  1. Nope - reason why a lot of stores actually state on their websites, collection only, on blanks.
  2. Also be aware that if you include the primers, you won't be able to post it.
  3. Wish more sites would do this - Worst i've seen is an MP5K being claimed as one. >.>
  4. There were mentions of porting the back of the unit a while back on one of the US forums - having actually tried it, its feasible, but yes, a complete pain in the ass - And not an exact science, I ended with a unit doing 270fps on propane, but then you've got cycling issues beyond belief. PDI 6.08mm // Orga Magnus 6.13 or 6.23mm. AEG type barrel. Length wise 233mm. Regardless of which route you go, you are looking at £75-100 of inner barrel in a £100 rifle. Having spent a lot of time, money and effort testing various widebores in various platforms, your best bet is likely to be an Orga MagnusHD 233mm length, 6.13mm diameter - which are roughly £75-90 dependent on the source, but that will bring you to about 330fps. IMHO, sell the gun on, the extra cost to polish a turd just isn't worth it.
  5. ....or GBBR. (Surprised Ed didn't jump on this er train... ) NPAS or equiv for fps regulation. Wider bore barrel (6.08mm or larger) + ER-Hop + EM Nub for consistency at range. Mechanically locked semi auto is a piece of cake on most systems.
  6. Less than a month ago, client stipulated its use (a design agency who have no clue how to write a brief of whats actually needed, let alone understand a line of the code), despite me giving many, many better options for their app.
  7. Nope, documentation is limited at best. And the stuff they do have is also quite a lot of the time in solutions which are badly optimised.
  8. That doesn't exactly solve anything, as it still requires you to have an in depth knowledge of C#/JS to be able to make anything.
  9. You need to understand the fundamentals of the language before you start trying to apply it, otherwise you won't get very far. I suggest you look into learning some basic C++ before you go as far as trying to make a game in it.
  10. Any website with bbguns-something-something as its name = avoid like the plague, cheap crap, not for airsoft. Airsoft shops - http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/ http://www.airsoftworld.net/ http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/ http://www.fire-support.co.uk/ http://www.socomtactical.net/ http://www.swindonairsoft.co.uk/
  11. And you were saying about stuff being overpriced eh? Adam3088: The only reason most Pro's use certain peripherals is because their sponsors will require them to use the products given to them by said sponsors, doesn't mean they're any good. In the case of razer, they are just too far behind the curve now, their products are just rehashed crap with whatever year it is at time of launch tacked onto the box, that they've been releasing for the past decade. As for keyboards - the best mechanical keyboards still are and probably always will be the IBM Model M's - Modern mech's are cheap and tacky in comparison, amusing as an M can be had for a whopping £25 (I got mine for free, out of a recycling skip, courtesy of my dad over a decade ago) if you know where to look, when the supposedly cheap razer one is almost 4 times that.
  12. To go with those batteries that arrived on friday - CYMA AKS74U, ASCU Gen 3+ for V3, Lonex A2 Motor from local site's shop, picking up next sunday Polymer Railed Handguard, 5x CYMA AK74 170rd Mid Caps, ACM RVG from Taiwangun, arriving tomorrow.
  13. It is classified as a bourbon regardless of whether Jack Daniels want to call it that or not. US Trade commission even class it as a straight bourbon. Because that is what it is. Oxford English Dictionary definition of Bourbon - A kind of american whisky distilled from maize and rye. Jack's own description of what it is? The SAME thing. Ergo, Bourbon. I drink real Whisky, usually from Island or Islay Malts, don't particularly get on with Highland or Lowland (pretty boring flavour wise) My current choice is the SMWS 3.231 - "This little piggy went to market.." 24 year Islay Single Cask - Delish
  14. Part of the King's Protection Squad again...mainly because he is my lift
  15. Referencing, young padawan. Perfectly allowed to use libraries and plugins, as long as you attribute the owner's details at the top of the files or similar - Most plugins have said info included anywho. Sod writing frameworks from scratch for every new project. That would be tedious beyond belief.
  16. Well with a lot of time invested in getting fit again, i've finished physio and am able to go airsofting again as soon as i can find the time :)

Nice one lad. Take it easy though, It would suck for you to hurt yourself in a game, getting caught up in the moment.

Web Applications Developer, so a little bit of a change. Decided to make the move back to full stack.

  18. Would be cheaper to just buy it from the UK, i know they're here as there was an unboxing of one on Legion's Facebook Group a few hours ago.
  19. I suspect that with every airsofter and their dog setting up hydro dipping businesses, that the market is already far to saturated for that to be a viable option
  20. And I'd say look at Jcheeseright's comment directly above yours as to why they are "overpriced".
  21. SRC is entirely proprietary, nozzle is incredibly fragile. Have actually just found a replacement nozzle for it, but at £60 for a piece of flimsy plastic. Yeah...no. The trigger control group is all cheap pot metal (where the hell did they find stuff that bad?) so it has a very limited life. The example I worked on the hammer had snapped. Even Stock WE's don't do that. The bolt carrier group was deformed to the point where it had to be removed with a few taps from a mallet. Hop unit...well there wasn't much left. Genuinely surprised he wasn't hurling flecks of pot metal at people instead of bb's. Disintegrated comes to mind.
  22. My god someone else bought one. Do not buy them. Want an AK GBBR, get a WE or a GHK. Was given one to fix a few weeks back - Owner claimed no more than 50 mags had been through it - Internals were pulverized. Go to get spare parts to replace pretty much everything inside - No one stocks them, go to a few separate distributors, who incidentally don't stock them. Go to SRC direct....."Sorry we don't make spares yet" This gun has been out for over 3 years, yet they've not made any spares? Hand gun back to a miffed owner, who now has nothing but a wall hanger.
