  1. Hello all I have been wanting to spice up my glock life a bit, and get a few aftermarket parts to make my G17 purdy, especially as I just shot second in class at Rogers Shooting School. Anyway, they offer an engraving service, and I'd like to get that on a new slide for my G17. Unfortunately, I can't get the slide here in the states (only through hk) but I can get it in the UK. So I would need it to be brought by my brother across US borders, and then at he end of the summer back across the UK's border. I assume I'll upset customs at some point, but I assume my UKARA stuff will be done by the time I come back to England in mid August. So a few questions: 1. Will customs on either side care about just a slide? (In case for some reason my number hasn't come...) 2. If they do care, anyone know what I need to do for US customs to let it through? 3. Does anyone know approximately how long it would take some HK shops to ship to the U.S.? (As if it would get to me in Florida in time I wouldn't have to worry about US customs)
  2. I've seen everything from burnt out paper pyros to unloaded BFGs, to shoes, balls from The Mall's ball pit, speed loaders, and more used as dummy nades
  3. Ok; one of the perks of interning with Rogers is that I get some stuff for free; of which I've picked up: A paddle mount for Rogers holster pods A belt mount for Rogers holster pods A few new Ruger revolver speed loaders (just been released) A few full moon revolver clips A new single point sling A few MOLLE and belt mounted pistol mag pouches A few MLS parts to MOLLE mount holster pods And a few bits more I'll add later
  4. You just gotta accept that list is never gonna go down... But don't worry... I'm sure some of the new stuff I'm getting here in the states will grow your list a bit... Muhahahahaha
  5. I bought a gun before I was 18 *small smile
  6. They don't have their status up or something yet; I asked
  7. The wheel bearing of the truck just melted off on the highway; and may catch fire. Yikes!

  8. Sam in FPS as well; says 330-340 in one place on both; and 330 on one with 340 on the other in a different place.
  9. Those are both perfectly fine AEGs. They both have the 300 round mag (read the drop down options). 450 rnd mags are another common high cap amount and probably just a bit of misinformation. They are the same gun just in black vs tan.
  10. Hello all. A few weeks ago I got my UKARA paperwork stamped by Luke at The Mall, and I thought that was the end of it. However, I apparently need to give the paper to someone somewhere, to some retailer I believe. I live near Ascot, where'd the best place to go be at? I am in the US right now, and I may be bringing back parts to guns that may anger customs, and I want I be able to prove I'm registered (not that that's stopped me before ).
  11. Damn... How is it? Had one in my shopping cart for months now, but haven't ever pressed the buy button. (Actually thinking about the silver, not gold one). Is it worth it?
  12. This is my personal favorite, called the Black Rose. It's actually the only non-RIF two tone I would take into battle, because it actually looks quite nice. http://airsoftzone.co.uk/gr4-g26-black-rose-m4-carbine-blowback-aeg-gng
  13. I've seen a few around; including in action at The Mall. Ill see if I can find a link.
  14. Well, i'm in the U.S. now. and guess where am currently... In the Rogers plant. Lots of cool stuff here; new holsters, pouches, lights, and more.

If you're near any USMC surplus stores let me know please mate I'm in need of some pouches and would be happy to pay you the extra. Shipping from the states is extortionate!

  15. Woah. I'm still on my Pensacola. It's ok, but I'm enjoying my Sims and Mahan, in fact the whole US DD line.
  16. That's said on the FB link; therefore I didn't bother mentioning that too much. Although I did say that the TM was smaller than the real one
  17. Yes, it is... But a lot of higher end guns are.
  18. I run my G17 with two normal mags and one high cap. I have never gotten into a situation where I fire more than about 5 shots with my pistol before I switch back to my primary or something. It's not like I run pistols only and use high caps; I could make due with normal caps easily, but I felt like getting a high cap, so I did. The MP7s are quite nice. Not gonna get the range a rifle will get, but for CQB they are great. And I think the TM's slightly smaller size over the real steel isn't a problem, and probably helps in most cases.
  19. Noise, yes. Quite a bit. Not for stealth, but I like the noise and kick. TM does have their magic hop, and I get pretty good accuracy with it. For whatever reason, this weekend my sight was off target; I guess that's because I zeroed it using .25s, but due to running very low on ammo (in fact, I think I have only about 300 rounds spread around my room now...), I was using .2s, so that was probably why. It was still accurate, just not zeroed.
  20. Wish there was time to run back to the US, grab a NVG scope, and get back... But oh well.
