Looks like everything on there is a fckin rip off.

      tacticalkit.co.uk FTW :)

  2. That's helped me as well, cheers cheeseright.
  3. I would say communication and co-ordination are pretty key to your team's effectiveness. Just talk / relay anything that is useful (except if you're dead!) and it should help you to be a lot more successful. In terms of personal skills I don't have much to say but transition your rifle to the other shoulder when you go around corners and things so you are less exposed. 'Slice the pie' / keeping your pistol close go your chest in CQC and things like that. It helps a lot to do anything you can that could help in close quarters when speed and manueverability is so important.
  4. You want Lexan polycarbonate. IIRC, you can get an A4 sheet thick enough for under a tenner, an A3 size piece is something like £12-£13. I have seen thickness go up to 10mm but I'm not sure what thickness would be best myself.
  5. If you really wanted to upgrade the gun I would at least test out some of these parts you want to put on it first. You could buy a new stock and then realise you don't even like it or it doesn't make a difference. It will cost you £60-£100 for just an aesthetic upgrade - money you could spend on more useful things like Tac said. I would agree with everyone else on the battery, IIRC you use roughly 1 mA per shot. (So 800mAh = 800 shots) It's best to go for the highest capacity possible (that will comfortably fit in your handguard) and a good charger to go with it.
  6. You could alternatively use a custom stencil but as far as I know there are no UK based companies making vinyl camouflage pattern stencils. I could ask if a normal vinyls company (making signs / stickers and things) would make one... I might ask the guy selling this if he will ship over here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Duracoat-Cerakote-Krylon-Machine-cut-stencil-sheet-Kryptek-camo-pattern-/271457960684#shpCntId Kryptek Mandrake (Woodland) I want one of my (future) guns to look a bit like this:
  7. Internals wouldn't be a problem but it could be different for the receiver. I'd want to have a defence to be on the safe side before ordering from abroad. Since they are individual parts I don't think it matters if someone is paying you for them, as far as I know the VCRA concerns complete replicas. I agree it is a loophole, but there are quite a few already. I mean, there's nothing to really stop you buying an IF in the first place, because you could lie about your age. Somebody could just paint an orange gun black if they wanted. I don't think anyone has ever been arrested for illegal possession of one. If the whole idea was to stop violent crime, then all these criminals must be even more stupid than we think, because they can't even get a spray can. If you were a serious criminal you wouldn't rob banks and stuff with an imitation...stupid law but hey it isn't hard for a legitimate airsofter to get a defence so I'm not complaining.
  8. It's a MAGPUL AFG1, as said above. The PTS version is about £30 but I have seen a UK seller doing a clone version for £9 shipped on eBay. I don't have it saved on my iPad but I can get post a link to it later. You don't need the magnifier for an EOTech Holographic but it gives you a 3x magnification and you can flip it to the side for when it in use and have no zoom.
  9. Was looking at meme patches earlier, there should be a Y U NO TAKE HITS patch. Might get some done :)

      I'd take one!

  10. Personally I would say there are better sites to buy from in terms of customer service / quality but selection of cheaper guns isn't great on proper airsoft sites. Admittedly though, BB gun sites are good if you just want something from target practice. I just wouldn't buy anything £50+ because they overcharge for a lot of their stuff like their RIFs which you can buy cheaper elsewhere. There is just a lot of us here on the forums who don't like the 'BB gun' sites because they tend to make up things about their guns, delete any bad things you say about them and so on. Not to mention their bad service. That said I've honestly never had a problem with them in that respect (although I don't buy from them anymore for the above reasons) Most people would recommend you save up and buy a good starter rifle or pistol. I know you only want a cheap gun but a WE or KJW pistol / G&G Combat Machine would last longer / be more fun to shoot and be good at a skirmish if you wanted to do that.
  11. Would be awesome to have a couple buildings / urban environment surrounded by trees, so an attacking team could have to fight through a forest, and when they got to the clearing the rest of a defending team have to hold them off.
  12. Battle Royale sounds like a lot of fun Halo Mill might be trying a Trouble in Terrorist Town sort of thing according to their Facebook
  13. I wouldn't recommend you buy from any site with 'bb guns' in the name. They are bad, especially JBBG. Don't take them anywhere public, that is a bad idea.
  14. It will be fine as long as you take it off before you leave.
  15. Alternatively, airsoftworld sells a King Kong 2014 Burst Wizard MOSFET for £35 IIRC.
  16. Don't want to hi-jack the thread but seen as a lot of you are TM Recoil guys, what's your opinion on the KWA RM4? I'm thinking of getting one, maybe the non-MAGPUL ERG, depending on price / when it's the released. I imagine it will be around £250 range without the MAGPUL stuff as well.
  17. I'm pretty sure a lot of us here have seen this or don't need to watch it but a great video for beginners by Nash:

I remember when Nash put this up...

He's actually a really good player as well

    3. Airsoft-Ed

      Airsoft-Ed

      He's a pistol demon.

    4. DX115FALCON

      DX115FALCON

He may well be good with a pistol, but he cannot use AKs. According to him, he hates the sights

  18. Isn't the Combat Machine already rear wired? If it's front wired then couldn't you change the stock anyway, or are the G&G M4s made strangely?
  19. As far as I know the gas block isn't actually functional on an airsoft GBBR. I don't know for sure though.
  20. I know there are definitely a couple of guys who have an RM4 on the forums, so if either of you could give some advice it would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to buy the Scout version by the way. I already have a (soon to be upgraded) MP5K for CQC.
  21. Exactly as the others have already said. Too many people turn up to their first airsoft game with a crappy gun from some 'bb guns' website (by the way don't buy from them) and find that their guns will not hit anybody and don't have a good time because of it. If you just want to do target shooting at home then a spring gun is fine. By the way, if you ever get into airsofting and skirmishes, and you would like your first gun, this is one a lot of people recommend: http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?WD=trans&PN=cm16_carbine_transparent%2ehtml#SID=239 Don't want to sound like I'm getting a bit far ahead (can't think of how to say it tbh :/ ) but just giving a suggestion. Welcome to the forums as well.
  22. eBay seller zahalorg sells a load of FOBUS stuff at a great price and has very good feedback. Are there any restrictions on importing from Israel?

Is it an adjustable holster? That might explain it

I just got a FAB defense 1911 grip set from Israel no problem at all. Actually bought it through Amazon!

I guess it must be Tac. I'm not sure on the WE G35's dimensions but I'm guessing it's going to be more 1:1 scale, but the G17 / G19s are more like a .45 and not a 9x19.

If it adjusts it should be okay though.

Could have been the same people Lozart. Thanks for the reply :) Will definitely be ordering from zahalorg (Zahal gear) on ebay then.

  23. Wouldn't be worth sending it all the way to the US. It would probably be taken by customs anyway since AFAIK they require an orange tip for import and they don't like trades and stuff. There are a lot of hydro dipping places here in the UK who might be able to doing something like what you want. For example: http://www.camolab.co.uk/ http://www.camolab.co.uk/portfolio/kwa-kriss-vector-multicam-hydro-dip/ I know at least one person on the forum got their rifle done by them (not custom painted like you want yours, but hydro-dipped) Also, if you're wanting anything engraving, such as the HWS or the dust cover, ask CaptainDumbass.
