Serpa cqc. Get one with a belt loop if you have space to draw unhindered or a drop leg if not. Just make sure you set it up correctly if you go drop leg. Cheap copies are widely available for 1911s.

Never would have guessed The thing with STALKER is that very little of the gear they use is blatently "soviet". There's no Gorkas that's for sure. Have a look through the Stalker Wiki http://stalker.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_armors and the Stalker.pl facebook page https://www.facebook.com/StalkerPL?ref=ts&fref=ts for pointers. If you're going for the cheap/easy route then an M65 (in tan if you can find one) and a pair of blue tracksuit bottoms would be the quickest way to get there (although the Bandit jacket in game is supposed to be leather but similar in style to the M65). Not to say you can't have fun with it and do a "post apocalyptic Russian" loadout, just that STALKER has a very specific look.

No problem. If you can, try and get silicone insulated wire as it's a bit more flexible. Also the gauge of the wire is more important than what it's plated with. 16awg should be fine though.

Why do you want silver plated? I know all the marketing BS about silver plated wire must be good because it's more expensive but actually, it's only relevant in high frequency applications. As the frequency of the current flowing in the wire it tends to flow more towards the outside of the conductor (it's called skin effect if you want to go and look it up) and in THAT case then applying a lower resistance coating to the conductor (like silver plating for exampl) allows the highest frequencies to pass at a lower impedance. AEGs run on DC. Silver plating is irrelevant.
