  1. Barring the usual differences in build tolerances that should work fine. Your receiver is still basically an M4....
  2. I've bought loads from Apextac. Shipping isn't usually too slow on small parts. I have the rail mounted one and it works OK but the round constant on/off can be a bit stiff to use. They sell the switch without the tail cap.
  3. Certainly seems to be. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Night-Evolution-Replacement-Remote-Pressure-Pad-Switch-Surefire-XM-NE-04022-/292140128168?hash=item4404e897a8 Or this one which is rail mounted and has a contant ON option http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Night-Evolution-Remote-Pressure-Pad-Switch-Constant-ON-Off-Surefire-XM-/302318286647?hash=item466392f737 Or this one which comes with a whole new tailcap http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Night-Evolution-Remote-Switch-Assembly-Tail-Cap-ScoutLights-NE-04042-BK-/292118801610?hash=item4403a32cca
  4. Element and Night Evolution both make spare leads for these as they are mostly crap and are the most common point of failure! Original Surefire ones will also work if you want to spend the money.
  5. Looks like Ironsight to me...
  6. Spectacularly unfortunate choice of discount code from them there.
  7. First time at South Coast CQB this weekend, anyone else been there? Anyone else going on Sunday?

Pretty good actually. COuple of over complicated games but decent enough little site.

I'll try and bang in a short review later.

Great, the more reviews we get then the better informed the community will be about where to play.  Plus more reviews mean different perspective of a site both good and bad.  Was it a good day out?

Yeah, pretty much. Usual bulletproof numpties but generally a good day out. Semi only all day so no support weapon opportunities (which is a shame because we could have done with one!) but yeah, I'll go back.

  8. Buy the 100ft, then when you need another 2ft you'll already have some Or PM me your address and I'll dig you out some of mine (I only have the stuff I linked to though).
  9. £4.38 + free delivery for 100FT https://www.amazon.co.uk/Desert-Parachute-Paracord-Survival-Outdoor/dp/B00COZK2FW/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1494238092&sr=8-5&keywords=paracord&th=1&psc=1 How is that expensive?
  10. Time for some old school metal!
  11. If you need any more, let me know, I have 5 of the black emerson Gen 2 style ones that are no use to me. Just splashed on a set of genuine Magpul ones for my Pmags :/
  12. Been there, done that. Ended up with the wrong sort of Ranger Plates
  13. Dammit, you could have taken mine off my hands...
  14. Like you wouldn't believe. Uncomfortable too...
  15. EoTech, but move it forward over the magwell. Also, tidy up the torch switch wire, it's way too long!
  16. Indeed. I got the Element ones which are for Gen 1 type mags not realising that the PMAGs I have are Gen 3 style so the bottom plate slides on the opposite way. In other news I have 5 black Ranger Plates for Gen 1 mags up for grabs!
  17. A bunch of ranger plates that don't fit
  18. Magpul MS3, Ferro Concepts, Intelligent Armour....the list goes on.
  19. MilTec do one. Pretty sure Helikon are still doing theirs (but maybe not OD). Military 1st have some in stock.
  20. 144a is fine for summer use, green should be OK for when it gets colder. I use Nuprol green in my TM HK45 with no issues.
  21. Your Google broken Prof? http://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/lbx-274-c.asp http://www.hueys.co.uk/epages/es151784.sf/en_GB/?ObjectID=28737038&ViewAction=FacetedSearchProducts&SearchString=LBX+Tactical&=
  22. A good useable setup by its very nature will not be even or symmetrical. Bear in mind that your pouches for your primary mags want to be nearer your off hand side to make it easier to grab the mags in a hurry and it'll become apparent that your rig may well end up a bit one sided! As for the dump pouch, think about how you'll use it - assuming you're right handed, you'll take the empty mag from the gun and move it to where the pouch is. If the pouch is right around the back then you'll have to stretch further to get the mag in. Like, JCheese mine sits left of centre for that very reason. You may even find that you don't even use it - I often just re-insert my empties back into a mag pouch.
  23. Anyone else here going to Longmoor on Sunday?

Nothing from the site. It was rumoured to be closing the end of year and their bookings all end in December and so do the Zombie events which they normally have up for months in advance. I know the development side is up the air though so maybe they will be ok for a bit longer . I am just erring on the side of caution.

I spoke to Luke this morning. He just hasn't put dates for next year in the diary yet. No plans to close.

Well thats a good thing but I would still play it by ear. Epsom didn't announce they were closing until the last second and I should imagine it will be the same for the mall. There is a lot of pushing to get that development going. It would be nice if they can get another year though.

  24. Nice!
