than a reference. But what it did have was a side shot I could use as a template in Fusion360. https://thuanha823.artstation.com/projects/Aq6YrN So that's where I started. I modeled up the receiver, bolt, barrel and the most difficult part to draw accurately, the magwell. Then I lined up the template picture, using the length of the original stock and the barrel length to scale it. The TAC-41 receiver is loosely based on the Mcmillan Tac 338 which has a .388 length ejection port instead of the .308 length one of the original so already some inaccuracy there but it could be worse. I also left the original mag sticking out of the bottom instead of the completely flat bottom. Maybe if I come back to this at a later date and design one for a VSR it'll look closer but I'm happy with how this has come out. The stock has been thickened up a bit compared to the original too as the plastic I would be printing this in wouldn't be as strong as the original aluminium.

Hi all Need a cheap revolver, preferably in black but not fussy (can be two-toned or whatever) that functions. It only has to dry-fire as it's being used in my dissertation stage performance, but fully functional is preferable. Doesn't need any extras, just the gun and a couple C02 capsules. Let me know if you have anything. Looking to spend no more than £50 at maximum.NO VALUE SPECIFIED

Hi capa bits. Let me know if you need anything and we can sort out a price. Everything came from an Vorsk 7" titan except the short rose gold outer barrel. I don't remember the manufacturer of the short outer barrel but it wasn't particularly cheap. Happy to post.£5

I know there is a mws thread but wanted to ask all users. It seems almost everyone recommends the TM MWS as the go to gbbr so just wanted to ask why anyone would buy another brand? My use case- purely for collection, I probably won't ever play. I want the tactile feel of an M4, bolt lock, charging, teardown etc. Trades are a must. Rs weight/feel/finish. As close to RS as possible without spending vipertech money. I will be plinking in the garden with it so want it to work reliably. Don't really plan on tinkering with internals. I've owned a kwa lm4 and it was pretty sweet, but practically no resources on how to adjust or do anything to it, not that anything went wrong with it. I kind of regret selling it tbh as it was cheap and fun. Looking at the tm mws m4a1 carbine which is about £450 at the minute. Thanks for your input!
