Sorry, but having worked for online retailers in the past, you get an understanding of what is legal and what is not within the UK. There are quite a few things on the site which need rectifying to be legal.
In a visible location on the site:
You need a Physical Address listed for correspondence.
As products mention excluding tax prices, you must display your VAT number.

Faulty Goods - Whilst the up to 28 days is correct, the next statement is not. Between 28 days and 6 MONTHS (not the 2 months you mention). It is also you, the retailer, that has to provide proof that the fault was not down to general wear and tear, not the consumer. The consumer still has the right at this point to a refund via refusal of goods, minus reasonable deductions for recision, and you again have to provide proof of what is defined as reasonable deductions.
