  1. Had a fondle of the Sig M249 replacement at the last DSEI show. Is nice.
  2. They may be the addled ramblings of a picky git but they're valid points nonetheless.
  3. I had some of their stuff. It's pretty decent to be honest.
  4. I have a constantly evolving wishlist but yes, boredom is making it all the longer MP5A3 (SEF lower, extending stock) OSW HK417 recce MK46 M110 TM P226R Maybe a HiCapa
  5. One of the biggest issues with the UMP's was the size of the mags. They're nigh on impossible to go prone with and tricky to get mag pouches for.
  6. You could go for one of these: https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/hsgi-x2r-taco-triple-shingle-23947-p.asp not cheap but they do the right colour and hold 6 mags.
  7. Do you specifically want taco style pouches? Can you run placards on your vest?
  8. There's a few FNC's about https://gunfire.com/en/products/fn-fnc-rifle-replica-1152196910.html You could probably mod the handguard from one of those to replicate the Israeli one.
  9. Most people don't see the problem but it's a 7.62 mag in a 5.45 calibre gun. As far as airsoft goes it functions just fine but some of us...well...we need to get out more quite frankly.
  10. The address is a residential road too. Probably someone drop shipping from their garage/bedroom.
  11. I...can't look...directly...at..it! HNNNGGG!!!!!!
  12. That mag is giving me Forrest Whittaker eye.
  13. Sounds like you've already done everything you'd need to. Might be worth checking your batteries haven't swollen up (assuming you use LiPo's). If you have any that are near the FPS limit for your site then you may want to make sure the spring hasn't gone stiff and pushed your FPS up (apparently it's a thing but can't say I've ever experienced it myself). Gas pistols might benefit from a clean and lube for the working parts. Other than that it's more likely to be kit admin, maybe some dry fire type drills (primary to secondary transition, shoulder transitions, mag changes) if that's your kind of thing.
  14. Good point. I have a G&G SCAR L CQC in easy reach.
  15. Seriously though, there's a few things to look for: Depending on when the gun was made if it's a G&G it may or may not have trademarks but it should at least say G&G Armament on the left side of the upper receiver just below the top rail at the rear. If it's the CYMA/Cybergun one then it'll have a full set of licenced FN trademarks on it If it's the VFC then it'll look lovely, the hop unit is somewhat different in these but you'll only know that if you can actually see it!
  16. At least JustCos gives you PL insurance for your £25. FTFY
  17. One of the founding members in fact! Exactly. There's plenty of people that will accept JustCos insurance as a valid defence for buying a RIF. Like @AlphaBear says, if you're a registered member of a proper club/organisation (like the 501st or Rebel Alliance) then that's good enough. I mean, re-enactors are just cosplayers at the end of the day. SERIOUS cosplayers but still...
  18. Fire Support have widened their criteria for being able to prove a defence https://www.fire-support.co.uk/buyingagun.php
  19. Just to throw another one into the mix, Fobus do great retention holsters. You'll also get a new one for the price of a second hand/china clone Blackhawk Serpa https://www.uktactical.com/c-84-fobus-holsters.aspx
