  1. I you want a gopro, it doesn't have too much extra cost. The software is free; the cost is in mounts and cases. I, personally, have spent quite a lot; but for skiing, real steel shooting, airsoft, diving, and such. For airsoft I have a GoPro Blackout case (£45, need it as te red light paints a target on my head in The Mall), a aluminium RIS mount (2 for £20), a few extra mounts and pieces (basically comes with the camera), and that's it. Filming airsoft in woodland isnt ideal; you can't get good footage. At somewhere like UCAP Sandpit, the open spaces Han give some good video; check out LunchboxTV for an example. CQB gets good footage, as long as it's not too dark, like basement areas of The Mall. You can look at my YouTube thread for gameplay at The Mall. I film very similarly to you; not to publish, just for me. However, I found that I had a knack for being in the right place to film some funny moments, so that's my only video right now.
  2. Basically, everyone says on here to get a G&G CM or Raider or something similar for your first gun; they are solid platforms with a range of upgrades available. You can leave them how they are, or spend loads of time on one; it just depends on how much you want to get involved.
  3. Oh god, mods lock this now before we get a console war!
  4. Hmm... Gonna need to make reinforcement from my 3D printer... Maybe plastic rebar? That worked for the Germans in Normandy...
  5. The powder is just dust until a spark is applied
  6. Don't hate Trigger . Plus I've got protection on it. And +1 to overseas for accessories.
  7. *Does not represent feelings of any SeniorSpaz87 or any know affiliates. In all seriousness, welcome, and well done for breaking away from the norm of G&Gs. Exchanging plastic pleasantries... That's a good one
  8. Hello, and welcome. I'll give you the rundown. Buy a G&G M4 Go to The Mall in Reading ASAP I think thats everything valuable that's ever come out of this forum...
  9. Well, that didn't take long . Look on Amazon; plenty of cheap replica sights there that are perfectly fine for airsoft... But if you really want high quality, get a real steel Eotech like me
  10. Alright (cracks fingers). Sights: what do you want? T1 style, Eotech, replica ACOG; there's tons. Lights: not my area of expertise; give it an hour and someone who knows lights will come along and answer. Foregrips: personal favourite is a Safariland GripPod; the pop out bipod is useful. For shorter foregrip a I would recommend a Magpul MOE RVG grip; cost around £20, I have one on my MP7 and it's great.
  11. Hmm... Odd. Wait, on the pin, do you mean that the hole doesn't extend through both sides? That is an odd thing, especially for TM to do.
  12. It's a common maintenance thing for gas mags. Do that and it should fix your problem.
  13. Open the mags, remove all orings, remove and grease from them, put them in warm water overnight, then reassemble the mags with orings the following morning, making sure to apply a generous amount of silicon grease to the orings. You will get a much better seal often doing this.
  14. My fav is a glock 17, but that's just cause it's my favorite modern pistol real steel. (I enjoy my great grandfather's revolver more though) I also like the ergonomics of the g17. That said, I do any t get my hands on a nice 1911...
  15. If it's custom, go to stitchmeup; they do patches for realitvly cheap.
