  1. And I bought more shinies. Ghk gks74u + 4 extra mags + 1J nozzle with a 30% off voucher I had floating around. £370 Inc p&p from Taiwan :3
  2. Well after a nearly £4000 tax refund for this past year (still chasing down last year after discovering wrong tax codes, 560L, seriously!?) I may have got an itchy spending finger. Iron Airsoft HK416 Conversion Kit for G&P WOC 5KU Aluminium Nozzle with NPAS 5KU CNC Hop Chamber (aeg inner barrel version) G&P WOC Steel Trigger Group (toyed with getting the burst kit, but still not sure, so sticking with standard for now) G&P WOC 150% Spring and Pin Set Orga Magnus 6.23mm 363mm for AEG A+ REAPS Bucking Vipertech Direct Impact Carbine Recoil Buffer and Hard Recoil Buffer Spring Geissele 14.5" SMR HK in DDC (Second Hand, found someone in the UK selling one o.O) - CKinnerley's video from the US is the only reason I have wanted one of these. Magpul USA Milspec CTR Stock in DE Magpul USA RVG in DE Magpul USA MIAD in DE Vortex SPARC II with Killflash Invisiblesight PEQ15 (Tan) Also a few bottles of Murder Oil purely out of interest, still think its not going to make a difference to anything. God I love the end of the tax year.
  3. ...Because its been discontinued for about 5 years...
  4. Final Prep for AI, my lift has decided on cutting down on the number of nights we freeze, so we are travelling down later tonight aiming to reach Anzio between 4 and 5am.

  5. Nevermind, i've figured out why its not working, the pistons have snapped, the spring is in three pieces and all the screws are completely rusted. Sold a 2nd hand lemon, £20, so won't be fussed chasing that one up.
  6. Ready for AI this weekend, the torch was a little bigger than I was expecting
  7. I shall resurrect this, mine is able to pump but it doesn't engage the trigger, and its really starting to bug me. :S
  8. You're not going to like mine then, finally getting the damn thing on sunday
  9. This for £20 :3 Some more shells, an FMA Fast Helmet in FG, Revision Desert Locust (which i'm getting Heroshark mesh for), and a custom version of the HS Lower face mask so I can clip it on to the helmet easily.
  10. Even the manufacturer thinks they are crap. Because they are crap.
  11. There was one, but neither GHK nor G&G make the gearbox or spare parts for these any more and haven't done for over a year. It had to be ordered direct from Samoon, and they don't stock them any more due to them being discontinued.
  12. Nope - reason why a lot of stores actually state on their websites, collection only, on blanks.
  13. Also be aware that if you include the primers, you won't be able to post it.
  14. Wish more sites would do this - Worst i've seen is an MP5K being claimed as one. >.>
  15. There were mentions of porting the back of the unit a while back on one of the US forums - having actually tried it, its feasible, but yes, a complete pain in the ass - And not an exact science, I ended with a unit doing 270fps on propane, but then you've got cycling issues beyond belief. PDI 6.08mm // Orga Magnus 6.13 or 6.23mm. AEG type barrel. Length wise 233mm. Regardless of which route you go, you are looking at £75-100 of inner barrel in a £100 rifle. Having spent a lot of time, money and effort testing various widebores in various platforms, your best bet is likely to be an Orga MagnusHD 233mm length, 6.13mm diameter - which are roughly £75-90 dependent on the source, but that will bring you to about 330fps. IMHO, sell the gun on, the extra cost to polish a turd just isn't worth it.
  16. ....or GBBR. (Surprised Ed didn't jump on this er train... ) NPAS or equiv for fps regulation. Wider bore barrel (6.08mm or larger) + ER-Hop + EM Nub for consistency at range. Mechanically locked semi auto is a piece of cake on most systems.
  17. Less than a month ago, client stipulated its use (a design agency who have no clue how to write a brief of whats actually needed, let alone understand a line of the code), despite me giving many, many better options for their app.
  18. Nope, documentation is limited at best. And the stuff they do have is also quite a lot of the time in solutions which are badly optimised.
  19. That doesn't exactly solve anything, as it still requires you to have an in depth knowledge of C#/JS to be able to make anything.
  20. You need to understand the fundamentals of the language before you start trying to apply it, otherwise you won't get very far. I suggest you look into learning some basic C++ before you go as far as trying to make a game in it.
  21. Any website with bbguns-something-something as its name = avoid like the plague, cheap crap, not for airsoft. Airsoft shops - http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/ http://www.airsoftworld.net/ http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/ http://www.fire-support.co.uk/ http://www.socomtactical.net/ http://www.swindonairsoft.co.uk/
  22. And you were saying about stuff being overpriced eh? Adam3088: The only reason most Pro's use certain peripherals is because their sponsors will require them to use the products given to them by said sponsors, doesn't mean they're any good. In the case of razer, they are just too far behind the curve now, their products are just rehashed crap with whatever year it is at time of launch tacked onto the box, that they've been releasing for the past decade. As for keyboards - the best mechanical keyboards still are and probably always will be the IBM Model M's - Modern mech's are cheap and tacky in comparison, amusing as an M can be had for a whopping £25 (I got mine for free, out of a recycling skip, courtesy of my dad over a decade ago) if you know where to look, when the supposedly cheap razer one is almost 4 times that.
  23. To go with those batteries that arrived on friday - CYMA AKS74U, ASCU Gen 3+ for V3, Lonex A2 Motor from local site's shop, picking up next sunday Polymer Railed Handguard, 5x CYMA AK74 170rd Mid Caps, ACM RVG from Taiwangun, arriving tomorrow.
