  1. While randomly searching BBs, found .69g bbs. Didn't know they existed. Kinda neat.

shooting steel bb's at people would not be allowed by any airsoft site and is probably illegal.

They aren't painted steel, they're bio-ceramic and much harder than many steels ;)

They can be used safely and are at many sites in the US but for pretty obvious reasons, many extra precautions need to be put in place.

So long as the energy output is below the site threshold and safe MEDs are used, they don't hurt or damage any more than any other very hard BB.

In fact, there are several other BBs that have a similarly extreme hardness that are regularly...

^ this. And the only thing you can really use them in is a BAR, and those have 30m MEDs, so no issue.

  2. Gotta bump this up. Too important a thread. Sorry Monty
  3. Ticket for Op Stonebreaker at GTI are bought! Tier One night games as well. Now to source some NVGs...

  4. Aaaand done. Final parts for my second (and final) major build have been ordered.

  5. Spaz's Bi-yearly offer (Winter Edition) will be live soon. Be aware that while I have plenty of space, I have very limited weight so the lighter your request is, the likelier I will be able to bring it.

      Sunshine.

And because its light you can bring plenty of it.

      Cheeserush

      That was clever!

  6. Haha. Just got my hands on 4 of the Gen 1 Magpul P-Mags. Now I just need 1 more...

  7. Well, survived a Category 4 hurricane... Dock's gone, got half the river in our yard, we no longer have a road, and I had to work for 3 hours to save the Jag from drowning... But my guns so far have all survived the flooding :D

Good luck with the clean up and watch out for gators and snakes in the yard.

Gators... Not so much... Already found one snake hiding in a filter, but he was a harmless water snake. If I see a cottonmouth though... Bring out the big guns :D

  8. With a touch of proper English and a smidge of some Asian dialect thrown in for good measure :'D
  9. No.. no it doesn't Ill finish up one of my field gameplays (that you cant really see much as my 7x mobius lens IR filter fell out - so zoom footage is purple and blurred) that has voiceover and you can tell me what you think. *Edit Ill finish it in a few days. A large hurricane is headed into my face as I type, and I will be evacuating further up the coast shortly
  10. But I hate my voice... Especially over microphone
  11. I usually agree. Unfortunately I was kinda 'in the zone' during this particular section of gameplay, so chatter is practically nil. So there isn't really anything you can't hear anyway. Plus, the music just seemed to fit so well with the faster style of gameplay
  12. Well, new video is up - a music video for miracleofsound's Hell To Pay. Check it out! Cheers ~Spaz
  13. Well, its 3:30 AM... Not asleep for some reason... (probably the Monster I drank an hour ago...) midterms... So after PT's pressuring I went back and finished one of my videos - my first airsoft music video for MiracleOfSound's Doom Song - Hell To Pay. Going live soon!

Well, now a big@$$ hurricane is swinging towards me. So those midterms arent happening anymore.

  14. Thaaaaaaats.... Gotta be expensive...
  15. Anyone like 9 kilo guns? Currently working on one :D

Haha... Well, my mate went off and got himself a Barrett .50... Dang its heavy... but rather well designed

  16. I only said it might be, and that was because of the bull barrel. Im more a VSR Pro guy myself...
  17. Well, if it is a TM G-Spec, thats about as high end as you can go on a stock sniper... The issue with snipers, however, is that unless you are just going to be target shooting, or playing with your mates in the yard, you will need to throw several hundred pounds at it to make it skirmishable. Look around people's accounts and see how many of us have some sort of sniper vs how many dont. They are difficult and expensive to get them to the point where you can use in the field
  18. Could be a G-Spec? Not quite sure on the stock though...
  19. Well, I have started my first entirely custom build. Going with my own twist on the VFC SCAR L for a big upcoming MilSim at an old nuclear power plant. Stay tuned! It'll be a unique rifle I assure you (although the idea has been done before).

    1. SeniorSpaz87

      SeniorSpaz87

Although some would say my VSR is my first custom build... But I didn't really have to do anything to that other than buying parts. This project will require some tooling for sure!

  20. Not sure how I feel about the Glock (although I have got mine rather fancy...), But I love the 93. The stock is a real conversation starter (or will be) I imagine.
  21. Well, both of my guns and all the equipment I brought back to the states made it through customs. So that's a major relief...

  22. Great day at The Mall. Holding a single pillar in Peacocks, dual wielding pistols (and sometimes my double barreled S-Thunder launcher) with enemies coming at me from 3 of 4 sides... That recording needs to be turned into a video pronto :)

another bloody yank think he won the war/battle all by themselves :) - just kidding sir, sounds like you showed 'em how it's done

Haha, well, I just love being a personality there. TBH, there were quite a few static players... The only time I got hit that particular game was when someone rushed me. But as they kept stacking up in doorways and not moving they became easy targets :D

  23. Well, I believe I have managed to spend about $1500 of other people's money, and another $500ish of my own . Not gonna list the things that I am bringing for others, as I really am just a medium of service for those . But for me: AR project - JAG Arms PHX-15 SBR (OEM VFC) Shimms New piston head TBB barrel (can't remember brand of any of these unfortunately) Tan angled foregrip Magpul engraved trigger guard Safariland SuperStoc (FDE) Kights Armament 45* angled irons VSR project - TM VSR Pro X-sight II HD 1x TM VSR mag 2x WELL VSR mag TM rail WELL rail 26-14mm thread adapter (a lot more on this to come - all those internals...)
