  1. Hey guys, i've discovered an interesting concept and i don't know if people already know this but oh well: So i was in the shower blah blah blah, brushing my teeth and some frothy tooth paste got onto the mirror (don't ask why, it just does). As I was busy brushing my teeth, I ignored it but eventually i forgot about it. I then took a shower and you guys know how showers work, you get in there for 10 min and the whole bathroom becomes a warzone, vapour everywhere and on everything. If you have a mirror in your bathroom you'd know that it steams right up and no matter how much you wipe it off, it just stays there. But I saw this; the part where I dropped tooth paste on to the mirror was completely clean, i mean, i could see my self very clearly as if there was no steam on it at all. So it got me thinking.... could a tube of "colgate original" be the answer to fogging problems?
  2. it looks pretty... scruffy but it will do just fine.
  3. This song and it's video just has so much meaning. It doesn't sing about biebers trying to get poosseh. As well as this song. Great band.

Yeah they feed everyone that rubbish Charlie, you'll likely get priority for being a internal entry, you usually do over people from other school if you're teachers know you they'll prefer you if you're good for them. I was lucky the teacher doing interview was my business teacher who thought I was the model student (i was in a class full of wasters) so it was pretty much a done deal lol.

  5. you can get away with blue as dark as this http://www.onlybbguns.co.uk/image/cache/CM032-EBR-800x600.jpg and this http://www.popularairsoft.com/files/images/g26-blue_1_magpul_style_01.jpg Red or crimson also looks decent as long as it's not the whole thing in red. But still, clear is the way to go like this http://www.ronniesunshines.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/4/6/4647.jpg Search canadian airsoft guns for clear guns, because they only accept transparent guns.

  7. Oh wow, never knew that side of you.... I used to play yugioh ALOT. I knew everything and every card and all the rules and strategies... but... I recently lost interest because my friend's don't play it and the forums are shyte. Forums are full off "MY DECK IS BETTA THAN EVERYTHING ELSE AND ANY1 WHO CRITICISEZ IT WILL DIE!" Well, i stopped playing for a few months.... so i've gone shabby and may have forgotten quite a few rules; the rules of yugioh are a lot more complex than most newbies think. There's a lot to learn about timing and when it misses and what effect goes first and resolving chain links. So, to start off, it's good to buy a basic starter deck or a structure deck (about £10?)and learn what goes on in them. It's also ideal to keep up to date with the meta (popular). You can check them on websites and it basically tells you what archetypes are popular at the moment or what is being overused. Overused generally means they have a good chance of winning and it's good to check those out. What more important is synergy. You need cards that will all work together in unison; you can't just throw in random crap and expect to win. There's a reason why there are archetypes; a group of cards that can support each other. And some archetypes can even support others or are designed to support others like for example, the archetype Geargias. They are designed to help machine type monsters like Scrap. There are also deck sizes and limitations. The least amount of cards you can have is 40 cards and it's best to stick at 40. Maximum currently is 60 but you don't want that. You want to get your powerhouse cards as quickly as possible, unless you are trying to stall your opponent for a purpose (Final Countdown decks). So most people still to 40 cards, no more, no less. So........ that's my basic how-to on yugioh for now. It's all about luck. Also, an archetype I strongly recommend you look at are "Six Samurai" cards. They weren't overpowering when they were first released, but when support for those cards came out later on (few years later....), they became an almost unstoppable archetype and everyone including me started to use them. But now, they more and more cards are being designed to counter them and some are very successful, so they aren't as overpowered as they were back then but they can still be if fought against the right deck. Still work a good look. Have fun....
  8. Played it for 15 min and i'm seriously never going to play it again. First 5 min, i went on top of the crane to jump on a trampline, missed it and fell through the map. Next 10 min, headbutted people. Got hit by cars. Blew up shit with the BBQ. Licked a woman's vj, threw her into space. GG, game over, got bored...
  9. I'm not talking about the weight, what i meant was, without the stock, stability and your control over the gun when sighting in is decreased. And sure, you may compare it to pistols but with an m4, you don't use 2 hands to hold the grip because otherwise the front end would drag you down.
  10. No man! Don't do it! Unless you have arms made of stone, you will have a hard time trying to line up the sights, or if you are using an optic, it will be harder to keep a target on the dot. At least have a stubby stock on it or a honey badger stock like BarrelRoll said, or maybe a stock that folds to the side.
  11. Well... I was planning to turn my ak into a bullpup but then everyone was like, "U NEED UKARA TA DO ALL THAT SHYTE!", "U NO ALLOWED TO DAT!", "BULLPUP'S R SHYTE!", "U GET ARRESTIED!"
  12. APS's ASR 110 flash hider looks damn sexy. Phantom twist is nice looking as well
  13. Actually, technically, he is the owner but he can gift it to you so you can keep it.

Well then you've solved your own dilemma, get a new motor.

If it's a non neodymium CYMA motor than you can expect a bit of whine but most of it's due to poor gear meshing. When shimming you have to have very tight tolerances as stated in the video to get minimal whine.

Have the neighbours complained to your parents? Are you shooting outside?

  17. SooOOooOOooOOooOOooOOooooOOooooOOooOOOooOOOoOOooOooOOoO....... You're wondering why there are many "o"s in the first word. I can tell you that they are necessary. If you've ever used an AK iron sight, you'll notice that they are quite obstructive.... very obstructive, even in games. They don't let you see what's at the side, they don't let you see what's below, they only let you see what's in the tiny little gap between the leaf, and that's not very practical if anything. So in airsoft, if you decided to be a russian spetsnaz with a classic AK, you won't be able to see what you are hitting if the BB travels downwards or if the BB is swept away by the wind. And since the sights are so close together, one little movement will change the BBs trajectory by a million, bajillion miles. So to solve this annoying problem, basically put a red dot sight on it. Those curved lenses will keep a target on sight no matter what position your eye is in. But my problem is, I don't have a railed surface on my AK dust cover or handguard..... I have no way of mounting one securely onto the round, smooth, shmexy surface......................... or do I? So basically, bluetack and rubber bands. Bluetack helps to initially set the potion of the red dot sight and the rubber bands secure it fully in place, there is some wobble but not enough to move the red dot drastically away from my target, so i can live with it. Now, this solved all my problems after I zeroed it in but this created a new problem..... Since the red dot sight was mounted so high, the gun barrel was A LOT lower than the collimator, so when I was firing out the window.... Yes... I have pink BBs.....
  18. FINALLY! Fixed my AK47's full auto function! I had to do something quite weird to the handguard though....

  19. oh wow, my local airsoft gun shop were selling packs of 1000 Bulldog BBs for £1 each..... I went for the blasters.

  20. Non blowback. Basically, when you squeeze the trigger, the slide doesn't travel back, which means it saves gas, but it's not as much fun. I have a friend that has an Mk23 and man, they are massive pistols. Unless you have massive juggernaut hands, it won't be practical. As for glocks, the TM g18 looks sweet. It's plastic but the rate of fire is blindingly fast. If you don't want that, an ASG or KWA will do.

  22. Hmm... is dropping english a good idea? I hate it and if I get a B in the final exam, which I will, I can drop it. For next year, my 5 highers are: French, physics, technology, maths and art. I'm looking into the field of engineering for uni but i'm not sure if english is needed. Help.

How are you at chemistry? I think that'd be a better option than art for doing engineering. It probably isn't needed, but unless you're doing something very closely related to art, then chemistry will look much more attractive to universities.

yes, I do chemistry and I got an A* in the prelim. But I don't enjoy it that much.

  23. Just discovered a concept in the back seat of my mum's car: If you look at the rear view mirror that's inside the car at the front, you'll notice that you can see through yourself if you focus your eye right. There's also a vague image of your body as well. I wonder how these reflections come about.

Parralax, your eyes are at different angles and if you are at the right spot, it gives the image that you can see through something
