Mack reacted to TheFull9 in The 'What have you just bought' Thread
Really fancied some Hexmags, so grabbed some other little bits while I was ordering from WGC. Lots of small pistol parts, I've had quite a few handguns 'in the shop' as it were and needing attention for ages, always tricky to get the little springs and screws etc I wanted to finish the builds.
4 x Dytac Hexmag midcaps Hexmag base plate/followers pack PTS Comp Ready Fighter Kimber 1911 mag bases Guarder steel 1911 grip screws, black and chrome First Factory extended PTS ACR handguard pin Modify VSR/Pistol bucking 3 x Stark G17 trigger springs Mechanix Originals and 0.5mm Originals AR-15 'TekMat' MSM patch -

TMC's copy of the Crye AVS. Im usually not a fan of anything TMC make but seeing as they have recently started using genuine Multicam material I thought id give it a shot and for £77 shipped from ShooterCB, Im very impressed. Much more solidly put together than any of their older stuff. Only thing im unsure of is if it will accept real Crye Zip On panels and dissapointed it didnt come with the quick release cables, although I never use it anyway (It is one way of attaching the multiple cummerbunds though)
Comes with the Front M4 Flap
3 Band skeletel Cummberbund
1 Band Cummerbund
Ive added myself
Crye Shoulder pads
TS Crye JPC Mbitr pouches
Mayflower assault backpanel
Internal padding from my CPC

You're doing right exploring this with the authorities themselves...
As above, I think we should be very very careful assuming in any way that forum logic will apply to the police or legal systems...
I advise you get something in writing from the police, courts or probation services (have you contacted the National Offender Management Service) confirming it is ok, otherwise tell your friend not to have possession of one unless it is at most, a rental from a legit site within the boundary of said site.
Hope you get what you need.

I have had a play with one. Externals are pretty dam good. Agree the pistol grip is very cheap feeling.
The one I saw had an upgraded spring in it.
Nice gun. And for the money great out the box.
Would I replace my TM recoil or TM GBB with one...........nope.

Mack reacted to lazareth1 in Airlab, no contact at all after purchase
No experience with Airlab myself, but what time did you make the order on Monday? If it was late afternoon then chances are you won't receive your good until tomorrow. Maybe give it a bit of time?

Mack got a reaction from Monty in Has anyone tried Crye (or Chinamade) Magclips?
Not sure I understand? The clip is attached to the mag, the 2 "hooks" slip into molle webbing or your belt, prety simple stuff.

Mack reacted to ImTriggerHappy in Best BB Weight for an AEG
Use whatever your gun shoots best. It all depends on hop up and starting fps. The more rigid a hop the more it suits heavier bbs for accuracy but no point having bbs that travel too slowly either. Forget all about 2inch groupings and such as long as you can hit a torso and your bbs get there before hes ran off is all that really matters.
