I would consider a mouth full of smashed teeth to be a pretty grievous injury, extremely expensive to fix, extraordinarily painful until you do get it fixed and debilitating socially and physically until you're all repaired. Either way, blindfire is bad, I've seen people's eye protection nudged by a barrel before (doesn't need to be removed remember, just shifted a couple of mm), if that was followed up by even a single shot then blindness follows. It's not a re bodied g18 AEP, the gearbox is very different. TM GBB is the best MP7 to shoot, VFC GBB is the most accurate externals.

DTWs are a bag of wank, if anyone's going to buy a training weapon it should be a PTW or nothing. Anything less will be substandard. +1 for a TM recoil btw, they all shoot as well as each other so just pick the one you like the look of!

Barrel length has very little to do with range, combat machines are pretty awesome as they are. Play with it a few times first and if you feel there are specific shortcomings you'd like to rectify then fix them. Buying a new gun and changing things immediately is just daft.

A bb strike to a tooth is pretty likely to cause some significant damage, I've seen plenty of teeth shot out. Gumshield or some kind of face protection is advised! Some optics will take some hits from some BBs, though yes, even expensive real sights can and will get shot out by a direct hit. If in doubt, buy a lexan shield for the lens, or if the style you go for has one available, get a honeycomb kill flash.

Gen3 is the generation of toptech that it is, if you can, get a gen3 one as they come with a lot of stuff that the gen2 guns don't, better wiring, a MOSFET already installed, a good quality barrel. Gen2 are still really good, but the gen3 ones are just a little bit better.

A note on that helmet barry, do NOT use the visor in it as eye protection, they're not rated for any kind of impact at all and BBs at 300fps fly straight through!

that NVG mount is a Norotos AKA2, I think there's an airsoft replica of it made by FMA. As for the helmet, standard Mich 2001 with some sticky back velcro and goggle retention straps added. The marine in that picture has also added an ops-core x-nape too, but that'll just have been for stability when using NVG, if you're not going down that route the standard straps are fine.
