    Basically I'm trying to code a game. After finding python to restrictive I needed another language and thanks to Josh95 I plan on using C++ to code a small platform game. I wondered if anyone has any experience in this? Also, looking for an idea on what to base it on lol. (Liking code isn't the only reason I'm doing this lol: A friend said that only him and a few others were capable of coding a game with in a few months as well as him saying that you needed to be a Nerd to be able to do it -yeahhhh I really didn't get that part lol - so he put a little team together. Disagreeing with him I made a bet that anyone could make a game if they wanted to. And so here I am lol) Thanks, sorry for big post.

    Recommendable Tom Clancey fps pc games? Also, is there an "easiest" coding language to use when coding a game? Or does it go into what software/hardware your using? (sorry for off toopicness)

      Heard of c++ and may go down that route. Yes, I would like to try and code a game using just code (?). Not necessaly a web game, just one that I can code then play...

      Just type into youtube "How to write a game in c++" and im sure you will finds tons of info on it :). The only game I have made in c++. I have made tetris, spaceinvaders and pong in c++ before :)

    Went there to get cadet boots, great people and great stuff hanging around on the walls! They had a kar 98k replica . They have lots of old military gear, bullet cases loads.

      The Mirror's Edge soundtrack, all day every day. If you want to mix walking and sprinting anyway, since it changes pace quite a bit.

    What do you mean, working airsoft silencer? The bb makes pretty much zero noise when it leaves the barrel I thought. Do you mean it muffles the sound of the internals??

    ...parents, who'd have 'em ...Nah, basically my parents don't like the idea of me running around with a replica firearm. However, I'm getting closer to being able to go airsofting. The longest time it will be is 2 years, shortest; by the summer holidays.

    I will say, I had doubts about its reliability, however, I did start thinking maybe that would......noooo mustn't start thinking that lol. Yep, the games sounds fun BUT in cheap springers like DX115 said to do it for. *edit* Very sorry about that bout of stupidity, thanks.

I took it to a woodland game and was easily out ranging everything else. Range is 80-90meters out the box. I upgraded the hop up and it shoots 100M easily. I would recommend this just get a better battery and a smart charger. Ohhh sheeeeettt

    TM Springer Glock 26 or Galaxy g21 or Spring Beretta m9? Which one, do you think, would show more about airsoft to my parents? Also, anyone with experiance performance wise? Thanks for help so far, getting close :D

      My favourite is the G21 (as its modelled on the p38) and then the M9 due to looks. But I think, as Chock said, the G21 has the most reason behind it.

      Out of those, I too would say g21, but a spring shotgun would be a good choice for a reasonably cheap springer

    In your opinion what is the best springer gun? (Below £40) As well as a reason to get it. I know you all said to save my money and that is why I said no to the l85. However, I want my mum to be able to see what an airsoft gun is and does. My only reasons that I can think of right now are to do with it helping me at cadets. Thanks all.

      I see your point, but it's also not likely to be able to duke it out with a thick straw and a mouthful of BBs either... the reason it's semi automatic is that the spring is compressed by the trigger; really weak spring + heavy trigger pull = terrible accuracy and no power.

      Yeah, but that's going to make his parents think: 'well there's no harm it this airsoft malarkey is there if that's what one of those Tokyo Marui Glocks that everyone bangs on about can do, you couldn't kill a fly with that thing!' Of course he doesn't need to tell them it's a completely different TM Glock everyone raves about :-)
